This study aims to determine the influence level of readiness that consists of physical readiness and mental readiness as well as the ability consisting of intellectual ability and physical ability on the competitiveness of college student workers who is working in Medan on facing the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC).The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research methods. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing which consists of partial test (t test), simultaneous test (F test) and also determination test. The population of this research is all college student workers at five private universities in Medan that is STIE-STMIK IBBI, STMIK-STIE Mikroskil, STIE-STBA-STMIK ITMI, UNPRI, STBA-PIA which amounts to 13.628 people. The sampling technique in this study using Non Probability Sampling technique namely purposive sampling, constitute the sampling technique with certain considerations, that is college students who are already working. Determination of the number of samples taken as respondents in this study using slovin method obtained by 99 people.

This study aims to test and analyze the infl uence of perceptions, preferences, and attitude of teungku dayah on saving behavior in Islamic banks. The independent variables used in this study are perceptions, preferences, and attitudes. The dependent variable used in this study is saving behavior in Islamic banks. This study uses quantitative research methods with a survey approach. The population in this study is tengku dayah in the city of langsa totaling 45 tengku dayah, the sample in this study uses probability sampling technique with the type of sampling simple random sampling while the sample size is obtained from the calculation using the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate of 40 tengku dayah. The data sources in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires. The data source in this study is primary data. Data analysis techniques used were parametric statistics, with multiple linear regression analysis. Measurement of questionnaires answered by respondents used a Likert scale using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 22. The results of this study indicate that the perception of teungku dayah on saving behavior in Islamic banks has a positive and signifi cant eff ect. While the preference and attitude variables do not aff ect the savings behavior in Islamic banks. While the value of adjusted R2 is 0.62 which shows the infl uence of the independent variable on the dependent variable that can be explained by the equation model is 62% and the remaining 38% is infl uenced by other factors.

This research aims to determine the effect of brand image and promotion on the decision to use e-money shop for Dr. Soetomo Surabaya both simultaneously and partially as well as to determine the dominant variable on the use decision e - money shopepay. This research is a quantitative research with a causal research method. The population in this study were all Dr. university students. Soetomo, who has the Shopeepay application and has made transactions using Shopeepay, has a total sample of 96 respondents who have been distributed through questionnaires. This study used a random sampling technique to collect respondents and used the unknown populations formula in determining the sample because the population of this study was unknown. Furthermore, the data analysis used instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, simultaneous test, partial test, and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that brand image and promotion have an effect both simultaneously and partially on the decision to use Shopeepay e-money and promotion is the dominant variable influencing the decision to use e-money Shopeepay.

This study aims to determine the effect of the size of the company, size of the board of commissioners and industrial sensitivity to the disclosure of corporate social responsibility partially and simultaneously. The data of this study were taken from 87 observations. The number of samples used in this study was 29 LQ-45 companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2016. The samples were taken by using purposive sampling technique. The method of data analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research showed that size of company significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with significance level by 0,021, while size of board of commissioners did not significantly influence the disclosure of corporate social responsibility with the value of significance by 0,621, but industry sensitivity has significant influence to corporate social responsibility disclosure with a significant value of 0,010. The simultaneous test showed that firm size, board size and industry sensitivity simultaneously and significantly influenced the disclosure of corporate social responsibility significantly by 0,004. The GMS members who have the authority to propose, appoint and dismiss the board of commissioners should consider the candidates of the board of commissioners to be proposed, and the further research should expand the object of research and develop other factors that can affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility such as foreign ownership, growth company, good corporate governance (GCG) practices and several other factors.

This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research is a motor vehicle taxpayer. Meanwhile, the sample in this study is a motor vehicle taxpayer in the city of Semarang. The sampling technique in this research used convience sampling. Respondents in this research amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques in research using questionnaires given directly to respondents. Respondents in this study were dominated by male (58 respondents). Whereas female respondents amounted 42 respondents. The analysis techniques in this research used multiple linear regression analysis, with SPSS tools. This study obtained results that perseptions of tax corruption and service quality of tax officers affect taxpayer compliance. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor. Sedangkan, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor yang berada di Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Responden dalam penelitian ini didominasi oleh laki-laki (58 responden). Sedangkan responden berjenis kelamin perempuan berjumlah 42 responden. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, dengan alat SPSS. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa persepsi korupsi pajak dan kualitas pelayanan petugas pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak.

The  title  of  this  research  article  is  "giving reward  has  great  impact onjobsatisfaction  and teacher commitmentat SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember". This study aims to analyze and examine  the  effect  of  intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  on  job  satisfaction  and  teacher commitment   in   SMA   Satya   Dharma   Balung Jember.   This   research   includes   causal, quantitative  research,  because  this  study  intends  to  explain  causal  relationships  (causality) between   variables   through   hypothesis   testing   that   has   been   formulated.   The   research population  is  all  high  school  teachers  of  Satya  Dharma  Balung  Jember.  The  sampling technique used is Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. The hypothesis proposed in this study  is  that  there  is  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  influence  of  intrinsic  rewards,  and extrinsic rewards to job satisfaction and teachers commitment of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember. The  test  validity  of  research  instrument  used construct  validity.  Reliability  test was done with Cronbach Alpha. The method of analysis used is path analysis and the calculation process  is  approached  with  multiple  linear  regression  analysis.  The  results  showed  that intrinsic  rewards  and  extrinsic  rewards  had  a  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on theteacher's job satisfactionofSatya Dharma Balung Jember high school. Intrinsic rewards, and extrinsic  rewards hada  direct,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  the  work  commitment  of SMA Satya Dharma Balung Jember teachers.  Intrinsic rewards and extrinsic rewards hadan indirect,  positive,  and  significant  impact  on  teacher  commitment,  through  job  satisfaction. Based on the findings of this study, it is expected that the award received in accordance with what  is  perceived,  so  that  it  appears on  job  satisfaction  and  ultimately  lead  to  work commitments.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. The present research aims at investigating the impact of CSR on firm’s financial performance in Malaysia. Based on gaps in extant literature, the current study hypothesizes that four (4) independent variables comprising business risk, company reputation, employee engagement and stakeholder concern will exert statistically significant influences on the dependent variable, firm’s financial performance. The research employs a quantitative research approach whereby a sample 153 respondents were collected using a stratified random sampling technique. Employing SPSS software, multiple linear regression analysis was carried out. The results of multiple regression revealed that out of the four (4) hypotheses of the research, three (3) were supported whilst one (1) was not. In particular, it was shown that business risk, company reputation and stakeholder concern exert statistically significant influences on firm’s financial performance. However, there was no enough evidence to support the claim that employee engage can significantly influence firm’s financial performance. Several implications from the research were further discussed and elaborated.

This study aims to determine the effect of the amount of credit, LAR, and LDR on Non-Performing Loans at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Wonogiri. This study used quantitative research methods. The data sources used in this study are secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the Wonogiri Branch Office in 2018. Data collection methods in this research were documentation and literature studies. This study used classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test, f test, coefficient of determination). The results of data analysis are: The amount of credit has a positive and significant affect on the NPL, Loan To Asset Ratio (LAR) has negative and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) has positive and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL). This research is to get information about leadership, organization behavior, compensation, work discipline and four factors to employee performance in Non-Production Department PT. Team Metal Indonesia. This research used a questionnaire for 94 respondents and used SPSS version 20. This research is quantitative research, statistics analysis. Multiple Linear Regression method with quantitative analysis. Based on SPSS data analysis, the researcher got the result Multiple Linear Regression analysis to leadership (X1) is 2.071 with significant 0.041, organization behavior (X2) is 0.817 with significant 0.416, compensation (X3) is -0.726  with significant 0.470 and work discipline (X4) is 2.985 with significant number 0.004. Result of the simultaneous test (F test) 8.083. Conclusion for this research are first hypothesis leadership has influence to employee performance, second hypothesis organization behavior has influence on employee performance but not significant, third hypothesis compensation has influence to employee performance but not significant, fourth hypothesis work discipline has partial influence to employee performance and last hypothesis that these four variables (leadership, organization behavior, compensation, and work discipline) have simultaneous influence on employee performance

The main attraction for owners of company shareholders lies in the profitability ratio that shows the results of the management of the company's management of the funds invested. This study aims to determine: The Effect of Working Capital, Liquidity and Solvency on the Profitability of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. Descriptive quantitative research methods, the data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, for a period of 9 years from 20010 - 2018 obtained through the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.928 or equal to 92.8%, which means that the contribution made by working capital, liquidity and solvency to profitability reaches 92.8.3% the remaining 7.2% is influenced by other variables which is not researched. Based on the t test partially working capital on profitability there is an effect where tcount -5.847> t table 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 and partially liquidity on profitability has no effect where tcount 1.846 <t table 2.575 and significance value 0.124> 0.05 and partially solvency to profitability there is the influence of tcount -3.386> ttable 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 based on the f test simultaneously working capital, liquidity and solvency affect the profitability where Fcount 21.477> Ftable 5.41 with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05
