The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style (X) consisting of supportive leadership (X1), directive leadership (X2), participative leadership (X3) both simultaneously and partially on employee performance (Y) at Departement of Education and Culture of Makassar City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were employees on the Departement of Education and Culture of Makassar City, totaling 58 civil servants. The reason was that the number of civil servants was small so the entire population was sampled in this study (census). Data collection techniques in this study were carried out through interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results showed that simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance. Partially supportive (X1) and participatory (X3) leadership style variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while directive leadership style (X2) has no significant effect on Departement of Education and Culture of Makassar City.

This study aims to find out how big the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance; and How big influence of Work Motivation to Employee Work Achievement; The population in this study is all employees of Regional Office of Directorate General of Treasury in Kupang city. The sample in this research is 52 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observations and documentation. The results of the study showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance, and There is a positive and significant influence Motivation Work on Job Performance Employees. In addition There are positive and significant influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation collectively towards Employee Work Achievement.

This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) Motivation, (X2) Work Discipline, (X3) Work Competence on (Y) Employee Performance pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Batang Hari. Day. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample of this study was 53 people. Based on the results of research and discussion, then some of the main points of research conclusions can be explained as follows: Based on the results of the partial test (t test). Obtained tcount for (X1) Work Motivation of -0.272 and value of ttable of 1.67655 because tcount is smaller than ttable, it can be concluded that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. Whereas (X2) Work Discipline obtained tcount value of 5,542 and ttable value of 1.67655 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. And for (X3) Work Competence obtained tcount of 3,805 and value of ttable of 1.67655 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F). Obtained Fcount value of 75,665 and Ftable value of 2.79 because the Fcount value is greater Ftable, it can be concluded that work motivation, work discipline and work competence show a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the Coofesien Determination (R2) obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 0.812 can be concluded the percentage influence of Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Work Competence (X3) on Performance (Y) of 81.2% and 18.8% influenced by variables - other variables not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study are: 1) To find a description of the organizational culture, leadership style, and performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 2) To test empirically the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 3) To test empirically the influence of leadership style on the performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. 4) To test empirically the influence of organizational culture and leadership style simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk. The analysis of this study is descriptive and explanatory analysis. Research conducted on 63 employees of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri, Tbk., while the data collection techniques is used an observation, interview, and questionnaire, which are processed using by SPSS 16.0. The result of the hypothesis shows that there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on performance as well as a positive and significant influence of leadership style on performance. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is a positive and significant effect of discipline on employee performance, to find out whether there is a positive and significant effect on motivation on employee performance and to find out whether there is a positive and significant influence of discipline and motivation on employee performance simultaneously. This research was conducted to employees of SMK SASMITA JAYA I PAMULANG. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with survey techniques. The data collection instrument used was a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale with a population of 110 employees, with a sample of respondents as many as 110 employees in SMK SASMITA JAYA I PAMULANG. Data were analyzed using statistical methods with SPSS version 23 for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The results of the disciplinary hypothesis test show a t value of 9.044 which is then compared with t table of 1.982, which means that the hypothesis in this study rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Thus it can be concluded that the H1 hypothesis "Discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance" is accepted. (2) The results of testing the motivation hypothesis show the t value of 8.698 which is then compared with the t table of 1.982, which means that the hypothesis in this study rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Thus it can be concluded that the H2 hypothesis "Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance" is accepted. (3) The results of statistical calculations show the calculated F value = 85.186 which is then compared to the F table of 3.08, which means that the hypothesis in this study rejects Ho and accepts Ha. Thus it can be concluded that the H3 hypothesis "Discipline and Motivation have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance" is accepted.  Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan apakah terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara simultan kepada karyawan SMK Sasmita Jaya I Pamulang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Instrumen pengumpul data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner tertutup dengan skala likert dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 110 orang karyawan, dengan sampel responden sebanyak 110 orang karyawan pada SMK Sasmita Jaya I Pamulang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode statistik dengan program SPSS versi 23 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Hasil pengujian hipotesis disiplin menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 9,044 yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan ttabel yaitu 1,982, yang berarti bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menolak H0 dan menerima Ha. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence, stress and participative leadership style to employee performance with job satisfaction as mediation. This research type is explanatory research. Population and sample in this research are all employees of the marketing department of PT. Waskita Beton Precast totaling 112. The method of data collection questionnaire. The data type is the primary data. The method of data collection is the questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is the structural equation model. The results showed that: 1). Emotional intelligence has effect positive and significant on job satisfaction. 2). Stress has an effect negative and significant on job satisfaction. 3). Participatory leadership style has effect positive and significant on job satisfaction. 4). Job satisfaction has effect positive and significant on employee performance. 5). Human Recources is one of the factors that determine the success of failure of HR companies company’s overall goals. Humans are a resource factor that is different from other factors, because humans have feelings, HR must be managed and fostered carefully and thoroughly in order to be able to make optimal contributions to the company. This study refers to the understanding of leadership style, discipline and compensation for the work motivation of employees of PT. UNIRAMA DUTA NIAGA is in ponorogo. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, while the research instrument is a questionnaire. The population used in this study were employees of PT. UNIRAMA DUTA NIAGA. Employees in this company approve 61 employees. Testing data instrument used were validation and reliability tests. Testing analysis and coefficient of determination, while testing the hypothesis using the t test and f test. The result of this study are (1) leadership style has an influence on employee work motivation with regression regression of 0.241 at the significance of 0.008. (2) Dicipline affects significant work motivation with a regression value of 0.119 with a significancevalue of 0.36. (3) Compencation is also significant on employee work motivation with a total regression of 0.519 with a significance value of 0,000. (4) leadership style, discipline, and compensation simultaneously have a significant influence on work motivation with a significance level value, 0117.

This study aims to determine the effect of (X1) Work Motivation, (X2) Career Development on (Y) Job Promotion Di Polsek Bajubang Kabupaten Batanghari.  This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The sample of this study was 31 people. Based on the results of research and discussion, then some of the main points of research conclusions can be explained as follows. Based on the results of the partial test (t test). Obtained tcount for (X1) Work Motivation is 10,032 and ttable value is 1.69913 because tcount is smaller than ttable so it can be concluded that work motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. Whereas (X2) Career Development, the value of tcount is 5,977 and the value of t table is 1,69913 because tcount is greater than ttable, it can be concluded that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the Simultaneous Test (Test F). Obtained Fcount value of 19,379 and Ftable value of 3.93 because the Fcount value is greater than Ftable, it can be concluded that work motivation, work discipline and work competence show a significant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of the Coofesien Determination (R2) obtained an Adjusted R Square value of 551, it can be concluded that the percentage influence of Work Motivation (X1 ), Career Development (X2) on Performance (Y) of 55.1% and 44.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to determine the Effect of leadership sale and work discipline on service Quality and Employee Performance in the Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated service in Makassar city. The approach taken in this study was a quantitative approach with the path analysis method. The population in this study are employees at the Department of Investment and one-stop integrated service or the city of Makassar. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and questionnaires while data processing using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service solution) version 23. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on service quality. There is a negative and insignificant influence of work discipline on service quality, there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance, there is a negative and insignificant influence of work discipline on employee performance, there is a negative and significant effect of service quality on employee performance, there ia a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance through quality service. There is a negative and insignificant influence of work discipline on employee performance through service quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on leadership style and its impact on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. This research is motivated by the low work motivation of employees and the conditions of the work environment that do not support employees in carrying out work and leadership style that does not support employees in carrying out work, thus affecting the decline in employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The research method with a quantitative approach with the path analysis method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observation and interviews. The respondents of this study were 50 employees of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. The sampling method uses the total sampling method in which the entire population in this study is the research sample. Hypothesis testing is calculated by the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) program version 20.0. The results of this study found that motivation does not significantly influence leadership style, work environment does not significantly influence leadership style, motivation has significant effect on performance, work environment has a significant effect on performance, and leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance at the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat. Whereas directly motivation through leadership style has a significant influence on performance and indirectly the work environment through leadership style has a significant influence on the performance of the Pariaman City DPRD Secretariat staff. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%.
