This research is motivated by the pessimism of the Head of Islamic Education in improving their careers to a higher level. This situation is inseparable from the role and guidance carried out by the Madrasah supervisor. This study aims to: 1) Know the supervision of Madrasah that have not been accountable in fostering the career of the head of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi Province. 2) Determine the accountability of supervisors of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi Province. 3) Knowing the career of the head of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri in Jambi Province. 4) Knowing the accountability of madrasah supervisors in the career development of Madrasah heads in Jambi Province.The research approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data uses observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using the Creswell model and data validity techniques using data triangulation. The results of the research on the accountability of madrasah supervisors can be seen from the existence of transparency, liability, controllability, responsibility, responsiveness, ability, development, skills, training, and care. Career Head of Madrasah can be seen from the implementation of the stages of planning, growth, direction, exploration, development, stabilization, innovative work, professional ability, promotion, promotion, and appreciation. The conclusion is that the accountability of madrasah supervisors can develop the career of the Head of the Public Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Jambi Province. The implication of this study is that the accountability of madrasah supervisors is able to develop the career of the Madrasah Chief.

Coronavirus new which caused the outbreak of pneumonia and caused the closure of tourist destinations and caused many SMEs products to be returned by the souvenir center and SMEs production stopped during the Covid-19 pandemic. Banyuwangi Regency has also experienced the closure of tourist destinations starting March 2020 and has an impact on SMEs in Banyuwangi Regency, one of which is Ratu Manis SMEs. After the closure of tourist attractions, 70% of Ratu Manis SMEs products that were entrusted to the souvenir center and tourist attractions were returned. The number of SMEs Ratu Manis production has also decreased. Many exhibition events at every festival held in Banyuwangi Regency have been canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Ratu Manis SMEs is trying to rise from the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic through synergy from various parties with the help of the government, academics, media and the community using the pentahelix approach. The research approach used in this research is descriptive research. The data sources used in this study are secondary and primary data sources. The data were collected using data collection techniques, namely observation and interviews with the source triangulation strategy for data validity. With penta helix synergy of industry, government, academia, media and the community sweet queen SMEs can survive to face the pandemic covid-19 and may even improve the quality of the products and sales turnover also increased from 20 kg to 40 kg per day.

Bundengan is a musical instrument that is transformed from kowangan or tudhung. Kowangan is a kind of head covering made from bamboo slats, clumpring, and palm fibers that are used by duck herders to protect them from rain and sunlight. Bundengan is used as a dance accompaniment as in Lengger and Soreng. The purpose of this study is to analyze the form of performance and function of bundengan art. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques interviews, observation, and study documents. Data validity techniques are based on credibility criteria, using data triangulation, while data analysis techniques are through data collection, presentation, reduction, and verification. This research approach uses an interdisciplinary qualitative approach, with intraesthetic studies on music forms and extraesthetics on music functions. The results of this study indicate that the form of the bundengan imitates the sound of gamelan (bendhe, kempul, gong, and kendang) applied to the pattern of the game to accompany the Lengger Topeng dance. While the function of bundengan music is as a dance accompaniment, emotional expression, aesthetic appreciation, entertainment, communication, related to social norms, cultural continuity, and community integration.

The aim of this present study is to initiate Islamic education in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia. With respect to the research methodology, this study employed a qualitative approach and literature study method. In its implementation, the collected data was then analyzed using a descriptive analysis method. Based on the results of the discussion, in order to rectify the educational paradigm in Indonesia, it should initially change the secularism paradigm that has been fossilized in the world of education into the paradigm of Islam, al-Qur`an, and Tauhid. As a consequence, this paradigm will have implications for the establishment of the conceptualized education system that inevitably also affects the to-be-achieved educational objectives. In order to realize a good education system, there should be integration between the elements of education practitioners which consist of family, mosques/schools/campuses, and society. As a result, those aforementioned objectives will be successfully achieved in the moment when Islamic rules are fully implemented in all aspects of life. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously educate the public regarding the importance of implementing Islamic rules in all aspects of life, including in the aspect of education.

The objectives of the research are to discover planning, procurement, inventory, utilizing, and deletion of productive learning facilities and infrastructure in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar. The research employed descriptive qualitative approach with the data resources namely the principal, vice principal of facility and infrastructure, vice principal of curriculum, the head of study program, the head of workshop, and the head of sub-administrative division who were chosen by using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed by using data reduction, data display, and conculsion drawing/verification. The data validity of the research was checked by using credibility test (degree of trust) with obsecvational persistence technique and triangulation method.The result of the research reveal that the management of productive learning facilities and infrastructures conducted in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar is fairly good. It can be seen from: (1) the planning of productive learning facilities and infrastructures which was conducted in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar was through activities, namely needs analysis, priority scale determination, budgeting and proposal preparation, (2) the procurement of productive learning facilities and infrastructures in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar was conducted firstly by disbursing the budget according to activity plan and school budget (RKAS), then conducted procurement by buying equipments directly to the shop of factory by using school operational fund (BOS). Besides, the help of the procurement of productive learning facilities and infrastructures was also coming from local government, (3) the procedure of the inventory of productive learning facilities and infrastructures in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar was conducted through note-taking, giving code, and reporting quarterly and annually, (4) productive learning facilities and infrastructures in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar was used according which was effective and efficient, so in operating the equipment, it used guidance in a form of guidance book and followed instructions from productive subject teachers, (5) the deletion of productive learning facilities and infrastructures in SMK Negeri 3 Makassar was conducted on productive facilities and infrastructures which could not be used anymore/broken by destroying them.

Tourism is a wide range of tourist activities and supported a variety of facilities and services provided by the public, employers, Government and Local Government. Wonorejo Mangrove Tour became one of the sights that have become icons of Surabaya citizens in the eyes of the local tourist travelers and foreign tourists. However, the actual inside Ecotourism Mangrove Wonorejo Surabaya are still many deficiencies, among others in terms of management and in terms of amenities. Associated with the condition, the author will conduct in-depth studies related to the role of manager of the parties in this case is devoted to and Sanitation Department (DKP) in developing Mangrove Wonorejo Tour as to improve tourist facilities lives in Surabaya city. The purpose of this study was to describe the role and Sanitation Department (DKP) Surabaya City Government on Mangrove Wonorejo Tour improve tourist facilities in the city of Surabaya City community. The research approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Informants in this study is the travel manager of Mangrove Wonorejo Rungkut and surrounding communities Mangrove Wonorejo Rungkut travel. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed that the role and Sanitation Department (DKP) in Surabaya on Mangrove Wonorejo Tour in improving tourism facilities the city lives in Surabaya is just a role and focus in the cleanliness and landscaping in Wonorejo Mangrove Tour. More attention and Sanitation Department (DKP) in Surabaya to the tourist destination in this case is Mangrove tour Wonorejo Tour more emphasis on hygiene. And Sanitation Department (DKP) in Surabaya has always appealed to the manager and the local community to always keep the Mangrove Wonorejo sites. The management and the local community can then give an example of protecting the environment, especially in tourist locations mangrove Wonorejo that visitors have the awareness to jointly preserve mangrove ecosystems.Keywords: Tourism,  Tour Facilitation City, and Sanitation Department (DKP)

This Study at Al Baqiyatus Shalihat Islamic Boarding School in West Tanjung Jabung Regency, Karya Pembangunan Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School in Jambi City and Al-Munawaroh Boarding School in Merangin Regency Jambi Province. Life Skills Program are a group of skills program that include social skill, personal skill, academic skill and vocational skill. These skills are taught at Islamic boarding schools to equip students to live independently and have Islamic entrepreneurial behavior in the face of the development and progress of the times. The purpose of this study was to determine the management life skills program to improve the behavior of students in entrepreneurship, the excellence of managing life skills program that have been implemented by Islamic Boarding Schools and determined the behavior of students in entrepreneurship. The research approach is used to descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis using Miles and Huberman models and data validity techniques using data triangulation.

To support regional autonomy the central government issued Law (UU) no. 23 of 2014 which has given authority to the Regional Government to manage and regulate its own government, this includes regional financial management which ultimately must be accountable to the public through the presentation of financial which are an element of Regional Financial Information. To carry out this mandate, the Simeulue Regency Government since 2007 has used the SIMDA Finance application as an information system for its financial management so that it can manage finances in an accountable and transparent manner. hinder the performance of the Financial SIMDA, which In the course of its implementation, the Simeulue Regency Government has found obstacles that gradually fix these inhibiting factors and implement supporting factors that can improve the performance of the Financial SIMDA. This study aims to determine the factors that hinder and support the implementation of SIMDA Finance in Simeulue Regency. This research method uses qualitative, research subjects consist of SIMDA Finance users who have used the application for more than three years, data collection techniques using observations, interviews and documents, data validity techniques using data triangulation. data analysis technique using NVIVO. The results show that the five main factors that support the implementation of SIMDA Finance in Simeulue Regency are software, leader commitment, network, hardware, and attitude of the implementer. Meanwhile, the five main factors that hinder the implementation of SIMDA Finance are human resources, software, networks, hardware and the attitude of the implementers. The factors that are the same between supporters and obstacles to SIMDA Finance are caused by researchers looking at different sides of these factors in implementing SIMDA Finance.

This article aims to describe how the model of integrated political education based on the five qualities of the Padang branch of the Islamic Student Association (HMI). The problem is focused on the Padang branch HMI integrated political education model. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data is collected through documentation studies, interviews, observations, and FGD (focus group discussion). Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and decision making. Data validity was tested by source triangulation. This study concludes that the integrated political education model based on the five qualities of the HMI aspirants of the Padang branch is based on the objectives of the HMI with formal, non-formal and informal forms of political education.

This study focuses on the analysis of local tax management strategies in an effort to increase PAD in Serang City. The theory uses SWOT analysis according to Hunger (2017: 23) which includes factors of strength (strength), weakness (weakness), opportunities (opportunities) and threats (threats). The research method uses case studies. The research approach uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive design. Research informants from BPKAD elements of Serang City, secretary of Commission III DPRD Serang City for Finance and Regional Assets, and hotel, restaurant and entertainment companies. Data analysis using data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman. The results of the study show that the SO (Strenghs to Opportunity) strategy is by adding local tax services that are carried out online, and adding new local taxpayers through data collection activities or direct surveys to the location of business activities engaged in hotels, restaurants and entertainment, WO strategy (Weakness to Opportunity) by adding field officers to carry out data collection and survey activities for business actors, especially small and medium-sized businesses that have not been registered as local taxpayers, ST Strategy (Strenghs to Threats) by utilizing the Serang City BPKAD website to periodic reporting of local taxes to the public, the WT (Weakness to Threats) strategy by means of publicity of local tax information can utilize print media and electronic media.
