Abstrak: Beberapa tahun terakhir eksistensi Pancasila dalam fungsinya sebagai dasar negara (philophische grondslag) dan pandangan hidup bangsa (weltanschauung) dipertaruhkan. Banyak tantangan dan rintangan yang dihadapi oleh Pancasila dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya. Kemerosotan nilai-nilai bangsa menjadi tantangan tersendiri yang dihadapi oleh Pancasila. Terorisme, radikalisme, narkoba, korupsi, hilangnya toleransi serta melunturnya rasa nasionalisme dan patriotisme sudah menjadi bukti merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Mahasiswa sebagai agent of change harus peka dalam melihat situasi ini dan diharapkan mempunyai solusi dalam memecahkan masalah merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap fungsi Pancasila sebagai weltanschauung dalam upaya menghadapi merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. Lokasi penelitian di Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Universitas Mataram. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tahap penelitian melalui tahap perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) mayoritas mahasiswa masih percaya bahwa Pancasila sebagai weltanschauung masih mampu menghadapi berbagai persoalan tentang merosotnya nilai-nilai kebangsaan. (2) diperlukan penanaman nilai-nilai pancasila melalui pendekatan multiapproach, multimedia, multidiscipline dan multistake holders dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kata Kunci: Pancasila, Philosopische Grondslag, Weltanschauung, Nilai-Nilai BangsaAbstract: The last few years of the existence of Pancasila in its function as the basic of the state (philophische grondslag) and the way of life (weltanschauung) were at stake. Terrorism, radicalism, drugs, corruption, loss of tolerance and the weakening of the sense of nationalism and patriotism have been proof of the decline of national values. Students as agents of change must be sensitive in seeing this situation and expected to have a solution in solving the problem of declining national values. This study aims to determine students' perceptions the function of Pancasila as a weltanschauung in an effort to deal with the decline of national values. The research location in the Universty of Mataram, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. The research approach uses descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Research phase through the planning and implementation stages. The results of the study show that: (1) the majority of students still believe that the Pancasila as a weltanschauung is still able to face various problems regarding the decline of national values. (2) it is necessary to cultivate the values of the Pancasila through a multimedia, multidiscipline and multistakeholder approach in daily life.Keywords: Pancasila, Philosopische Grondslag, Weltanschauung, National Values

Learning in the 21st century requires teachers to be creative in the learning process. Learning not only focuses on improving students 'cognitive abilities but also shapes students' characters. This study aims to illustrate the use of the game of talik in an effort to shape the character of discipline and honesty of students. The research approach uses a qualitative-descriptive approach by observing and exploring information directly in the field. Data collection using the method of documentation, observation, and structured interviews. Research location at the University of Mataram, Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program. Based on preliminary observations it is known that at that location still does not utilize traditional games optimally. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The stages of the research are broadly divided into three parts, namely; 1) Stages of preparation / pre-field, 2) Stages of fieldwork, and 3) Stages of data analysis. The results showed: 1) Nowadays modern games are more widely used compared to traditional games. 2) The game of Swelling as one of the traditional games of the Sasak tribe has succeeded in becoming one of the media to form a disciplined and honest character of students.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses komunikasi kelompok dalam metode pembelajaran sentra di TK Zaid bin Tsabit. Penelitian ini mendiskusikan tentang proses komunikasi kelompok. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan peneliti ada dengan studi pustaka, penelusuran data secara online, wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi dengan 3 orang informan kunci yaitu guru di TK Zaid bin Tsabit serta 3 informan pendukung yaitu Kepala TK Zaid bin Tsabit dan 2 orang tua murid. Uji keabsahan data dengan peningkatan ketekunan, triangulasi dan diskusi dengan teman sejawat, teknik analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan dan evaluasi.Hasil penelitian ini bahwa Proses komunikasi yang terjadi merupakan komunikasi langsung yang terjadi dua arah dan dilakukan terus menerus untuk membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang terjadi dalam kelompok metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak. Proses komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh guru kepada anak dilakukan dengan memberikan arahan-arahan kepada anak serta contoh dari arahan yang telah disampaikan oleh guru.Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran sentra membentuk kemandirian anak lewat komunikasi yang dilakukan guru secara terus menerus, karna melalui pembelajaran sentra anak diminta untuk melakukan segala sesuatunya sendiri dalam pengawasan guru. Saran yang diberikan adalah guru harus lebih kreatif dalam memberikan materi pada metode pembelajaran sentra serta bersikap lebih tegas dalam mendidik anak dan melakukan komunikasi yang berkelanjutan dengan orang tua murid. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This study was conducted to determine the process of group communication in the center learning method at TK Zaid bin Tsabit. This study discusses the process of group communication. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques carried out by the researcher were with literature studies, online data searches, interviews, observation and documentation with 3 key informants namely the teacher at TK Zaid bin Tsabit and 3 supporting informants namely TK Head Zaid bin Tsabit and 2 parents. Test the validity of data by increasing perseverance, triangulation and discussion with colleagues, data analysis techniques using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions and evaluations.The results of this study that the communication process that occurs is direct communication that occurs in two directions and carried out continuously to form the independence of children. The communication process that occurs in a group of central learning methods shapes children's independence. The process of communication carried out by the teacher to the child is done by giving directions to the child as well as examples of directions that have been delivered by the teacher.The conclusion of this study is that the central learning method shapes children's independence through continuous communication by the teacher, because through central learning children are asked to do everything themselves in the supervision of the teacher. The advice given is that the teacher must be more creative in giving material to the central learning method and be more assertive in educating children and making ongoing communication with parents.

Abstract: Gender issues must be resolved immediately. The study aims to describe: 1) Implementation of gender-based class segregation policies; 2) Inhibiting factors and solutions in implementing gender-based class segregation policies and school efforts in overcoming the problems faced in implementing gender-based class segregation policies. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. This research was carried out at Islamic junior high school Maarif 01 Singosari. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis phase used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing. To check the validity of the data using data and source triangulation. The results showed that 1) The implementation of the gender-based class segregation policy process of its implementation was carried out by separating classes between male and female classes, from grades VII, VII and X but in one building, one organization and supported by the implementation of orderly. 2) Barriers and solutions faced by schools in carrying out policies are: attitudes of male students disagree with the existence of policies that have an impact on the class structure when learning hours are less conducive. The solution that is done by the school, by providing approaches and direction to students, and every teacher and especially the counseling guidance teacher and subject teachers must know all the problems that often occur to Al Maarif SMPI students to be evaluated on an ongoing basis.Keywords: Gender, Segregation, Policy Implementation Abstrak: Permasalahan mengenai gender harus segara dituntaskan.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender; 2) Faktor penghambatdan solusi dalam implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender dan upaya sekolah dalam mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi dalam implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPIslamAl Maarif 01 Singosari. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahapan analisis yang digunakan yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk mengecek keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi data dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Implementasi kebijakan segregasi kelas berbasis gender proses penerapannya dilakukan dengan cara pemisahan kelas antara kelas laki-laki dan kelas perempuan, mulai dari kelas VII, VII dan X akan tetapi dalam satu gedung, satu organisasi dan didukung dengan diterapkannya tata tertib. 2) Kendala dan solusi yang dihadapi sekolah dalam menjalankan kebijakan yaitu: sikap siswa putra kurang setuju adanya kebijakan hal tersebut berdampak pada suasana kelas pada saat jam pembelajaran kurang kondusif. Solusi yang dilakukan sekolah, dengan memberikan pendekatan dan arahan terhadap siswa, dan setiap guru dan khususnya guru BK dan guru mata pelajaran harus mengetahui segala problem yang sering terjadi pada siswa Islamic junior high schoolAl Maarif untuk dievaluasi secara berkelanjutan.Kata kunci: Segregasi, Gender, Implementasi Kebijakan

Abstrak: Pengelolaan Arsip Dinamis di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Klaten.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan arsip dinamis di Kantor Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kabupaten Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan kunci (key informant) penelitian yaitu Kepala Subbagian Tata Usaha. Informan pendukung terdiri dari satu pegawai Subbagian Tata Usaha dan tiga pegawai kearsipan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan diakhiri dengan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data ditentukan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip dinamis meliputi, pengelolaan surat masuk dan surat keluar. Sistem penyimpanan arsip menggunakan sistem wilayah, nomor, dan tanggal. Asas penyimpanan arsip menggunakan asas kombinasi antara sentralisasi dan desentralisasi. Peminjaman dan penemuan kembali arsip dilakukan ketika ada pegawai yang hendak meminjam arsip. Pemeliharaan arsip belum dilakukan dengan baik. Abstract: The Management Of Dynamic Archives In The Office Of National Land Agency (NLA) Klaten Regency. This research aims to know the management of dynamic archives in the Office of National Land Agency (NLA) Klaten. This research belonged to descriptive research by applying qualitative approach. Key informant of this research is the Head of Sub Administrative Division. Supporting informants of this research are an employee of sub administrative division and three employee of management records. The techniques of data collection of this research were observation, interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed by using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing a conclusion. The reliability of the data of this research were resource triangulation and method triangulation. The findings reveal that: the management of dynamic archives include, the management of inbox and outbox. The system of archives storage uses a geographical system, a numerical, and a chronological. The principle of archives storage uses a combination between centralization and decentralization. The borrowing and re-finding system are carried out when there is an employee who will borrow the archives. This study is aimed at obtaining a description of the various habituation activities carried out to form the character of students that are relevant to Permendikbud Number 23 of 2015 concerning Cultivation of Character. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of phenomenological research. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation then analyzed using data analysis techniques Miles and Huberman's model. The results showed that there are seven strategies in implementing character education based on Permendikbud Number 23 of 2015. First, cultivating moral and spiritual values through habituation. Second, developing national values and diversity through habituation. Third, develop positive interactions between students and teachers and parents through habituation. Fourth, developing positive interactions between students through habituation. Fifth, taking care of yourself and the school environment through habituation. Sixth, develop the full potential of students through habituation. Seventh, the involvement of parents and the community in schools through habituation. The seven strategy activities have been implemented optimally because each of the objectives in them can be achieved.

The research was backgrounded by a decrease in the number of students who enrolled in Unwidha Klaten's PGSD Study Program. The study focused on the profile of students towards the PGSD FKIP Klaten Widya Dharma University lecture activities. Data collection uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Processing data using editing, explanation information, diagrams, and percentage explanations. The research conclusions are explained as follows. The majority of Unwidha Klaten's PGSD students in 2017 have self-explanations such as being born in Klaten before the millennium, having a productive age, having traits, and predominantly female characters. The majority of Unwidha Klaten's PGSD students in 2017 have family information such as having to struggle to get more information about bachelor diplomas, civil servants, private teachers, love their siblings, be an example, and a good example in the family. The majority of Unwidha Klaten's PGSD students in 2017 have health information such as being able to maintain their weight, height, eye health, hearing health, should not be considered arrogant because they do not have recurrence of disease and accident problems. The majority of Unwidha Klaten's PGSD students in 2017 have lecture information such as having the desire to become an elementary school teacher, taking a distance of more than 1 kilometer with up to 1 hour, choosing the subjects they like and the hardest courses, namely PGSD courses.

Bundengan is a musical instrument that is transformed from kowangan or tudhung. Kowangan is a kind of head covering made from bamboo slats, clumpring, and palm fibers that are used by duck herders to protect them from rain and sunlight. Bundengan is used as a dance accompaniment as in Lengger and Soreng. The purpose of this study is to analyze the form of performance and function of bundengan art. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques interviews, observation, and study documents. Data validity techniques are based on credibility criteria, using data triangulation, while data analysis techniques are through data collection, presentation, reduction, and verification. This research approach uses an interdisciplinary qualitative approach, with intraesthetic studies on music forms and extraesthetics on music functions. The results of this study indicate that the form of the bundengan imitates the sound of gamelan (bendhe, kempul, gong, and kendang) applied to the pattern of the game to accompany the Lengger Topeng dance. While the function of bundengan music is as a dance accompaniment, emotional expression, aesthetic appreciation, entertainment, communication, related to social norms, cultural continuity, and community integration.

This research deals with public speaking class, especially in extemporaneous speech. The purpose of the research was to find out how was the effective strategy for practicing an impromptu speech in public speaking. The researcher applied a qualitative research approach. The technique of data collection was note-taking by collected data on books and journals. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data display, and drawing the conclusion. The results revealed that there are some effective strategies for practicing extemporaneous speech in public speaking. The introduction of the speech started from greeting the god, getting the attention and interest of the audience started by a familiar quote, telling a personal story to illustrate speech point, and revealing the topic to the audience. Strategies explaining the body of speech were to have a card note. It is used to write the point of the speech presents the main points and sub-points in the body of the speech. Establish eye contact with the audience into speaker opening words, vocal and visual gestures in perform, and make sure the speech has the desired impact on the audience, testimony quotes from expert statements to support the conversation. Then, strategies concluding the speech began the conclusion with a restatement of the speaker's message by using positive words to the audience, praise and thanks to the audience, closing with an entertaining sentence or anecdote, chant rhymes, and chant rhymes and short poems.

The teacher has a vital and fundamental role as an agent of change in helping and guiding students in the process of changing from not knowing to knowing, not understanding to understanding, not mastering to mastering and so on. Such circumstances indicate that it is appropriate to improve the professional competence of teachers. The purpose of this study is to describe the professional competence of junior high school teachers. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data validation is done through triangulation, with analysis of data flow methods with the process: data collection, data reduction, then presented, followed by conclusions and verification. The results showed that the professional competence of teachers showed an average of 1.33 in poor condition. Specifically if related to teacher perceptions, it can be seen from the competencies about personality and competencies about carrying out tasks. Perspesi regarding personality is related to work discipline, work morality, loyalty, responsibility and human relations, while the perception of competence in carrying out tasks is related to work suitability andfluency in carrying out tasks.

This article aims to describe the leadership strategies of village guardian at PandaiSikek village and society’s participation in achieving village achievement at national level in 2014. The approach from this research is descriptive with qualitative research type. Data collection was done through interview and documentation in the form of interview guides, cell phones, and notebooks. The informants of this research were village guardian, staffs of village guardian, jorong guardian, customary figures, chairman of KAN, chairman of Bamus, chairman of LPM, BundoKanduang, chairman of youth and society at PandaiSikek village. Next, the triangulation data sources is the valid testing technique of data and the last data analysis techniques which are used by using data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of research indicate that the strategies which are used by village guardian of PandaiSikek village for the first is cooperating with the set and high institutions of village in making decisions by ways of deliberation and consensus; second, involving society in every activity by spreading the invitation formally; third, motivating society to improve the quality of human resources by conducting useful training; and fourth, improving communication among jorong society by creating events which can improve communication in society.Meanwhile,the society’s roles of PandaiSikek village in reaching village achievement are : first, participating in the development process by cooperating and working together; second, following village’s activities by attending known activities through formal invitation; third, taking part in the training which was held by becoming part of the training and fourth, establishing good communication among the society by following the events held by village. Pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan dokumentasi melalui alat pengumpulan data berupa pedoman wawancara, handphone serta buku catatan. Kemudian Informan penelitiannya adalah Wali Nagari, Staf-Staf Wali Nagari, Wali Jorong, Tokoh Adat, Ketua KAN, Ketua Bamus, Ketua LPM, Bundo Kanduang, Ketua Pemuda dan Masyarakat Nagari Pandai Sikek. Selanjutnya teknik pengujian keabsahan data dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data dan yang terakhir teknik analisis data dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi-strategi yang digunakan oleh Wali Nagari Pandai Sikek yaitu pertama, bekerjasama dengan perangkat dan lembaga tinggi nagari dalam mengambil keputusan dengan cara musyawarah dan mufakat; kedua, melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap kegiatan nagari dengan cara menyebarkan undangan secara resmi; ketiga, memotivasi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM dengan cara mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan yang bermanfaat; dankeempat, meningkatkan komunikasi antar masyarakat jorong dengan cara membuat acara yang dapat meningkatkan komunikasi masyarakat. Adapun peran serta masyarakat Nagari Pandai Sikek dalam meraih nagari berprestasi adalah: pertama, berpartisipasi dalam proses pembangunan dengan cara bekerjasama dan bergotong royong; kedua, mengikuti kegiatan-kegiatan Nagari dengan cara menghadiri kegiatan yang sudah diketahui melalui undangan resmi; ketiga,mengikuti pelatihan-pelatihan yang diadakan dengan cara menjadi bagian dari pelatihan tersebut dan keempat, menjalin komunikasi yang baik sesame masyarakat dengan cara mengikuti acara-acara yang diadakan oleh nagari.
