Advertising through celebrity endorsers is currently in great demand to introduce and promote products to the public. The use ofadvertisements is celebrity endorser considered effective to increase product sales, this is because the development of very fast information flow is supported by the existence of technology that makes consumers able to absorb information and knowledge  about a product quickly. Likewise with pricing strategies that can affect consumer buying interest. This study aims to determine the effect of price on interest in buying shampoo clear to the students of the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University, celebrity endorser on interest in buying shampoo clear to the students of the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University and celebrity endorser on interest in buying shampoo clear to the students of the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires to 100 student respondents at the Sari Mutiara Indonesia University which were analyzed by multiple linear regression, the sampling technique was using Non-Probability Sampling.The results of this study indicate that the price variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on the buying interest variable (Y) while thevariable celebrity endorser (X2) has a significant positive effect on the buying interest variable (Y). It can be concluded that the influence of each variable simultaneously can be seen that Fhitung(117.184) >Ftable (3.09) or sig. of 0.000 < 0.05. The data were statistically processed using SPSS 25 program tools.

Employees who have a high  commitment, have a desire to defend themselves as members of the organization. Therefore, to develop an organization, various aspects must be considered that can create work commitment. This study aims to examine: 1) the influence of leadership style on work commitment, 2) the influence of organizational culture on work commitment and 3) the effect of reward on work commitment. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study was all employees at KOPPAS "Citra Kartini" Senggreng Sumberpucung Malang Regency with a sample using saturated sampling technique, amounting to 39 employees. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded: 1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, 2) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, 3) reward has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, and 4) reward is a variable which has a dominant effect on employee  commitment

This research employ quantitative descriptive method aimed at testing the effects of Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah, and Ijarah Financings simultaneously and partially on the profitability of Sharia Banks in 2013-2016. This research uses secondary data taken from financial reports of Sharia Banks (Bank Umum Syariah/BUS) registered at the Bank of Indonesia. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression. Four Sharia Banks were used as samples in this study which provide financial reports per three months. They are chosen using purposive sampling method. From the research result, it can be inferred that mudharabah financing does not have significant effect, musyarakah financing has significant negative effect, while murabahah and ijarah financings have significant positive effect by partially on profitability. Whereas simultaneously have positive significant to profitability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah, dan ijarah terhadap profitabilitas Bank Umum Syariah yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia Periode 2013-2016. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) yang terdaftar di Bank Indonesia. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 4 Bank Umum Syariah, yang menyediakan laporan keuangan per triwulan. Sampel diambil menggunakan teknik pengambilan purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah tidak berpengaruh, pembiayaan musyarakah berpengaruh negatif signifikan, pembiayaan murabahah berpengaruh positif signifikan, pembiayaan ijarah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas ROE. Sedangkan secara simultan pembiayaan mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah dan ijarah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.

This study aims to test whether there is an effect of the implementation of Government Regulation no. 23 of 2018 of taxpayer compliance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This research method using quantitative descriptive method and primary data using a questionnaire. This study took a sample of 37 respondents taxpayer compliance for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises at the Ruteng Pratama Tax Office, Manggarai, East Nusa Tenggara. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of google. The results showed that the implementation of PP 23 2018 has a positive effect on tax compliance of micro, small and medium enterprises.

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability ratios, solvency ratios, and liquidity ratios towards firm value of the public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2017. The population is twelve automotive and component subsector companies. Sampling of this study was conducted using purposive sampling technique. Data is in the form of secondary data from each company’s financial statements from the Indonesian Stock Exchange website. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that of the ratios that measure the company’s financial performance, only the profitability ratio has a significant positive effect on firm value. The solvency ratio and the liquidity ratio does not significantly influence the firm value. But simultaneously, the three financial ratios show a significant positive effect towards firm value. This research model is quite strong, because all three variables contribute highly in explaining variations in firm value.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of marketing strategies on social marketing, to find out whether there is an influence of marketing communication and to find out whether there are simultaneous marketing strategies and communications on Humanitarian social marketing programs at the Aksi Cepat Tanggap Foundation. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The population of 218,481 using the method of Incidental Sampling technique was 99.95 rounded up to 100 respondents. Data analysis using regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that marketing strategy and marketing communication had a positive effect on social marketing with a regression equation Y = 11.360 + 0.526 X1 + 0.273 X2 + e. The more effective marketing strategy and marketing communication, the more will increase public participation in social marketing in humanitarian programs that are carried out or campaigned by Aksi Cepat Tanggap. Vice versa, if the marketing strategy and marketing communication is low or less effective then the public interest in the humanitarian program driven by social marketing Aksi Cepat Tanggap will also decrease

It is hoped that the use of payang fishing gear can help increase the catch of fishermen who will help improve the welfare of the fishing community. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of production of payang fishing gear fishermen in Sungai Limau District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The research was conducted in Padang Pariaman District, namely in Sungai Limau District, the respondents in this study were full fishermen who had payang fishing gear as many as 21 fishermen and ABK sampling of 2 people each. When the study was conducted for 2 (two) months early November to the end of December 2019. This type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive method research. The results of the analysis show that overall the factors of production, namely the trip trip factor, the amount of fuel, the number of crew members, the length of the wings, the size of the ship's engine, the setting and the institutional and policy influence on production with an F count of 28,352 2.83 on the successful production of payang fishermen's catches. In Sungai Limau District, Padang Pariaman Regency. 90.5% of payang fishermen's catch production can be explained by these factors, while 9.5% is influenced by other tractors not included in the analysis. The factor of the amount of fuel with a t count of 4.523 1.761 and the number of ABK with a t count of 3.246 1.76131 are two main factors that have a significant positive effect on the production of Payang fishermen's catches in Sungai Limau District, Padang Pariaman Regency.

This research is to find out the Model On New Customer Purchase Decision Toward of Product Quality, Location and Promotion In Electric Cigarette At West Jakarta. The subjects in this study were new consumers of electric cigarettes who made purchasing decisions at 54 Vape Store Tanjung Duren. The sample used in this study was 170 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. Abstract This study aims to examine whether the debt level and firm size has an effect on earning persistence. In addition, this study also aims to determine whether the book tax difference variable moderates the relationship between the variable debt level and firm size on earning persistence. The sample used in this study were manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2016-2019. The number of samples in this study were 33 companies. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. This research uses quantitative descriptive method, for data analysis using multiple linear analysis and moderation analysis using the absolute difference value test with SPSS 20 software. The results of this study indicate that the level debt has a positive effect on earning persistence. Meanwhile, firm size has no effect on earning persistence. The results of the moderating variable indicate that Book Tax Differences as a moderating variable can weaken the debt level with earning persistence and firm size with earning persistence. This research is aimed at three main things, namely: to know the implementation of "drill method", Qira'ah ability and the effect of "drill method" on the improvement of Maharah Qira'ah students of maktabah. class 4 ula Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Islamic Boarding School Banyuwangi 2018/2019 Learning Year. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with product moment technique. Methods of data collection using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. While the sample in this study was 40 students of class 4 ula maktabah. And the results of the research are (1) the implementation of the drill method of the maktabah santri has a very good value (2) the increase in maharah qira'ah of the maktabah santri has a fairly good value (3) There is a significant positive effect with a strong relationship between the drill method and the increase in maharah. qira'ah santri maktabah grade 4 ula pondok pesantren darussalam blokagung tegalsari banyuwangi in 2018/2019 learning year. The value of the effect of variable X on variable Y is 47.80% and there are still 52.2% other things that affect variable Y.
