Business competition is getting tighter, making the producers are required to always think creatively and critically in developing business. Especially in the culinary business. This study aims to determine the Quality of Service, Product Quality and Price proposed for Consumer Satisfaction (Y). This type of method used is a qualitative method, questionnaire data 96 respondents from a total of unlimited participants. The results of the study showed that there was an influence between Service Quality, Price, and Customer Satisfaction, while Product Quality did not oppose Consumer Satisfaction in the Oto Bento Villa Nusa Indah Resto. t-count = - 0.788 Price variable obtained value t-count = 4.089 while t-table obtained using the value of absent (α = 5% obtained value = 1.664), t-count value of variables X1 and X3 is greater than the value of t-table, H1 is accepted and H0 Bento Villa Nusa Indah, while the calculated value of X2 is smaller than the table value, H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted which is related to the quality of the product to the Customer Satisfaction in Resto Oto Bento Villa Nusa Indah. Abstrak Persaingan bisnis saat ini yang semakin ketat, dari para produsen dituntut untuk selalu berfikir kreatif dan kritis dalam mengembangkan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk  dan Harga berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Y). Jenis metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, data kuesioner 96 orang responden dari total populasi yang tidak terbatas. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh secara parsial antara Kualitas Pelayanan, Harga, terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen sedangkan Kualitas Produk tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Resto Oto Bento Villa Nusa Indah Uji thitung (signifikan korelasi ) untuk variabel Kualitas Pelayanan diperoleh nilai thitung= 5,953, variabel Kualitas Produk diperoleh nilai thitung = - 0,788 variabel Harga diperoleh nilai thitung = 4,089 sementara ttabel yang diperoleh mengunakan nilai alpa (α=5% diperoleh nilai sebesar = 1,664), nilai thitung variabel X1 dan X3 lebih besar dari pada nilai ttabel, H1 diterima dan H0 ditolak yang artinya terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas Pelayanan dan Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Resto Oto Bento villa nusa indah, sedangkan nilai thitung variabel X2 lebih kecil daripada nilai ttabel, H1 ditolak dan H0 diterima yang artinya tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen pada Resto Oto Bento villa nusa.

<p><em>Quality assurance becomes the main priority for the company. The quality of the product is closely related to the ability of the product to carry out its functions, with the good quality of the product will make the consumers satisfied and trust. Customer satisfaction is something that needs to be considered by the company. Another factor that can affect customer satisfaction is the quality of service as an effort to fulfill the needs and desires of consumers and the provision of delivery in keeping up with consumer expectations.  This study aims to determine the influence of product quality and service quality partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction at Roya Café. The research method uses a type of quantitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation. The research instrument uses questionnaires distributed to Roya Café consumers. The sample was taken by 226 respondents, using Non-Probability Sampling technique with Incidental Sampling approach. The analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regressions. The results showed that partially the quality of the product had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and the quality of service partially influenced positively and significantly to customer satisfaction at Roya Café. </em><em></em></p><p><strong><em><br /></em></strong><strong><em></em></strong></p>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of whether or not the quality of service, store atmosphere and promotion of consumer satisfaction at Pondok Jowi Restaurant Solo. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok Jowi Solo Restaurant in January 2020 at May 2020 with a total of 14,030 people. The sampling techniquemismpurposive samplingm which is a sampling technique with certain considerations by taking 100 respondents. Data collection uses a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondents' answers to identify the relationship between service quality, store atmosphere and promotion of customer satisfaction. The results show that service quality, store atmosphere and promotion have a simultaneous and significant effect on customer satisfaction, servicei quality has assignificant effect on customer satisfaction, store atmosphere has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and promotion has significant effect on customer satisfaction. Research on the influence of two independent variables namely service quality and product quality (of room and food) conducted at Harris Hotel Sentul Bogor aims to examine the level of its influence either partially or simultaneously on customer’s satisfaction as the dependent variable. The dimensions of service quality that are examined in terms of its influence on consumer satisfaction include elements of reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsiveness. Some of the product quality indicators for the rooms quality examined to have its influence on customer satisfaction include elements of design, features, quality of performance and the perceive of quality while indicators for the quality of food products which considered to have effect on consumer satisfaction includes the element of taste of food, aroma of food and the presentation of food. The number of respondents who took part in the research was 300 of respondents who were the consumers invited to share their experience on the questioner during their stay at Harris Sentul Hotel. Data analysis techniques used in this study are linear regression analysis. The study results have answered the 3 hypotheses and show that service quality has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction partially likewise, the study results has showed that the quality of room and food have a strong influence on the level of customer satisfaction who stayed at Harris Sentul as well as study has showed that simultaneously the 2 (two) independent variables had a positive and significant effect.

BPJS is one of the health services provided by the government to the people ofIndonesia. In the process of patient care by using BPJS there were some complaints fromconsumers related to the quality of service. Poor service quality will have an impact onconsumer dissatisfaction in the service, so that it is capable of influencing consumer loyalty.Loyalty can only be generated if consumers have experienced the satisfaction of a goodservice quality provided by the service provider. This study aims to determine the effectof service quality on customer loyalty. In this case the customer satisfaction are thingsthat need to be met first before consumers get to the stage of loyalty. Respondents of thisstudy are inpatients in RSI Jemursari Surabaya as many as 100 people who use the serviceBPJS third grade. This study used survey method and analyzed using path analysis withPartial Least Square (PLS). Results from this study is the quality of service has an influenceon loyalty with mediation of consumer satisfaction. Loyalty can occur if the satisfactionfelt by consumers. Thus, in this study, customer satisfaction a mediating variable for therelationship between the variables of service quality and customer loyalty.

ABSTRAK   Dunia pemasaran saat ini berkembang begitu pesat. Banyak perusahaan yang bersaing untuk mendapatkan hati konsumennya, salah satunya adalah dengan fokus meningkatkan kepuasana pelanggan. Hal ini yang menjadi salah satu alasan peneliti untuk mengetahui beberapa point yaitu Produk, Harga, Promosi, dan Kualitas Pelayanan yang berdampak terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa variabel produk yang mengarah kepada kualitas produk maupun tampilan produk yang sesuai keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen akan berdampak pada kepuasan pelanggan. Variabel harga pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa harga akan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan apabila kualitas produk juga mendukung dalam hal ini. Sedangkan promosi pada penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa promosi akan banyak mendatangkan konsumen namun apabila ingin menciptakan sebuah kepuasan maka yang perlu diperhatikan adalah Harga dan Kualitas Produk, karena kebanyakan perusahaan membuat promosi dengan maksud meghabiskan stok tanpa memperhatikan kualitas produk yang akan di distribusikan kepada konsumen. Kemudia kualitas pelayanan pada penelitian ini berdampak terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Pelayanan yang optimal adalah pelayanan yang membuat konsumen nyaman, aman dan merasa di hargai. Untuk kedepanya perusahaan harus mampu berinovasi dan mengevaluasi segala bentuk masukan dan saran konsumen untuk kemudian hari dikembangkan.   Kata kunci : Produk, Harga, Promosi, Kualitas Pelayanan, Kepuasan Pelanggan     ABSTRACT   Today's marketing world is growing so rapidly. Many companies compete to win the hearts of their customers, one of which is to focus on increasing customer satisfaction. This is one of the reasons for researchers to find out several points, namely Products, Prices, Promotions, and Service Quality which have an impact on Customer Satisfaction. From the results of research conducted shows that the product variables that lead to product quality and product appearance according to consumer wants and needs will have an impact on customer satisfaction. The price variable in this study shows that the price will affect customer satisfaction if the product quality also supports this. While the promotion in this study shows that the promotion will bring in a lot of consumers, but if you want to create a satisfaction, what needs to be considered is the price and quality of the product, because most companies make promotions with the intention of consuming stock without paying attention to the quality of the products that will be distributed to consumers. Then the quality of service in this study has an impact on customer satisfaction. Optimal service is one that makes consumers comfortable, safe and feels valued. This research was conducted based on the gap in research resultsPreviously (research gap) and the different focus of discussion on Service Quality and ProductQuality on Savings Customer Satisfaction at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon. In addition, there are also research problems about not achieving targets at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon .This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on satisfaction of savings customers at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon. This research was conducted at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon with a population of 14,250 and the sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution are worthy of use, thenanalyzed using SPSS 24.0. The results showed that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) service quality and product quality have an effect on customer satisfaction.The implication of this study is that the quality of service can be improvedby observing tangible indicators, reliability, responsiveness, guarantees andcertainty and empathy to increase.

Product quality and services have been the most concern of the trade and service. One of the efforts that can be used to improve and maintain the competitiveness of a company is to increase consumer satisfaction. The objectives of this study were 1) to determine the level of consumer interest in the products and services provided by McDonald’s, 2) to analyze the performance of McDonalds company in giving satisfaction to consumer, and 3) to analyze the level of customer satisfaction on products and services. Data collection in this study was done by distributing 255 questionnaires to consumers. Importance Performance Analysis method was used to analyse the effect of quality of the product & service on consumer satisfaction. The results show that consumers were satisfied on the product quality and service provided. The level of consumer satisfaction was 84,64% (satisfied) for the product quality and 83,06% (satisfied) for the service quality. This research is based on competition for the struggle of customers in the banking world, thus demanding banking companies to compete to attract customers by constantly improving the quality of service and competence of employees who are considered as representative banking companies as a form of satisfaction fulfillment to its customers. The purpose of this study to determine how the influence of Service Quality and Employee Competence to customer satisfaction PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Bank BTN), either partially or simultaneously. This research used qualitative method with descriptive research type. Sampling is used with non probability method of incidental sampling. The result of the simultaneous research on the quality of service and the competence of the employees is significant to customer satisfaction, partially the quality of service and employee competency also have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Thus, banks should continue to improve the quality of service and employee competence in order to achieve customer satisfaction and attention to other aspects that add value from customer satisfaction.

Marketing and strategy research has given a lot of importance to the study of product and service quality improvement. This has been widely studied in the literature as an appropriate competitive strategy to ensure customer satisfaction in the marketplace and gain a sustainable competitive advantage. In this paper, first, we have opted for an extensive review of marketing literature, quality of service and consumer satisfaction. Next, we propose to determine the factors that may affect customer satisfaction in the telecommunications industry in Tunisia. Indeed, each organization chooses to succeed in its strategy of satisfying its customers and to prevent the risk of losing them. Our empirical results indicate that most customers are satisfied with the quality of service provided to them, and most customers believe that Tunisie Telecom's service quality is above their expectations. Quality of reception at the counters of Tunisie Telecom's agencies is the key element for the success of the quality improvement project and is the major factor that can strongly influence client satisfaction and behavior.

Effect of Store Atmosphere, Product Quality, and Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction at the Seniman Coffee Studio The rapid development of coffee shops in the Ubud sub-district is certainly the main competitors of the Seniman Coffee Studio to attract consumers. This research was conducted to determine the characteristics of consumers of Seniman Coffee Studio and the effect of store atmosphere, product quality, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Seniman Coffee Studio. This study uses descriptive analysis and analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The method of obtaining data in this study was through distributing questionnaires at Seniman Coffee Studio. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere has a direct effect of 23.8% on customer satisfaction, product quality has a direct effect of 41% on customer satisfaction, and for service quality it also has a direct effect of 41.7% on consumer satisfaction at the Seniman Coffee Studio. Store atmosphere, both exterior and interior, at Seniman Coffee Studio needs to be improved, seeing its effect is smaller than the quality of the product and the quality service on customer satisfaction.
