This study aims to describe the analysis, and interpret the leadership style of the Sukur Village Chief Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency. The method of approach uses qualitative or postpositivistic, because it is considered appropriate according to the problem at hand. The results of the research obtained by the Lurah in communicating are still not open, many decisions are not conveyed to his employees transparently and the Lurah's weak ability to communicate both with employees and the community. Good communication will have an impact on the preparation of work program planning which is a further action after determining the vision organization; Experience in the world of government is still minimal with a background of junior high school teachers and educational qualifications not in the field of government and the village head does not understand the vision and mission of the village organization; The Lurah does not really understand the main tasks and does not yet have a work program planning and Lurah's inhospitability in decision making is dominated by the character of his past and his reluctance to practice according to existing rules. The ability of the lurah in understanding the existing resistance either personally to the rules or resistance to problems related to decision making has not yet implemented the existing rules and is more dominated by what is not desired by the rules, understanding the rules there but to practice those which are still not maximal, especially in in his decision-making which is dominated by his feelings and delegation of tasks that do not understand Job description according to the duties that are owned, so that the problem solving in this study The need for rolling positions based on expertise and competence; Commitment to the involvement and participation of the Lurah needs to be increased; Positioning a Lurah must Understand the Auth and rules; Assignment of tasks based on task fields and competencies; Background The Lurah must meet educational qualifications, skills and loyalty

<p class="apa">Some Factor’s That Affecting The Mathematic Teacher Performance For Junior High School In Medan. This research will examine the effect of direct and indirect of the Organizational Knowledge towards the achievement motivation, decision making, organizational commitment, the performance of mathematics teacher. The research method is a method of surveying the number of respondents as many as 102 teachers of mathematics taken by stratified proportional random sampling. The research found there is a direct influence of organizational knowledge on achievement motivation, decision making, organizational commitment and the performance of math teacher respectively 16.3%, 13.1%, 12.2% and 4.54%. Achievement motivation, decision making, and organizational commitment have directly effects on the performance of mathematics teacher. The magnitude of changes in performance that can directly determine organizational knowledge, achievement motivation, decision-making and organizational commitment respectively are 10.24%, 12.32%, 3.42% and 2.92%. To teachers of mathematics, in order to improve the understanding of the knowledge of the organization, increase achievement motivation through desire superior achievement and improvement of organizational commitment. For heads and school inspectors, need to improve clinical supervision and foster good communication increases the openness and good cooperation with teachers of mathematics, and for the head of the city education field, is expected to give a briefing and training for teachers, race through the efforts competitions drafting paper development learning mathematics.</p>

This study aimed to examine the effect of situational leadership style, work environment on work productivity Junior High School Teachers in Sub Rayon 16 Terara East Lombok through motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research is associative causal research. The population in this study were all Teacher SMPN in Sub Rayon 16 Terara East Lombok were 110 respondents and tool data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and the data were analyzed with Path Analysis. The results of data analysis showed that, situational leadership style significant effect on achievement motivation. work environment significant effect on achievement motivation. situational leadership style no significant effect on work productivity. working environment have a significant effect on work productivity. achievement motivation have a significant effect on the productivity of Junior High School teachers in Sub Rayon 16 Terara East Lombok. Situational leadership style and working environment have a significant effect on work productivity Junior High School teachers in Sub Rayon 16 Terara East Lombok mediated by achievement motivation Keywords: Situational Leadership Style, Work Environment, Achievement Motivation and Work Productivity.

Village Government or also called Pemdes is a government agency tasked with managing village-level regions. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the progressive innovative leadership style of the village government on decision making in the preparation of the APBDes in Karangan Village, Rambang Kapak Tengah District, Prabumulih City. Primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and interviews to 90 respondents from 837 population representatives from the village government, community leaders, religious leaders, traditional leaders, women's groups and youth groups in Karangan Village, while secondary data was carried out with a literature review. The method used to analyze data is simple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that independent variables (leadership style) do not show a strong influence on the dependent variable (decision making) through testing the analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). In addition, the results of the study also showed that the progressive innovative leadership style of the village government had no effect on decision making in the preparation of the APBDes in Karangan Village, Rambang Kapak Tengah Subdistrict, Prabumulih City. This can happen because the leadership style adopted by the Karangan village government prior to Law No. 6/2014 has applied leadership to open the widest possible participation space for the community to participate in transparent and accountable village development planning which later becomes a characteristic of the leadership style innovative progressive.      The village head is the head of government at the village level is expected to be able to run the village government well in providing services to the community, so that if the village head shows good performance in the administration of village governance, it will also affect the performance of government at the district, provincial and central levels . The village head as a leader in the village scope has aspects of a distinctive personality / leadership style that can support his efforts in realizing good relations with members of his community. The style of leadership of the village head is closely related to the objectives to be achieved by a village government. Therefore, the leadership style of the village head is always associated with the activities of the village head in directing, motivating, communicating, decision making, and supervising members to realize the objectives of village governance. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style of the village head in the physical development of the village.     The results showed that the Village Head Leadership Style in Increasing Community Participation in the Physical Development of Uma Beringin Village, Unter Iwes District, Sumbawa Regency in general, according to researchers, is good, and the village head can be said to be a democratic leadership style, because it is always open to subordinates and conducts joint deliberations. The research objective was to clarify the effectiveness of leadership style of Torjunan  headman in terms of bureaucratic leadership that leads to its function as part of the Indonesian government institutions at the village level, and in terms of Situational Leadership leading to its function as the leader and protector of society. The instruments used in data collection were interviews, observation, and documentation; which further examined using three methods of data analysis namely; Miles analysis, which covered: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion; Reddin analysis consisting of synchronization, data input, as well as the calculation of the average; and Hersey and Blanchard analysis comprising: synchronization, data input and drawing conclusions based on the accumulative column. The results showed: 1) Torjunan headman was seem less flexible in terms of managing the issues related to government affairs, especially regarding the bureaucratization of Robatal sub-district; 2) based on Blanchard Situational Leadership II model, Torjunan headman style were classified into G4 category, which means that Torjunan headman would be able to work more effective if he delegated the decision-making, as well execution, to society

The purpose of this research is to find mathematical concepts in the cultural heritage of songket cloth and how to apply them as a medium for learning mathematics in junior high schools. The results of this study can be used as a reference for junior high school teachers to choose culture-based learning media related to student life, especially in Lombok. This research is an ethnomathematical research with the research method used is a qualitative research method with an ethnographic approach. The research was conducted in September, October, and November 2021 in Sukarara village, Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. The subjects in this study were craft works in the form of songket cloth and songket weavers who were active in the village of Sukarara which consisted of three weavers. Data were collected by documentation, document observation, and interviews. The documents obtained were then analyzed related to the content of the mathematical concepts contained therein. The conclusion of this study is that the quality of mathematics learning can be improved by using the traditional songket subahnale cloth as a medium or learning aid. Some mathematical concepts that can be learned with songket subahnale as the medium are congruence, similarity, perimeter of flat shapes, area of flat shapes, folding symmetry, comparisons, pattern tracing. Songket fabrics that can be used as media are songket subahnale woven fabrics with geometric motifs such as diamond motifs, rang-rang motifs, and hexagons

Authoritarian leadership is if power or authority, mostly absolute to leader or  if the leader adheres to a centralized system of authority. Decision making and wisdom are only determined by the leader himself, subordinates are not included to give suggestion, idea, and consideration in the decision making process. His / her leadership just focused on increasing employee work productivity and And less attention to employees' feeling and walfare. The influence of authoritarian leadership style has affected toward the village aparatus job performance At Pangkalan Bulian Kecamatan Batang Hari Leko Musi Banyuasin regency showed low correlation (35.1%) and positive toward the village aparatus job performance at PangkalanBulianKecamatanBatangHarilekoMusiBanyuasin regency,  because r value is in the range of 0.20 – 0.399.  It is also proven by seeing at R Sequare that is  0.123 that is information that 12.3% of employees' job performance variable(Y) is affected by authoritarian leadership style variable (X) while The rest  87.7% is explained by other factors. Hypothesis test result (t-test) between authoritarian leadership style toward employees job performance also showed that Ho Is rejected and Ha is accepted it means that authoritarian leadership style has affected toward village aparatus' job performance Pangkalan Bulian Kecamatan Batang Hari Leko Musi Banyuasin regency with A level of significance<0.05 that is 0.001.

This study aims to improve teacher competence in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. The research method used is classroom action research. The research subjects were 10 teachers at Mandau 011 Junior High School. The timing of the research is carried out in two cycles starting on Monday 11 February to Saturday 23 February 2019. Analysis of the data used is qualitative in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and data inference. While for quantitative data descriptive analysis is carried out by calculating the average value and percentage. The results of the study indicate an increase in the competency of 011 Mandau Junior High School teachers in planning authentic assessments with group guidance. there is a cycle I of the average teacher competence of 70,6 with sufficient categories. The average teacher competency in the second cycle is 76,3 which is included in the good category. Classically, as many as 90% of teachers have been able to plan authentic assessments properly.

The performance of the apparatus in carrying out government duties is expected to be carried out seriously by having a willingness to compete giving the best in order to achieve the stated goals. The function of guidance and direction of a sub-district head is reflected in the leadership style that is applied to the administration of government, development and community empowerment. The results of the study show that the Cooperation dimension, the dimension of listening and receiving suggestions / inputs and the dimensions of encouraging decision-making, are more dominantly applied by the sub-district head, which is the dimension of the participatif leadership style. Keyword: Style of leadership, governance, sub-district head, decision making
