Art is one of the elements of culture that is well known in Balinese life. One of the arts in Balinese society is bondres art. Bondres art is a folk entertainment art that is thick with elements of humor but is also inseparable from ethical values. However, with its development, bondres art continues to develop by giving birth to representations that are basically influenced by several factors. The purpose of this study is to explain the factors that influence the representation of Bondres art in the city of Singaraja. The research method uses qualitative data types with a theoretical approach to social practice. Data was collected by several data collection methods then analyzed and presented with qualitative descriptive. The results of this study are several factors that influence the representation of Bondres art including; 1) Creativity factor, namely the ability of artists to create bondres art forms, 2) Education and knowledge factors, namely capital in the form of the abilities possessed by artists in creating bondres art, 3) Community social factors, namely the influence of the community that supports artists in creating bondres art, 4 ) Globalization factor, namely the influence of globalization which includes technology, modernization of artists to form representations. All of these are factors that influence the representation of Bondres art in the city of Singaraja.

One source of Regional Original Revenue is local taxes, regional levies and other legitimate local revenue management. Regional levies consist of 3 types of retribution, namely general service retribution, business service retribution and certain licensing retribution. Market’s levies is one type of regional retribution that is included in general retribution whose collection must be in accordance with the existing operational procedure standards to support the realization of its acceptance. This study aims to determine the mechanism of market’s levies collection and the level of effectiveness of market’s levies in the city of Bitung. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis, by analyzing the collection mechanism and the effectiveness of market’s levies. The results of the study show that the mechanism of collection of retribution is in accordance with the existing SOP and the achievement of its effectiveness is effective with an average level of 87.13%. Bitung city government can be better able to approach marketers for example by socializing market’s levies regulations so that later can also support the realization of  levies revenue.Keywords : Market’s Levies, Collection Mechanisms and Effectiveness

Abstrak: Ungkapan kata interjeksi tidak mudah dimengerti. Kadang seorang pembaca belum paham apa yang disampaikan oleh pengarang tentang isi novel, sehingga hal ini yang membuat peneliti tentang interjeksi dalam naskah drama dan memberikan pengetahuan tentang apa itu interjeksi. Jadi, interjeksi adalah kata yang digunakan untuk  mengungkapkan perasaan seseorang maupun dalam bentuk senang, sedih, kecewa, jijik,marah,kaget,kangen dan sebagainya. Misalkanya, (wah, ngono kuwi, hah, heh, alhamdulillah dan astagfirullahalazim) yang memiliki arti yang berbeda-beda dalam setiap konteks tuturannya.. penelitian ini bertujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk dan fungsi interjeksi yang terdapat dalam naskah drama “pesta para pencuri” karya jean Annoulih Saduran Rachman Sabur. Metode penelitian adalah deskriftif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu dokumentasi dan telaan, sedangkan metode analisis data adalah identifikasi, klarifikasi, dan interpretasi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah bentuk interjeksi dalam naskah drama “pesta para pencuri” yang sudah ditemukan melalui penelitian sebanyak 9 bentuk interjeksi yaitu: Oh, hah, oh ya, ya, ah, hah,aah,ssst, dan he he he dan ungsi interjeksi ditemukan 7 fungsi interjeksi yaitu: kekecewaan, harapan, kesyukuran, keheranan, kekagetan, panggilan, dan marah atau makian. Abstract : The expression interjection is not easy to understand. Sometimes a reader does not understand what is conveyed by the author about the contents of the novel, so this is what makes researchers about the interjection in the play an provide knowledge about what is interjection. So, interjection is a word used to express someone’s feelings and in the form of happy, sad, disappointed, disgusted, angry, shocked, missed, and so on. For example, (Wow, Ngono Kuwi, Hah, Heh, Alhamdulillah and Astagfirullahalazim) which have different meanings in each context of the speech. This research aims to find out the formsand functions of the interjection contained in the drama script “party of thieves”. The work Jean Annoulih Saduran Rachman Sabur. The research method is qualitative descriptive with data collection methods, namely documentation and research, while the data analysis method is indentification, clarification, and interpretation. The result of this study are forms of interjection in the drama script “party of thieves” which have been found through research as many as 9 forms of interjection, Oh, Hah, Oh yes, Yes, Ah, Hah, Aah, Stt, and He he he and interjection function found 7 interjection functions, namely: disappointment, hope, gratitude, astonishment, shock, call, and anger or curse.

Pasar Klewer is one of the most important parts in sustaining economic nets in the city of Surakarta. Where the pasar Klewer is the largest distributor of textile products in Central Java from sellers to buyers. But today the pasar Klewer is still relevant in the midst of the current 4.0 industrial revolution. The purpose of this paper is to explain what can make the pasar Klewer a market that still exists in the midst of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and explain how it can happen. Lexical interference is the case most often encountered in the speech community. This occurs when speakers (regardless of foreign or native speakers) experience vocabulary limitations or do not know the exact vocabulary equivalent in a particular language. The purpose of this study was to identify the forms of lexical interference contained in the kenta manis channel vlog entitled "Kenta Pamit, All Nangis Denger Surat from Kenta". The research method used is descriptive qualitative data collection methods observation method and the method of analysis used is the orthographic equivalent method. The data source used in this study came from the YouTube vlog of Kenta Manis channel. The total amount of lexical interference data in the study was 8 pieces of data. From the analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that lexical interference by kenta in his vlog is divided into two classifications, namely there are 7 lexical interference in English and 1 lexical interference in Chinese.

Language expressions in Javanese culture that contain a warning to someone at the moment and will do an activity or work are often formulated with the word structure: yitna yuwana lena kena. The idea in the phrase is usually related to ethical values (moral philosophy) how one must be careful in speaking, behaving, and acting so that someone gets the safety of life in the world. Conversely, if someone is not careful in speaking, acting, and acting undoubtedly will get problems in his life. Ethical values in this novel relate to moral teachings to a woman so that she always has virtues, such as carrying herself well, must be able to hold back the passions, predict and consider things that are and will be faced, which are good and not good, and not permitted excessive behavior. Objective approach, qualitative descriptive research method and Javanese ethical theoretical conceptual framework from Franz Magnis Suseno is used to examine the text in the yitna yuwana lena kena language expression in the Gogroke Reroncen Kembang Garing’s novel. An ethical conceptual framework is used to assess the karma experienced by the main character. The assumption in this study says that the words, attitudes, and actions of someone who is careless and despicable will have an impact on suffering and misery.

Completeness in driving a motorcycle is still underestimated by the people in Surakata City. Many people in Surakarta City do not use helmets when riding a motorcycle, even though the completeness of the ride is very influential in the safety riding a motorcycle. The purpose of writing this article is to make people aware of the importance of completeness in driving for the safety of motorcycle riding in the city of Surakarta. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach to the community in the city of Surakarta. The results of this study are to know the presentation of motorcycle riders who do not use helmets and the reason motorcycle riders do not use helmets in the city of Surakarta. This is evidenced from the results of observations on Jalan Ki Hajar Dewantara and interviews with people who do not use helmets on Jalan Ki Hajar Dewantara.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui konsep pembelajaran pendidikan moral di perguruan tinggi di Jepang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Tokyo Gakugei University. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif.  Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.  Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Pendidikan moral pada perguruan tinggi di Jepang bertujuan untuk membangun karakter warga negara muda untuk berpikir bagaimana caranya hidup dan bertindak atas dasar penilaian otonom dan hidup sebagai orang yang proaktif bersama dengan orang lain. Pendidikan moral menjadi alat dan media untuk mentrasformasikan nilai-nilai dasar filosofis masyarakat Jepang. Pendidikan moral dapat tercermin pada karakter keseharian masyarakat Jepang yang memiliki etos dan semangat kerja tinggi dalam menjalankan setiap profesinya-----This study aims to determine the concept of learning moral education in universities in Japan. This research is a qualitative research. The study was conducted at Tokyo Gakugei University. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods obtained by observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study explain that moral education at universities in Japan aims to build the character of young citizens to think how to live and act on the basis of autonomous judgment and life as people who are proactive together with others. Moral education is a tool and media for transforming the basic philosophical values of Japanese society. Moral education can be reflected in the daily character of Japanese people who have high ethos and work spirit in carrying out every profession

ABSTRACT : Population growth in the city of Bandung is increasing so that the laha needs especially commercial activities are also increasing both in the city center to the suburbs including Cibeunying Kaler District, Bandung City. The development of this commercial activity also occurs along the Surapati road corridor, especially those in Cibeunying Kaler District. Surapati road corridor is designated as a holy shirt tourism area with the existence of outlets as the main activity. The existence of this corridor also has various supporting activities such as economic/trade, social, health, worship, education and government building activities. With a variety of activities in it, so that it can lead to changes in residential functions into commercial buildings, such as changes in land use from settlements to an outlet area for t-shirts, trade and services for trade and service activities following market guidelines. Instagram social media is a unique medium because through this media not only communicating by sharing photos, but also penetrating into videos that everyone can get various videos that inform various kinds of actifities or routines that are carried out. The use of instagram also occurs among the community in the city of Bengkulu, precisely Sanggar Arastra community, thus encouraging members to play Instagram. The purpose of this study is to find out the motives of social media users to upload instagram story. This study uses a qualitative research method with a qualitative descriptive approach and this study uses the motive theory by Papacharissi and Rubin (2017), which consist of several motives, utility motives and motives seeking information. This research was conducted with data collection techniques through interview, observation and documentation study. The subjects in this study were five members of Sanggar Arastra owning an Android or iOS cellphone with an application and an Instagram account, they actively play Instagram and like ti upload photos, videoa and texts on the Instagram Story. The results of thie study indicate that the motives of members of Sanggar Arastra in uploading photos, videos nd texts in Instagram story are convenience motives, entertainment motives, passing time motives to follow current trends. Of all the motives, there is the most dominant motive, namely Convenience Motives because what they upload on Instagram stories is a form of expressing themselves, a place to express feelings in the form of photos, videoa and texts. Their uploads form a good image in order to get the desired recognition.

This article is the result of a typical Palembang wood carving work. Starting from the increasingly few antiques in the antique gallery owned by Ibu Hj's family. Roswati made him intrigued to grow and develop his business since 1974 and to preserve the carving art furniture in the form of Palembang wood carving. Then continued by a similar craftsman in the Home Industry Q Laquer owned by Mr. Jaja is a typical Palembang wood carving art craftsmanship in Kelurahan 19 Ilir. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the process of making Palembang's unique wood carving arts. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method using data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. The types of decoration in the wood carving art are the decoration that characterizes the city of Palembang as from the motifs of plants with golden, black, and red patterns. The variety of wood carving that is applied to handicraft objects is basically a pure decoration, which functions solely to decorate or beautify. The results of typical Palembang carving crafts include decorative cabinets, chairs, tables, wardrobes, frames, and various kinds of furniture. Through this research by examining how Palembang wood carving art in particular the manufacturing process, is expected to contribute to the people of Palembang City in order to develop and preserve these cultural assets.
