This study aims to partially analyze variables of education level, training, and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance, and simultaneously analyze variables of education, training, and organizational culture have a significant effect on employee performance. Type of research is a quantitative approach. Samples in this study amounted to 129 employee respondents who worked at the Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between training and organizational culture on employee performance at Bhayangkara Kendari Hospital, education has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, there is a significant positive relationship between training and employee performance, there is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture. on employee performance, for the education variable it was found that there was a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance.

Abstract: Performance plays an important role in determining the success of a company or organization. Performance is the work result in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties according to the responsibilities assigned to him. High or good employee performance can be used as one of the basic factors to measure the success of an organization in achieving its goals. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of organizational culture, communication, education and training on employee performance, the partial influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the partial influence of communication on employee performance, the partial influence of education and training on employee performance of the District Secretariat. Southeast Minahasa. Respondents in this study amounted to 73 employees who are civil servants. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study simultaneously variable Organizational Culture, Communication, Education and Training together have a significant effect on Employee Performance, then partially the Organizational Culture variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the Performance variable, partially the Communication variable has a positive and insignificant effect on the variable Performance, partially the Education and Training variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial budaya organisasi, komunikasi, pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh secara parsial budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh secara parsial komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh secara parsial pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 pegawai yang berstatus pegawai negeri sipil. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini secara simultan variabel Budaya Organisasi, Komunikasi, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, kemudian secara parsial variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja, secara parsial variabel Komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja, secara parsial variabel Pendidikan dan Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of providing incentives, job training and internal control on the employee performance of RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Hospital. The population in this study is employees of the RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Hospital. The number of samples used in this study is 235 medical and non medical employees. The analytical tool used by authors is multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the research data. The partial results of the first hypothesis of incentives do not significantly influence employee performance. That is because there are still some employees who are not satisfied with the system of providing incentives. The second hypothesis shows that job training does not significantly influence employee performance. This means that job training at the hospital is still less effective in improving performance. The third hypothesis shows that internal control has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Existing internal control at the hospital is going well in improving employee performance. The simultan research provides empirical evidence that the provision of incentives, job training and internal control together a significant effect on the  employee  performance of  RSUD RAA Soewondo Pati Hospital.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

<em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research of Total Quality Management (TQM), Budget Participation, Reward System and Organizational Culture of Managerial Performance. The population in this study is the General Manager and Department Managers in 5 hotels sheltered by Grandmas Hotels Group, with a sample of 60 people. Data collection method used is a survey method with a questionnaire technique. The regression model in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that TQM has a positive effect on managerial performance at Grandmas Hotels Group. Budget participation is positive for managerial performance at the Grandmas Hotels Group. The Rewards System has a positive effect on managerial performance at Grandmas Hotels Group. Grandmas Hotels Group provides positive support for managerial performance towards managerial performance. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit. The research model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies conducted systematically based on the research objectives. The sample in this study is 95 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis (R2), T test (partial) and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that leadership styles have a positive and significant influence on employee performance while organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance. This makes the leadership style the most dominant variable affecting the performance of employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk Makassar Unit.

This study aims to analyze the effect of vigor, dedication and absorption on the employee performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Cargo. The object of this study is the employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate, which is located in the Cargo Area of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The population of this study is 93 employees of PT Garuda Indonesia at the Head Office Cargo Directorate. The sampling method used is a census sample. Therefore, the sample of this study is 93 employees. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in this study with the help of the SPSS application version 26. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, vigor, dedication and absorption have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Partially, both vigor and dedication have a significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, absorption has no effect and is not significant. The magnitude of the influence (R Square) of vigor, dedication and absorption on employee performance is 48,1%.

This study aimed to determine the effect of role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress partially and simultaneously on performance. This research was a quantitative, and data used in this study were primary data with a questionnaire technique. The population in this research are all employees of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara regency, amounting to 51 people. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling technique. This study used data analysis in the form of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software. The results of this study indicated that role conflict partially had no effect on performance. Partial role ambiguity had a positive and significant effect on performance. Job stress had a negative and significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, role conflict, role ambiguity and job stress simultaneously had a positive effect on performance. Result the coefficient of determination in this study of 36.9% means that performance of Baperlitbang Banjarnegara employees was influenced by role conflict, role ambiuigity and job stress and the rest was influenced by other variables outside the study.
