Bundengan is a musical instrument that is transformed from kowangan or tudhung. Kowangan is a kind of head covering made from bamboo slats, clumpring, and palm fibers that are used by duck herders to protect them from rain and sunlight. Bundengan is used as a dance accompaniment as in Lengger and Soreng. The purpose of this study is to analyze the form of performance and function of bundengan art. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques interviews, observation, and study documents. Data validity techniques are based on credibility criteria, using data triangulation, while data analysis techniques are through data collection, presentation, reduction, and verification. This research approach uses an interdisciplinary qualitative approach, with intraesthetic studies on music forms and extraesthetics on music functions. The results of this study indicate that the form of the bundengan imitates the sound of gamelan (bendhe, kempul, gong, and kendang) applied to the pattern of the game to accompany the Lengger Topeng dance. While the function of bundengan music is as a dance accompaniment, emotional expression, aesthetic appreciation, entertainment, communication, related to social norms, cultural continuity, and community integration.

Wayang klitik is one of the traditional performances that are sacred as a means of bersih sendang ceremonial which is still sustainable today in Wonosoco Village, Undaan District, Kudus Regency. The purpose of this research is to examine the form of puppets and their functions in the bersih sendang ceremony. This study uses qualitative methods with interview data collection techniques, observation and document study. The data validity technique is based on credibility criteria, using data triangulation . Analysis of data is done through data collection, data reduction , data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study, regarding the shape of the wayang klitik made of flat wood formed according to the puppet character, carved and colored with simple decorative techniques, the puppet groups can be distinguished from face color , face shape , accessories, and body position. Wayang klitik in the bersih sendang ceremony has three functions, they are a personal function, a social function and a practical physical function. Personal function as a form of expression wayang klitik maker from realize his idea, social function as a means of rituals in the bersih sendang ceremony, entertainment exciting, educational media to the public, means of communication to God and dhanyang village, and physical function wayang klitik as props/puppets that portray the characters in the story that are playing.

Coronavirus new which caused the outbreak of pneumonia and caused the closure of tourist destinations and caused many SMEs products to be returned by the souvenir center and SMEs production stopped during the Covid-19 pandemic. Banyuwangi Regency has also experienced the closure of tourist destinations starting March 2020 and has an impact on SMEs in Banyuwangi Regency, one of which is Ratu Manis SMEs. After the closure of tourist attractions, 70% of Ratu Manis SMEs products that were entrusted to the souvenir center and tourist attractions were returned. The number of SMEs Ratu Manis production has also decreased. Many exhibition events at every festival held in Banyuwangi Regency have been canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Ratu Manis SMEs is trying to rise from the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic through synergy from various parties with the help of the government, academics, media and the community using the pentahelix approach. The research approach used in this research is descriptive research. The data sources used in this study are secondary and primary data sources. The data were collected using data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews with the source triangulation strategy for data validity. With penta helix synergy of industry, government, academia, media and the community sweet queen SMEs can survive to face the pandemic covid-19 and may even improve the quality of the products and sales turnover also increased from 20 kg to 40 kg per day.

Aransemen instrumen string lagu A Whole New World oleh Steve Deaprof Band dibuat menarik dan modern, sehingga membuat lagu tersebut menjadi lebih variatif terutama pada isian (filler) string yang berbeda dari lagu aslinya.  Hal ini melatarbelakangi peneliti untuk melakukan sebuah penelitian ini. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan aransemen instrumen string lagu A Whole New World oleh Steve Deaprof Band. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi Penelitian di kantor Steve Deaprof yakni di Jln. KHM Mansyur no.3, Bendan, Pekalongan. Teknik pengumpulan data antara lain: teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Teknik keabsahan data. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu analisis dalam bentuk pernyataan dan analisis yang diungkapkan dengan deskripsi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aransemen instrumen string lagu A Whole New World memiliki 3 kali perpindahan tangganada (modulasi) dan fill in pada beberapa bagian lagu. ___________________________________________________________________ Abstract The string instrument arrangement of the song A Whole New World by Steve Deaprof Band was made attractive and modern, thus making the song more varied, especially in the different string fillers from the original song. This is the background for researchers to conduct this research. The aim of this research is to know and describe the string instrument arrangement of the song A Whole New World by Steve Deaprof Band. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. The research location is in Steve Deaprof's office, which is Jln. KHM Mansyur no.3, Bendan, Pekalongan. Data collection techniques include: observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data validity techniques. The data analysis in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely analysis in the form of statements and analysis expressed with descriptions. The results show that the arrangement of the string instrument A Whole New World has 3 times the scale shift (modulation) and fill in on several parts of the song.

This research is motivated by the pessimism of the Head of Islamic Education in improving their careers to a higher level. This situation is inseparable from the role and guidance carried out by the Madrasah supervisor. This study aims to: 1) Know the supervision of Madrasah that have not been accountable in fostering the career of the head of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi Province. 2) Determine the accountability of supervisors of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi Province. 3) Knowing the career of the head of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi Province. 4) Knowing the accountability of madrasah supervisors in the career development of Madrasah heads in Jambi Province.The research approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using the Creswell model and data validity techniques using data triangulation. The results of the research on the accountability of madrasah supervisors can be seen from the existence of transparency, liability, controllability, responsibility, responsiveness, ability, development, skills, training, and care. Career Head of Madrasah can be seen from the implementation of the stages of planning, growth, direction, exploration, development, stabilization, innovative work, professional ability, promotion, promotion, and appreciation. The conclusion is that the accountability of madrasah supervisors can develop the career of the Head of the Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Jambi Province. The implication of this study is that the accountability of madrasah supervisors is able to develop the career of the Madrasah Chief.

This research deals with public speaking class, especially in extemporaneous speech. The purpose of the research was to find out how was the effective strategy for practicing an impromptu speech in public speaking. The researcher applied a qualitative research approach. The technique of data collection was note-taking by collected data on books and journals. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and drawing the conclusion. The results revealed that there are some effective strategies for practicing extemporaneous speech in public speaking. The introduction of the speech started from greeting the god, getting the attention and interest of the audience started by a familiar quote, telling a personal story to illustrate speech point, and revealing the topic to the audience. Strategies explaining the body of speech were to have a card note. It is used to write the point of the speech presents the main points and sub-points in the body of the speech. Establish eye contact with the audience into speaker opening words, vocal and visual gestures in perform, and make sure the speech has the desired impact on the audience, testimony quotes from expert statements to support the conversation. Then, strategies concluding the speech began the conclusion with a restatement of the speaker's message by using positive words to the audience, praise and thanks to the audience, closing with an entertaining sentence or anecdote, chant rhymes, and chant rhymes and short poems.

Abstrak: Beberapa tahun terakhir eksistensi Pancasila dalam fungsinya sebagai dasar negara (philophische grondslag) dan pandangan hidup bangsa (weltanschauung) dipertaruhkan. Banyak tantangan dan rintangan yang dihadapi oleh Pancasila dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya. Kemerosotan nilai-nilai bangsa menjadi tantangan tersendiri yang dihadapi oleh Pancasila. Terorisme, radikalisme, narkoba, korupsi, hilangnya toleransi serta melunturnya rasa nasionalisme dan patriotisme sudah menjadi bukti merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Mahasiswa sebagai agent of change harus peka dalam melihat situasi ini dan diharapkan mempunyai solusi dalam memecahkan masalah merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap fungsi Pancasila sebagai weltanschauung dalam upaya menghadapi merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Lokasi penelitian di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Mataram. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tahap penelitian melalui tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) mayoritas mahasiswa masih percaya bahwa Pancasila sebagai weltanschauung masih mampu menghadapi berbagai persoalan tentang merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. (2) diperlukan penanaman nilai-nilai pancasila melalui pendekatan multiapproach, multimedia, multidiscipline dan multistake holders dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Pancasila, Philosopische Grondslag, Weltanschauung, Nilai-Nilai BangsaAbstract: The last few years of the existence of Pancasila in its function as the basic of the state (philophische grondslag) and the way of life (weltanschauung) were at stake. Terrorism, radicalism, drugs, corruption, loss of tolerance and the weakening of the sense of nationalism and patriotism have been proof of the decline of national values. Students as agents of change must be sensitive in seeing this situation and expected to have a solution in solving the problem of declining national values. This study aims to determine students' perceptions the function of Pancasila as a weltanschauung in an effort to deal with the decline of national values. The research location in the Universty of Mataram, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Research phase through the planning and implementation stages. The results of the study show that: (1) the majority of students still believe that the Pancasila as a weltanschauung is still able to face various problems regarding the decline of national values. <p align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>This article discusses the form and function of Dol music in Bengkulu city society. This study uses qualitative methods, data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. </em><em>The results of this study indicate that Dol music is an important element integrated in the Tabot ritual procession in the city of Bengkulu. 3 Dol music reporters in carrying out Tabot rituals, namely tamatam, swena, and sweri. The role of Dol music in the procession is to express the musical spirit of ritua tabot namely struggle, war and sadness. The existence of Dol music performance both in the context of Tabot rituals, as well as its development outside the Tabot event contest, has important values and functions for the community namely; 1) Functioning as entertainment for the community, 2) The function of emotional disclosure, seen from the emotional overflow of players in the </em><em>“beruji Dol” 3) functions as a ratification of social institutions, in this case Dol music is an important requirement in the Tabot ceremony, 4) symbolic function, as a symbol manifested through musical aspects expressing sadness or the spirit of warfare, 5) the function of community integration, uniting the community in togetherness and being involved in the wisdom of the Tabot ceremony, and 6) the function of cultural continuity; the existence of Dol music as a form of effort to preserve and strengthen the cultural identity of the people of Bengkulu city.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords : </em></strong><em>Dol music, Tabot </em><em>Rital, Form, Function</em></p><p class="SammaryHeader" align="center"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p><em>Artikel ini membahas tentang bentuk dan fungsi musik Dol dalam kehidupan masyarakat kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Permasalahan dibahas melalui deskriptif analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa musik Dol merupakan unsur penting yang terintegrasi dalam prosesi upacara Tabot di kota Bengkulu. Terdapat 3 reportoar musik Dol dalam pelaksanaan upacara Tabot yakni tamatam, swena, dan sweri. Adapun  peran musik Dol pada prosesi tersebut adalah mengekspresikan secara musikal </em><em>spirit</em><em> dari upacara yakni perjuangan,</em><em> perperangan </em><em>dan </em><em>kesedihan</em><em>.</em><em> Keberadaan seni pertunjukan musik Dol baik dalam konteks ritual Tabot, maupun perkembangnganya diluar kontes uapacara Tabot, memiliki nilai dan fungsi penting bagi masyarakatnya yakni; 1) Berfungsi Sebagai hiburan bagi masyarakat, 2)Fungsi pengungkapan emosional, terlihat dari peluapan emosional pemain pada prosesi “beruji Dol” 3) berfungsi sebagai pengesah lembaga sosial, dalam hal ini musik Dol merupakan syarat penting dalam upacara Tabot, 4) fungsi perlambangan, sebagai simbol yang diwujudkan melalui aspek musikal yang mengekspresikan kesedihan ataupun spirit perperangan, 5) fungsi pengintegrasian masyarakat, menyatukan masyarakat dalam kebersamaan dan terlibat dalam hikmatnya upacara Tabot, dan 6) fungsi kesenambungan budaya; eksistensi musik Dol sebagai bentuk usaha pelestarian dan penguatan idenitas budaya masyarakat kota Bengkulu.</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci : </em></strong><em>Musik Dol, upacara Tabot, Bentuk, Fungsi</em>

Antan Delapan music is one of the arts found in the district of Muara Enim, South Sumatra. Antan Delapan art is currently displaced by the development of western music, therefore the form and function of music plays an important role in maintaining the Antan Delapan music among the people of Muara Enim Regency. The purpose is to study the form and function of Antan Delapan music. The method in this study uses descriptive qualitative with an interdisciplinary approach, while the data collection technique uses observation, interviews, and document studies. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. Data analysis techniques use the concepts of Strauss and Corbic. The results of this study are the form of Antan Delapan music which is dissected through the elements of time, melody, harmony, while the function of Antan Delapan music in the community as, entertainment, aesthetic appreciation, means of communication, cultural harmony, and as an integration. And it is hoped that this research can be useful for the people of Muara Enim Regency, especially the Muare Lawai Village Community in order to know the function and form of Antan Delapan music and can maintain the Antan Delapan music among the Muare Lawai villagers, and is useful for readers who will use music theory about the form and music function.

This study aimed to analyze and describe effectivity of headmaster role and function to implementing program for improving quality of education in private elementary school of Metro City. The research approach used is qualitative with case study design on the effectiveness of headmaster role and function as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, motivator, and entrepreneur. Sources of research data are headmaster, vice headmaster, teachers, committees, supervisors, foundation, and administrative staff of schools with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documentation studies. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman interaction model is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the study are expected to effectively implement the headmaster role and function and involve the stakeholders in an optimal manner. This study aims to find out: (1) Strengthening ecological citizenship in changing the behavior of people aware of the environment through the Kampung Selo Beraksi program; (2) Obstacles faced in realizing the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. This study uses qualitative research methods and descriptive research approaches. The research technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection uses interviews, observation and document analysis. Testing data validity using data triangulation and methods. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model which includes: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Stages of research include: (1) Preparation; (2) Data collection; (3) Analysis of data; (4) Preparation of research reports. The results of this study include: (1) Strengthening ecological citizenship is needed to arouse community awareness through environmental activities, namely the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. Insightful activities in the Kampung Selo Beraksi program include garbage banks, hydroponic parks, vertical gardens, craft galleries, and outbound. Strengthening ecological citizenship in the Kampung Selo Beraksi program is a bottom up approach that is realized through the formation of environmental knowledge, environmental skills, environmental attitudes, environmental participation. (2) The obstacles faced in realizing the Kampung Selo Beraksi program come from internal and external. The barriers to the Kampung Selo Beraksi program originating from the internal include: a) limited human resources due to lack of activeness and participation of the Kampung Selo community members; b) limited sources of funds in the development of the Kampung Selo Beraksi program. Barriers to the Kampung Selo Beraksi program originating from the external include: a) obstacles from the community, namely the existence of counter-attitudes from the community and a lack of community participation; b) obstacles from the government, namely lack of attention and participation of the local government; c) obstacles from the environment, namely the location of Kampung Selo Beraksi far from the city and the maximum arrangement of the village.
