This article discusses the role and importance of innovative technologies in developing students` creativity on problematic experiments on physics. It has been shown that innovative technologies help students independently find sources of theoretical knowledge, independently read, analyze data, and even develop their creativity while being able to draw conclusions. The features of innovative technologies and engineering methods are analyzed in the formulation of problematic experiments in physics. The content of the application of each interactive method in carrying out problematic experiments in physics is explained.

An important need in the conditions of modern education is the development and application of innovative technologies in the teaching of students. Nowadays it has become very important to be a creative person. The formation and development of creative personality requires the coverage of the entire period of human life. One of the directions of the educational organization should be the development of creative thinking of students. Since creative thinking is important to society, it is necessary to develop strategies that are conducive to its development. Various strategies such as creative problem solving, lateral thinking, and synectics have been devised to facilitate growth in thinking and creativity. This study investigated the effect of one of those techniques, synectics, and its effect on schoolchildren.

A technique is described for assessing children's predictions of the behavioral strategies that they or other children would be likely to employ in various social situations. The research context in which this assessment technique was developed is also described. Following Kelly's personal construct theory, it is proposed that this technique could provide a means for enriching theoretical knowledge of the connections between children's interpersonal cognitive problem-solving ability and their actual behaviors. Various ways in which the proposed technique could be used in a clinical context are discussed.

Problem-solving is often associated with word problems that do not focus only the content knowledge but also on the ability of students to analyze the problem and apply appropriate strategy to arrive at the correct answer. This research used descriptive design to analyze the problem-solving abilities of the Bachelor of Elementary Education III students of the Isabela State University- Cauayan Campus for the SY 2011- 2012. The research used a teacher-made test. Frequency and percentage were employed to analyze data regarding sources of the difficulty of the students. Results showed that some students had a difficulty in representing the problem. A student who successfully represented the problem managed to produce the correct equation and eventually solve the problem correctly. The difficulty of the students lies in representing the unknown quantities. A proportion of those who did not make any attempts to represent the problem and those who did not correctly represent the problem can also produce correct equation by using the word matching approach. However, this approach is not applicable when the problem is using a less inconsistent problem that can be seen in the number problem. Some students with difficulty in solving equations were very minimal.   Keywords-Mathematics, difficulty, problem-solving test, Isabela, Philippines

The article reveals a new structure for the implementation of the electronic textbook for the study of the discipline "Financial Management" in the form of a system of electronic educational complexes (EEC). This system includes twelve independent electronic educational complexes, each of which consists of five modules necessary for studying new material, developing practical skills in applying theoretical knowledge based on problem solving, and also testing generated competencies through testing.

This study aims to describe the level of critical thinking skills and problem solving in Culinary Vocational School students in Malang City. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire aimed at students of Malang Vocational High School 3, Malang Vocational High School 7, and Malang Kartika IV-I Vocational School. The results showed the level of critical thinking skills and problem solving had an average score of 3 with quite good criteria. Some indicators of this skill, namely: 1) using several types of reasoning types that are appropriate to the situation and conditions have an average score of 2.5 with fairly good criteria; 2) effectively process and analyze data to determine decisions through arguments, have an average score of 3 with fairly good criteria; 3) testing information that has been processed and interpreted with the best analysis through the initial conclusion has an average score of 3.5 with good criteria; and 4) identify, analyze, and solve a problem and have an average score of 2.8 with quite good criteria.

AbstractTraditional mathematics learning always paid excessive attention to the memorisation and repeated practice of theoretical knowledge and ignored guidance on learning method, resulting in bad learning outcome and insufficient problem-solving ability. Based on the theory of ‘chunks’ and ‘objective’, this paper analyses the mathematics learning process from the perspective of experimental simulation, designs a mathematics learning process based on ‘chunk-objective’, and simulates it. The data show that the learning mode is scientific and effective, which can help students learn better according to cognitive rules, thus forming their knowledge structure and improving their ability to solve problems.

The article deals with the benefits of using innovative technologies to improve the quality of education. In order to develop scientific methodological recommendations, methods of observation, testing, sociometric, mathematical-statistical processing and analysis of scientific results and evidence have been used. Social and pedagogical peculiarities of the use of innovative technologies in teaching pedagogical sciences are shown. Effective criteria for the use of innovative technologies in improving the quality of education have been studied, and methodological recommendations and methodological guidelines on the problem have been developed. Learning using innovative technologies to improve the quality of education positively affects the learning of all four components of educational content (knowledge, skills, qualifications, creative activities). They give readers the opportunity to independently build, express, find solutions and solve problems, that is, situations that are very important for specific subjects. The study was based on the fact that on the example of teaching sciences theoretical knowledge can be used by methodically based innovative educational technologies, able to quickly solve the problems of fully communicating theoretical knowledge to students and independently applying the knowledge obtained from them in practice.

Aglance at newspaper and magazine headlines reveals how data and statistics shape our views of political, economic, and health-related issues. Massive amounts of manipulate data are also available on the Internet or on CD-ROMs. As the amount of accessible information grows, the ability to organize, synthesize, and analyze data can become as important as the information itself.

Paper considers methodological basis which provides a forming of a overall theoretical knowledge about communication processes in social-economy structure of a modern society. As a basic structure is taken natural science law – which describes process of the internal informational interaction of a systems differing in their structure type and complexity value. Paper considers evolutional processes of interactions between systems of different grades from simply and determinate to thin and probabilistic (which uses different types of informational resources). Justifies key differences of interaction process of a person to person type of social structures, in dealing with different types and complexity scale problem solving.
