Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar pada Mata Pelajaran Pemeliharaan Mesin Kendaraan Ringan siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 32 siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan teknik korelasional. Berdasarkan analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan minat belajar dengan hasil belajar. Kontribusi minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar adalah 52%, sedangkan 48% ditentukan oleh faktor lain.   Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between interest in learning with learning outcomes in the subjects of Light Vehicle Engine Maintenance XI grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Palangka Raya. This research was quantitative research. The research subjects consisted of 32 students. The data analysis techniques used were questionnaires and documentation. Data were analyzed using correlational techniques. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between learning interest and learning outcomes. The contribution of learning interest in learning outcomes is 52%, while 48% is determined by other factors.

Interest in learning and the use of textbooks are two aspects that are very influential and have a relationship with student learning outcomes. This can be seen in the learning activities in the XI IPS class of SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo on economic subjects, the low student learning outcomes are influenced by students' lack of interest in learning and the lack of use of textbooks by students themselves. The research conducted at the XI IPS class at SMAN 1 Luhak Nan Duo aims to determine the relationship between learning interest and the use of textbooks with learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The instrument used in this study was a research questionnaire. The population is 130 students with samples randomly selected for 100 students. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: (1) Interest in learning and the use of textbooks have a positive and significant relationship together with learning outcomes seen from the Sig. F change 0,000 <0,05. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between interest in learning and learning outcomes seen from the value of Sig. 0,000 <0,05. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between the use of textbooks and learning outcomes of economic subjects seen from the Sig. 0,000 <0,05.Keyword : Interest in learning, utilization of textbooks, learning outcomes

This study aims to: know and analyze whether the Competence and Discipline Work simultaneously and partially effect on Customer Satisfaction in the Office of State Assets and Auction (KPKNL) Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a study that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 49 customers and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded that: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence and Work Discipline affect simultaneously to Customer Satisfaction. (2) based on regression test results obtained Competence variables have significance level t sig. 0.010 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Competence partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) based on the regression test results obtained variable Work Discipline has significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05, which can be interpreted that the variable Work Discipline partially significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Kompetensidan Disiplin Kerjaberpengaruh secara serempak dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan di Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara dan Lelang (KPKNL) Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 49 pelanggan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda.Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Disiplin Kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Disiplin Kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan.

This research was motivated by the low level of learning interest of inmates in participating in skill activities at the Andam Dewi Solok Women's Social Workers' Organization (PSKW). This study aims to: 1) to describe learning motivation in sewing skills for inmates in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok, 2) to describe the learning interest in sewing skills for inmates in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok, 3) to see the relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning inmates following sewing skills in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok. This research includes correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were 40 people. The stratified random sampling technique was taken as many as 75% of the inmates. The number of samples in this study were 30 inmates. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools use questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use percentages and product moments. From the results of the study, it can be seen that (1) the learning motivation of inmates in sewing skills activities is categorized as low, (2) learning interest of inmates in participating in sewing skills is categorized as low, and (3) there significant relationship between learning motivation and learning interest of inmates in participating in sewing skills activities. This research is background by the existence of students who have low motivation, this situation is characterized by a lack of enthusiasm in the learning process activities, lack of student attention to the teacher which results in not achieving an expected goal. This study aims to determine the relationship between extrinsic motivation and mathematics learning outcomes. The type of research used is quantitative research with correlational methods. The sample was 2 classes at SD Muhammadiyah 6 Pekanbaru using Saturated Sampling techniques. Extrinsic motivation data taken from questionnaires that have been filled by students, mathematics learning outcomes data taken from odd semester exam scores. Data analysis techniques go through four stages, namely data presentation, normality test, linearity test, and hypothesis testing using the Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation test. From the results of data analysis, the relationship between extrinsic motivation and mathematics learning outcomes of 0.662 is relatively strong. With a contribution of 43.82%, the remaining 56.18% is determined by other variables and the significance value is t count> t table or 5.790> 1.681, then Ho is rejected, meaning there is a significant relationship between extrinsic motivation and learning outcomes in mathematics..

This study aims to determine the relationship between body image and self esteem in Adolescent of K-pop fans in the A.R.M.Y Medan Community. Researchers used quantitative research methods with respondents being Kpop fan girls who joined the A.R.M.Y Medan Community where the number of young women who were taken as research subjects was 100 people. The measuring instrument in this study used a body image scale of 26 items (reliability: 0.918) and a self-esteem scale of 32 items (reliability: 0.918). Methods of data analysis using product moment correlation with the help of SPSS version 25.0 to determine the form of the relationship and the value of the body image variable in explaining the variable self-esteem. The results of the data analysis indicate that there is a positive relationship between body image and self-esteem where rxy = 0.432 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.05. So that the rhit value> rtab (0.432> 0.194) is obtained so that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. This means that the hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between Body Image and Self-esteem in Kpop fans in the A.R.M.Y Medan Community. Self-esteem is formed by Body Image by 18.7%. From this contribution percentage, it can be seen that there are still 81.3% influence from other factors of Self-esteem. Based on the results of empirical calculations, it shows that young women in the A.R.M.Y community in Medan have moderate self-esteem and body image.

This study aims to describe the improvement of the learning outcomes of the students in the fourth grade of SDN Sambung using Codaka game media. This research is a classroom action research. The research subjects were 23 grade IV students of SDN Sambung. Data collection techniques obtained from observation, documentation, and tests. Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the implementation of Codaka game media in class IV SDN Sambung obtained that the observed student skills included listening, communication, and participation skills. The listening skills of the first cycle students, the percentage of students who completed was 65% and increased in the second cycle to 83%. In the first cycle communication skills, students who completed obtained a percentage of 57% while the second cycle gained 78%. Cycle participation skills, the percentage of students who completed was 65% while in cycle II the percentage was 83%. Based on these data it can be concluded that listening skills, communication, and student participation in cycle I to cycle II have increased so that they can reach the percentage of completeness of more than 75% so that it can be concluded that the media of Codaka games can improve student learning outcomes in the realm of skills.

The population in the study were all eighth grade<br />students in the MTs Mesra Pematangsiantar city, amounting to 89 people,<br />while the sample amounted to 72 students using the Krejcie Morgan table.<br />Data analysis techniques used simple correlation and correlation analysis<br />with a significant level α = 0.05. The results of the study are: (1) there are<br />positive and significant contributions to learning habits with learning<br />outcomes ini MTs Mesra Pematangsiantar city, (2) there is a positive and<br />significant contribution between interest in learning with the results of<br />learning in MTs Mesra Pematangsiantar City., and (3) there are positive<br />and significant contributions together between learning habits and interest<br />in learning with Al-learning outcomes ini MTs Mesra Pematangsiantar<br />city.</p>

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Motivation and Discipline Work simultaneously or partially affect the performance of employees at the village office in the District Mantikulore Palu. This study uses quantitative research which is a research that aims to explain the relationship between two or more variables with a sample of 99 employees and data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression. The results of hypothesis analysis and testing can be concluded: (1) based on regression test results obtained sig. F of 0.00 <0.05. This means that the variables of Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variable. (2) based on the regression test results obtained motivation variable has significance level t sig. 0.033 <α 0.05. It means that partially motivation variable has significant effect to employee performance variable. (3) based on regression test results obtained by motivation variable has significance level t sig. 0,000> α 0.05. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan: (1) Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,00 < 0,05. Hal ini bermakna bahwa variabel Motivasi dan Disiplin Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai. This research is motivated by the many years of young married behavior in adolescents in Mandahiliang Kenagarian Koto Laweh, Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency. This is caused by social control of parents of young married behavior in adolescents in Mandahiliang Kenagarian Koto Laweh, Lembang Jaya District, Solok Regency. This research also purpose to describe of parents' social control, describe of young married behavior in adolescents, and the relationship between the two variables.This research is a correlational quantitative research using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques are questionnaires and data collection tools in the form of statement sheets. Data analysis techniques using the percentage formula and Product Moment. Based on this research, show some indication that (1) parents' social control of adolescents was still low, (2) young married to adolescents are high category, (3) there is a significant relationship between social control of parents and young married behavior.Keywords: Parental Social Control, Young Married Behavior

The study aims to determine student learning outcomes with direct and problem-based learning models,to determine differences in student outcomes with intelligence levels in direct and problem-based learning models, and analyze the relationship between intelligence levels and direct learning models and problem-based learning models. The method  used in this study was experimentation using factorial research design. The design used is 2x2 factorial design, as this design can be used to see students ' learning outcomes before they are given learning and after learning. The results of the study found that: (1) Student learning outcomes using PBL  models are significantly higher than those using MPL;(2) student learning outcomes who have higher mathematic logic intelligence using  PBL  models  are significantly higher than students who are taught with MPL models;(3)student learning outcomes who have lower mathematic logic intelligence using MPL models are significantly higher than students who are taught with PBL models;(4) There is a significant interaction between the level of intelligence of mathematical logic, learning models in student learning outcomes. The study concluded that:  (1)  The  PBL  learning  model  can  increase  the  student learning outcomes than MPL models;  (2)  Students  who  have  a  higer mathematic logic intelligence using PBL models, higher learning outcomes than student with MPL models;(3) student who have a lower mathematic logic intelligence using MPL models, higher learning outcomes than student with PBL model, and (4) there is an interaction between the level of intelligence of mathematical logic, learning models in student learning outcomes
