The article represents the investigation of such a common phenomenon as screen dependency and its impact on the life-creativity of a modern man. In a modern changing world, it is difficult to avoid humanity's interaction with various advances in the field of modern technology and new information technologies - mobile communications, personal desktops and laptops, services of the global Internet. It constantly occurs at different times of the day, in varying degrees, without a specific place or sphere of human activity. Screen dependency is the acute obsessive need of a person to use devices, the design feature of which is a screen availability, through which various types of information represent real life and which make modern Internet technologies material. While researching, it was discovered that the screen dependency actually covers a number of other well-known destructive human dependencies, in particular, dependence on the computer, television, mobile communications, and the global Internet network. It is determined and argued that the screen devices as a powerful source of information and a significant resource of social development can enrich the artist with the latest creative ideas. At the same time, excessive enthusiasm in screen products may not only have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of a person, but also lead to very negative consequences for the culture, in particular, the numerous borrowings of other artistic ideas, the depreciation of traditional culture and its components, the loss of one’s own creative personality.

IntroductionHigh residential mobility has been shown to have a negative impact on young children, with long-term consequences for their physical and mental health, and social outcomes. Understanding the broad trends in moves and differentiating between moves to neighbourhoods which are likely to have ‘positive’ or ‘negative’ consequences is an important question in the residential mobility literature, with important implications for public policy and children’s health. Objectives and ApproachThe aims of this study are to describe the level and changes in neighbourhood deprivation that occur during residential moves involving children aged 0–4 years of age in New Zealand, and to assess whether these changes differ for children of different ethnicities. Our cohort is 565,689 children born in New Zealand from 2004 to 2018. The dataset of residential moves is created using the full address notification table from the Integrated Data Infrastructure, a set of government data tables that have been linked and anonymised by Statistics New Zealand. ResultsWhile there is a reasonable amount of mobility in terms of the deprivation of the area in which a child lives, the most likely outcome of a move is that it will be to an area with the same level of deprivation. This is especially true for the most and least deprived areas. Areas of high deprivation have the highest levels of churn and residential mobility. Māori and Pasifika children have lower levels of socioeconomic mobility and are more likely to move into and to stay in, areas of high deprivation. Conclusion / ImplicationsChildren living in highly deprived areas are likely to stay in high deprivation areas. Children living in these areas also move more frequently than the general population. Māori and Pasifika children are overrepresented in high deprivation areas, and on average they move more frequently than the group of all children aged 0 – 4.

The article examines the impact of modern digitalization processes on the youth labor market in Belarus within the framework of the risk theory. This made it possible to assess the possible negative consequences of digitalization and to determine the ways to regulate them. On the empirical base of data analysis of two studies of youth, conducted with the participation of the authors, the contradictory influence of digitalization on the youth labor market is highlighted: the characteristics of the youth professional trajectories and labor values are described. The article also discusses the possibilities for the develop-ment of entrepreneurial initiatives and the information and communication environment of modern youth. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of risks in the youth labor market: the imbalance of supply and demand, unemployment, the emergence of new forms of labor relations. It is concluded that the key to the problem of balancing the youth labor market is the modernization of the education system in accordance with the requirements of digital transformation: focus on the formation of the students’ digital competencies; introduction of new information technologies (IT) in the educational process, etc. Improvement of the institutional conditions for doing business can enhance youth activity in entrepreneurship and allow young people to successfully adapt to new forms of labor relations.

The subject of cyberprostitution reflectsthe growing number of socio-political problems stemming from the dynamic development of cybertechonology and its expansion into every area of human life. In the age of cyberrevolution, there is an increase in the number of pornographic social networking sites. The sex industry quickly adopted all new information technologies to increase young people’s access to pornography. As a result of the link between the internet and the sex industry, the border be-tween the current phenomenon of prostitution and its form in cyberspace has blurred. This article, based on the study, discusses the main motivational factors that contribute to the growth of prostitution. The differences between prostitution in the real and virtual worlds are also indicated. The purpose of the study is moreover to show some disturbing phenomena that may have a negative impact – not only on the emotional development of man – but also on shaping future civil society.

The aim of the study is to develop modern conceptual approaches to the construction of decision support systems in navigation, to determine the theoretical and practical foundations for creating such systems and priority ways of their practical implementation. From the analysis of recent publications, it has been revealed that the widespread use of new information technologies and modern technical means of navigation leads to an increase in the detail of the present navigation situation, but at the same time its assessment becomes more complicated and the time available to the navigator for analysis and development of the necessary control decision is reduced. For this reason, the development of decision support systems (DSS) for the navigator, which use new meaningful models of the hazard identification process for navigating a ship in the event of prerequisites for an emergency, is an urgent task of the present time. The creation of such systems will reduce the negative impact of the human factor on the processes of ship traffic control. The article develops theoretical and practical foundations for constructing a DSS for a navigator, taking into account the peculiarities of the movement of ships, the process of human interaction with technical means of navigation. The article develops theoretical and practical foundations for constructing a DSS for a navigator, taking into account the peculiarities of the movement of ships, the process of human interaction with technical means of navigation. New mathematical models of control over the process of divergence of ships are proposed. The classification of ships according to the degree of danger is carried out, depending on the change in the angle of the line of their relative movement. Criteria for a quantitative assessment of the hazard level of a ships based on the analysis of changes in the angle of the line of its relative motion are presented. The results obtained are the basis for further increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the ergatic system «man - technical means of navigation» and the comprehensive implementation of the achievements of new information technologies in the ship control processes.

All developments in relation to the Internet and cyberspace in Iran have occurred in a highly politicized post-revolutionary environment. Yet the central issue is not the obvious and crude divide between a ‘traditional’ and ‘religious’ state and ‘modern’ technology, since that very state has adopted new information technologies. There are two more subtle lines of tension running through Internet development and digital activism in Iran.  The first is the centralizing state’s desire to control expression in a ‘new technology’ environment that is highly conducive to widespread and popular participation. The second is the centralizing state’s desire to orchestrate and manage the slow development of the private sector and the inhibitions placed on entrepreneurial ICT activity in a field that has made net millionaires in other parts of the world. This chapter examines the relationship between the internet and politics in Iran. It engages with the possible lessons of digital activism, examines various organizational and media strategies, and factors in broader internal and external issues that help or hinder the growth or success of rebellion against regressive and repressive state and policies, and then moves on to explore the expansion of the Internet in the country in its wider social context.

Cities are places of countless logistics processes, i.e. the processes of flow of all kinds of resources: human, material, information. The basic problem of contemporary cities are factors limiting their sustainable development. Most of them originate from excessive congestion caused by individual motorization and road freight transport. In recent years, supply chains intensively develop and implement new information technologies. That aims at rationalizing the business logistics processes by improving the information flows which is followed by reducing the demand for physical resources and the reduction of processing time and costs. Because the cities are large areas of logistics processes related to the economic activities of enterprises, the purpose of this article is to answer the following question: how do new information technologies, used in logistics processes, influence the structure of resources mobility in urban areas and how they can help in solving problems of congestion in urban areas. The main assumption of the study is that information flows can partially substitute real flows, which leads to the main thesis of the research that new technologies which streamline the flows of information in B2B and B2C relation can reduce the demand for goods and human flows within the cities. That rationalization translates into changes of resources demand structure and thus a change in demand for their mobility. The study used analysis and deduction method based on the literature and real life examples in the field of information technology which are already in use and those that can be used soon in logistics processes. This field of research is underdeveloped because logisticians focus their research on economization of business logistics processes and do not pay much attention to how they can influence urban areas.

The article examines both the factors which influence the choice of the language means for the nomination of objects in the sphere «New Information Technologies» and semantic restrictions imposed by the «intrinsic form of a word» (or etymology) which should be taken into consideration in the process of linguocreative activity. In the situation of technological progress a human language uses all the internal resources to ensure communication between people. In nomination act the ties between three categories of different nature are identified. Those three categories comprise an element of real life, its mental image, and a lexical unit that fixes the image in the language system. The basic conceptual mechanism of nomination can be defined as the advancement of meanings for which appropriate words are chosen or even created. The conceptual mechanisms that underline the word-formation models with the reference to the nominative field of the Twitter service are illustrated. These mechanisms include «conceptual derivation» and «conceptual integration». Conceptual derivation implies the process of recombination of meanings already existing in a language. Conceptual integration guarantees both continual development of a language system and its implementation of the primary function of transmitting diverse meanings with a limited set of language resources.

Expansion of methods employed in the kinematic analysis of human movement for diagnosing of the physical and mental health of subjects can be traced back to the 1990`s when new information technologies and electronic recording systems started their development boom. Evaluation methods of body movement for the diagnostics of physical and mental health expanded significantly in clinical practice. This study presents an overview of these methods with the focus on how applicable the analysis of human movement can be in military practice, where they are currently marginally used. The aim of this study is to offer some recommendations on how particular methods could be utilized in an army context. This article also suggests the most appropriate methods of quantitative evaluation for posture and motion control in the course of standing, gait and other activities carried out in military training and active duty.
