This study talked about Health Services at the Bukit Hindu Community Health Center Jekan Raya District Palangka Raya City. Because of this research how the problems that occur and what are the factors that exist in the Health Center,so that in the future what becomes a deficiency can be fulfilled and realized. The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze Health Services at Bukit Hindu Community Health Center Jekan Raya Subdistrict Palangka Raya City.The benefits of this research are theoretical benefits and practical benefits.This study uses the Fitzsimmons theory which suggests (five) public service indicators: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty.This research belongs to the type of descriptive research using qualitative methods. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data, data collection is used by observation, interviews and documentation. In addition, the technical data collection is in the form of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.The results of this study that the facilities and infrastructure in the Bukit Hindu Community Health Center, Jekan Raya District, Palangka Raya City are still lacking, facts in the field there are still shortcomings such as lack of human resources, and there are still obstacles in the services provided.The conclusion of this study can be seen from tangible indicators that still have some shortcomings of facilities and infrastructure, reliability is quite good, responsiveness is quite responsive, guarantees are very clear in accordance with established standards, empathy there are some officers who sometimes have different attitudes and not friendly to the community. Factors supporting access to easily accessible health centers, inhibiting factors for lack of facilities and infrastructure, and slow response and even government actions.

Good utilization of Integrated Health Services Post was very influential on monitoring the growth and development of  under five children under five. This study aimed to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude of mother with the utilization of  Integrated Health Services Post by mothers of under five children in working area Ratu Agung  Community Health Center Bengkulu. The type of this research was Analytical Survey and used Cross Sectional design. The population of  this study  were all mothers who had 7-23 months children amounted 512 mothers. Sampling technique was Proportional Random Sampling. The total samples were  84 samples. Data used in this study are primary data through the distribution of questionnaires given to mothers. Data analiysed by using Chi-Square (χ2) and Contingency Coefficient (C) statistics test. The result of the research were  44 mothers (52,4%) had enough knowledge, 56 mothers (66,7%) had favorable behavior, 53 mothers (63,1%) utilized Integrated Health Services Post, and there was significant relationship  between knowledge and attitude of mothers with the usage of Integrated Health Services Post in the working area of Ratu Agung Community Health Center Bengkulu with medium category. Ratu Agung Community Health Center can increase the knowledge of the community by doing education about the importance of Integrated Health Services Post so that community, especially mothers with under five  children can understand the importance of Integrated Health Services Post and can visit regularly every month.                                                                               Keywords :  attitude, knowledge,  utilization  of   integrated  health  services  post

The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of e-Puskesmas service at Ambacang Community Health Center of Kuranji Subdistrict, Padang City, to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of e-Puskesmas service at Ambacang Community Health Center. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Ambacang Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang. The research by purposive sampling. The data collected are secondary data and primary data through interview, observation and documentation study. Test data validity is done with trianggulasi then data analyzed by reducing data, display data the results of this study indicate that the implementation of e-Puskesmas service has not been implemented properly so that the implementation of the service becomes not effective. Supporting factors were found to be sufficient budget in applying e-Puskesmas, a change of paradigm of staff at Ambacang Community Health Center. Inhibiting factors are lack of adequate infrastructure availability, internet connectivity level is not appropriate, lack of socialization about e-Puskesmas service.

This study was based on the still high nutrient deficiency of  elderly in                  the working area of  Bentiring  Community  Health  Center   Bengkulu. This study aimed to study the relationship between education and knowledge with                        nutritional  status of  elderly in  Elderly  Integrated  Service  Post  working  area  of   Bentiring  Community  Health  Center Bengkulu. The  research type was Analytical Survey and the desain of research was Cross Sectional. The population of  this  study  was  all  elderly who visited  Elderly Integrated  Service Post                in  the  working  area  of Bentiring Community  Health  Center  Bengkulu                   in January to April 2017 which amounted to 52 elderly. Sampling technique in this research used   Total  Sampling. The data collected in this study used primary data and secondary data with data analysis technique done by univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test (c²) through SPSS 16 program. The result of  this research were : from 52 elderly,  there were  35 elderly (67,3%)  with basic education, 27 elderly  (51,9%)  who had  less knowledge, 20 elderly  (38,5%)  had  less  nutritional  status, there was significant relationship  between  education  with  nutritional  status of  elderly  with  medium category, and there was a significant relationship between knowledge with nutritional status  of  elderly with close category. It was expected to Bentiring Community Health Center Bengkulu to improve health services to the elderly by providing nutrition education and medical  examination  for  elderly.  Keywords : education, elderly, knowledge, nutritional status, elderly

The impact of the incidence of anemia in pregnant women who have less knowledge during pregnancy are abortion, preterm labor, fetal and uterine disorders, low birth weight (LBW), and high maternal mortality. This study aimed to study the relationship between the level of knowledge with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women at Tanjung Kemuning Community Health Center Kaur District. This type of research was Descriptive Correlation and the design used was Cross Sectional. The data in this study used the primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study was all pregnant women who checked pregnancy and did not check their pregnancy at Tanjung Kemuning Community Health Center of Kaur Regency from January to June 2016 as many as 66 pregnant women. Sampling technique are Total Sampling and obtained sampel counted 35 respondents. Data analysis was done by univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test and to know closeness using Contingency Coefficient (χ2) statistic test. The result of the research showed that there were 14 respondents (40.0%) of good knowledge, and 19 respondents (54,3%) did not experience anemia. There was a significant relationship between knowledge with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in working area of Tanjung Kemuning Community  Health  Center Kaur District with a close category. Suggestion for Tanjung Kemuning  Community  Health Center Kaur District                   to increase the intake of iron nutrition in pregnant women by doing  health promotion about  anemia  and giving  iron  tablets  to pregnant  woman. Keywords : anemia, knowledge, pregnant women

Stunting is one of the nutritional problems experienced by toddlers in the world today. In 2017, 22.2% of children under five in the world were stunted. Indonesia is included in the third country with the highest prevalence in the Southeast Asia region, the prevalence of children under five with stunting in Indonesia in 2005-2017 was 36.4%. Aims to determine the risk factors for stunting in children under five in the working area of ​​the Baraka Community Health Center, Enrekang Regency. This study used the analytical survey method with the Cross Sectional Study approach using the simple random sampling technique, which means that the sample taken is where each element or member of the population has the same opportunity to be selected as the sample. The sample size in this study was taken using the Slovin formula. The location was carried out in the working area of ​​the Baraka Community Health Center, Enrekang Regency. The research time was 1 month. The sample in this study amounted to 94 people with the process of data collection and data collection was carried out by interview techniques. The results showed that exclusive breastfeeding (p = 0.002), complementary breastfeeding (p = 0.002) had a relationship with the incidence of stunting, while there was no relationship between LBW (p = 0.106), gestational age (p = 0.303), and maternal nutritional status ( KEK) (p = 0.229) with the incidence of stunting.

Puskesmas (Community Health Center) is a public organization that is tasked with providing the best health services to the people who live in 139 villages and 5 sub-districts in Jayapura Regency. In fact, Community Health Center are not optimally performing their duties and functions because they experience delays in their human resources, supporting facilities, poor management of Community Health Center, no clear regulatory support and a lack of budget availability to support Community Health Center operations in their services. The problem in this research is How to Strengthen the Organizational Capacity of Puskesmas in Improving Health Services in Jayapura District? The purpose of this study was to analyze the Strengthening of Public Health Center Organizational Capacity in improving health services in Jayapura Regency. This research is expected to contribute to the Jayapura Regency Government, through the Health Office and in particular for Community Health Center as regional technical implementation units to improve the Organizational Capacity in Improving Health Services in Jayapura Regency. The results showed that the Organizational Capacity of Puskesmas can be improved by strengthening management governance, incentive systems, facilities, leadership, organizational culture, communication, and organizational structure.

Nurses have an important task in the strategy of intervention to reduce of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD)’ incidence. Community health nurses have tried to control the problem of NCD. However, the incidence of NCD has not decreased as expected. The promotion and prevention of non-communicable diseases are one of the efforts to control PTM. This study aims to explore the experience of nurses in implementing the strategies of NCD’ promotive and preventive. This study used a qualitative descriptive phenomenological design. A total of 16 community health nurses were selected using purposive sampling. The inclusion criteria of this study were (1) nurses who served at the community health center for a minimum of 6 months, (2) performed individual health services in the community health center and carried out family visits and services in the community. The data were analyzed using Colaizzi's approach. This research was approved by the Committee of Ethics in the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia. This study resulted in five strategies of nurses implementing to NCD’ promotion and prevention, include (1) health education, (2) partnership with community health workers, (3) coordination, (4) stand with the community, (5) monitoring the change of behavior in the community. Nurses’ experience of NCD’s promotion and prevention in the community health center still needs improvement to achieve holistic and comprehensive health services. Nurses should be attention to the preparation of themselves before implementing the promotion and prevention, such as preparation of the topic, communication with colleagues and communities, and doing a partnership with multisectoral.

Background : Pregnant mothers’ nutritional status is partly influenced by knowledge level. Early study signaled that there were 47,25 % of pregnant mothers who suffered Chronic Energy Deficiency and the result of interviews found out that 7 out of 10 pregnant mothers had insufficient understanding about nutritional need. This fact encouraged the researcher to hold a study about the knowledge level of second term pregnant mothers about nutritional need in Sanden Community Health Center, Bantul, Yogyakarta Objective : To uncover the knowledge level of second term pregnant mothers about nutritional intake need in Sanden Community Health Center, Bantul, Yogyakarta Method : This was a quantitative descriptive study. Population in this study was Second Term pregnant mothers who underwent pregnancy examination in Sanden Community Health Center, Bantul, Yogyakarta, during June – July 2014. 30 respondents were sorted with Incidental Sampling technique. Data collecting used primary data and the instrument used was closed questionnaire. Result : This study finally categorized the knowledge level of pregnant mothers in Good category (33,3 %), Sufficient category (60,0 %), and Poor category (6,7 %). Conclusion : The knowledge level of second term pregnant mothers about nutritional need were categorized as enough so that it is recommended that pregnant mothers improve their understanding about nutritional need during pregnancy. Suggestion : Midwives in Community Health Centre are supposed  to hold dissemination about nutritional need during pregnancy so that it may prevent any Chronic Energy Deficiency.
