Employees who have a high  commitment, have a desire to defend themselves as members of the organization. Therefore, to develop an organization, various aspects must be considered that can create work commitment. This study aims to examine: 1) the influence of leadership style on work commitment, 2) the influence of organizational culture on work commitment and 3) the effect of reward on work commitment. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study was all employees at KOPPAS "Citra Kartini" Senggreng Sumberpucung Malang Regency with a sample using saturated sampling technique, amounting to 39 employees. The results of data analysis in this study can be concluded: 1) leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, 2) organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee commitment, 3) reward has a significant positive effect on employee  commitment, and 4) reward is a variable which has a dominant effect on employee  commitment

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. This study was quantitative research using primary and secondary data sources. The data collection method used an online questionnaire in the form of a statement with a Likert scale and sampling used purposive sampling technique. Processing of data analysis techniques used IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and data analysis methods used multiple linear regression. The results showed that the transformational leadership style did not be proven to have an effect on the Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang. Organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance and job satisfaction also had a significant positive effect on the Account Representative’s performance. The last, transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction simultaneously had a significant positive effect on Account Representative performance of KPP Pratama Magelang.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee job satisfaction through employee empowerment as a mediating variable. The number of samples taken were 52 employees of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak who had worked for at least 3 years. The sampling technique used in this study is a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). On the results of the analysis it was found that the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee satisfaction at DevinSky Hotel Seminyak, the transformational leadership style variable had a significant positive effect on employee empowerment, the employee empowerment variable had a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, employee empowerment mediated the effect of transformational leadership style to the job satisfaction of DevinSky Hotel Seminyak employees. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR),Operating Expenses and Cost Efficiency (BOPO) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Return onassets (ROA). Return on assets (ROA) or profitability is one indicator that can be used to measurebank performance. The population used in this study is state-owned banks registered with BankIndonesia during the 2014-2018 period. In this study the sampling technique used total samplingtechniques using quarterly financial statements owned (1) PT. BNI (Persero), Tbk (2) Bank BRI(Persero), Tbk, (3) PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk; and (4) PT Bank BTN (Persero) so that with thesample, the number of samples in this study were (4 Quarter x 5 Years of Observation x 4 BUMNBanks = 80 panel data units). The results of multiple regression analysis provide evidence that CARhas a significant positive effect on ROA. Operational efficiency and cost efficiency (BOPO) has asignificant negative effect on return on assets (ROA). LDR has a significant negative effect on ROA.For the biggest contribution proven in CAR, that CAR has a dominant effect on ROA.

Leadership style and motivation are factors that can affect employee performance. In this case the leadership and motivation in the Office of the High Koto Nagari Mayor of Baso Sub-District, Agam Regency are classified as good, but apparently they have not been able to contribute maximally to employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Office of the Woto Nagari Koto Tinggi, Baso District, Agam Regency, which was 15 employees. The sampling technique in this study is non-probality sampling, which is a saturated sample. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation. Y = 44,185 + 0,462XI + 0,460X2. Based on the T test hypothesis test (partial test) shows that the leadership variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Based on the F Test (simultaneous test) shows that leadership variables, work motivation variables jointly influence the employee performance variable. The significant value is 0.025 < 0.05, so Ho is rejected Ha accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between leadership style variables and work motivation on employee performance at the Koto Tinggi Wali Nagari office in Baso District both partially and simultaneously.

The purpose of this study is to test training, employee environment, and organizational culture on employee performance with satisfaction as an intervening variable. using a quantitative approach, the data of this study were collected from 100 employees Sekretariat Badan Pelatihan dan Pendidikan Keuangan Jakarta. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this study by using SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study found that there is a significant positive effect of training on employee performance, there is a significant positive effect of the work environment on employee performance, and there is a significant positive effect of organizational culture on employee performance. then, there is a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a work environment that has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is a significant positive organizational culture on job satisfaction, and there is a positive job satisfaction on employee performance. besides, it was found that the direct effect of training on employee performance was greater than the indirect effect of training on job satisfaction, there was a work environment that directly affected employee performance greater than the indirect influence of the work environment on job satisfaction, and there was an influential organizational culture directly on employee performance is greater than the indirect influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction.

Salah satu keberhasilan perusahaan tergantung pada karyawannya. Untuk dapat meningkatkan produktivitas perusahaan, perlu diketahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 77 karyawan di PT Asno Horie Indonesia. gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi merupakan variabel bebas dan kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kepustakaan, kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama. Validitas dan reliabilitas pertanyaan diuji setiap variabel. Kemudian, variabel gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi di regresi terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Asno Horie Indonesia. One of the company's successes depends on its employees. To achieve this prosperity, it is necessary to know the effect of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance. This research was conducted on 77 employees at PT Asno Horie Indonesia. Leadership style and organizational culture are independent variables and employee performance is the dependent variable. This study uses literature, questionnaire, observation, and documentation as the main data collection tools. The validity and reliability of the questions were tested for each variable. Then, the independent variables are regressed on a dependent variable. The results showed that the leadership style variable did not significantly influence employee performance, and organizational culture had a significant positive effect on the performance of PT Asno Horie Indonesia's employees.

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture on knowledge transfer, and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Boven Digoel Regent's office. The sample used in this study is the entire population or saturated samples as many as 90 respondents. The collection methods in this study were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis method used path analysis with the Smart PLS application. The results showed that leadership style has no significant effect on knowledge transfer and employee performance. When mediated by knowledge transfer, the leadership style to affect employee performance was also insignificant. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on knowledge transfer, but interestingly has no significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance if it is mediated by knowledge transfer. Transfer knowledge has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

AbstractOrganizational culture is a system values and beliefs that are shared by people who interact in an rganization that serves as an identity and as reference behavior to achieve organizatinal goals. One of the success factor of an organization goals is leadership, especially leadership style will determine the perfomance of an organization that is shown on the employees performance. This study tried to assess the relationship of organizational culture and leadership style influence on employee performance. The object of this study were employees in Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Perempuan, dan Keluaraga Berencana in Magelang district. The result in multiple regression analysis showed that organizational culture and the leadership style have significant positive effect on employee performance either partially (t test) and simultaneously (F test)

This research is to find out the Model On New Customer Purchase Decision Toward of Product Quality, Location and Promotion In Electric Cigarette At West Jakarta. The subjects in this study were new consumers of electric cigarettes who made purchasing decisions at 54 Vape Store Tanjung Duren. The sample used in this study was 170 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. By using a quantitative descriptive approach. Analysis of the data used is statistical analysis in the form of SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions. <p><em>Human resource is central factor and vital component for the organization for the activity in the organization to run effectively and efficiently so that the organization is able to achieve the expected goal. The purposes of study are to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance and leadership style and organizational culture on on employee performance at the Sub-District Office of Pangakalan Jambu of Merangin Regency. This research method is quantitative and using multiple linear regression. The independent variable is leadership style (X1) and organizational culture (X2), the dependent variable is performance (Y). Populations and samples are employees, amounted to 30 people. The results of this study that the partial leadership style does not have a significant positive effect on employee performance and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance. While simultaneously that leadership style and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on employee performance. For R2 values obtained 0.428 or 42.8% variation of the dependent variable in this case the performance can be explained by independent variables of leadership style and organizational culture.</em></p><p>Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor sentral dan komponen vital bagi organisasi agar aktivitas di organisasi bisa berjalan secara efektif dan efesien sehingga organisasi mampu mencapai tujuan yang diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Pangakalan Jambu Kabupaten Merangin. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif dan menggunakan model regresi linear berganda. Variabel bebas adalah gaya kepemimpinan (X<sub>1</sub>) dan budaya organisasi (X<sub>2</sub>), variabel terikat adalah kinerja (Y). Populasi dan sampel merupakan pegawai pada Kantor Camat Pangkalan Jambu berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsial gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan secara simultan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Untuk nilai R<sup>2 </sup>diperoleh 0.428 atau 42.8% variasi variabel dependen dalam hal ini kinerja dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi.</p>
