Adolescent is a transition period or transition from childhood to adulthood marked by physical, psychological and psychosocial changes. The type of this study used method of Analytic Survey with Cross Sectional design was to determine relationship between risk factors with effects, by way of approach, observation or data collection at once at a time or at the same time Data collection in this studyused primary data by looking at distributing questionnaires to students who were sampled. Data analysis was done by univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of this study were: 34 respondents (49.3%) of respondents had bad pre-marital sex behavior, 39 respondents (56.5%) of respondents had less knowledge, 47 respondents (68.1%) had unfovaroble attitude, 43 respondents (62,3%) of respondents have an unfavorable environment,  there was a relationship between adolescent knowledge withpre-marriage sexual behavior (strong category, there was a relationship between adolescent attitudes with pre-marriage sex behavior (medium category). and there was relationship between adolescent environment with pre-marriage sex behavior in SMAN 7 South Bengkulu Regency. ABSTRACTFree Number of larvae (ABJ) in RW 15, Wonokusumo Village is 85%. However, the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still high, ie 17 cases. The high incidence rate of DHF is due to the interaction between host, agent and environment. Host in terms of behavior, dengue virus as an agent and environment derived from the surrounding conditions that can cause and trigger the spread of DHF. The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship of host and environment behavior to the occurrence of DHF in RW 15. This research using cross sectional design. Random sampling using the guy method. How to calculate the method guy is 10% of the population so that obtained a sample of 78 respondents. Primary data collection technique is done through indepth interview and filling questionnaire. Secondary data collection was obtained from Wonokusumo Puskemas report and report from Surabaya City Health Office. The research was conducted in RW 15. The result of bivariate statistic test showed significant relation between knowledge, attitude, action and environment against DHF incidence with p> α, 0,00> 0,05. The conclusion of this research is that there is host and environment interaction to DHF incidence. Suggestion of this research is procurement of work program every month, independent larvae monitoring movement by society and 3M movement plus every week on Thursday and procurement of training of cadre jumantik about how and regulation of dosage of abate powder according to dose.Keywords: host behavior, environment, disease Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever

Main hazard for the coal mining workers is chemical dust that will cause declining of lung function with chronic exposure. PT. X experienced elevated trend of decline lung function of its worker within the past three years (2013–2015 i.e., 15.8%, 18.3%, and 21.9%). November 2015, PT. X stipulated new policy to its field workers that oblige them to use PPE mask of N series type 8211. Using cross sectional design with 300 people chosen by convinient sampling; primary data collection was conducted via interview and filling questionnaire, and secondary data collection was compiled from PT. X’s MCU reports of 2015 and 2016 and HRD-HSE monthly reports. As much as 82% of workers are comply to use PPE. There are statistically significant relation between work motivation (p 0.02, ORa 4.80, 95% CI 1.22; 18.86), PPE knowledge (p < 0.01, ORa 353.77, 95% CI 59.93; 2088.25), PPE comfortability (p < 0.01, ORa 61.64, 95% CI 5.99; 634.13), reward/punishment (p < 0.01), and supervision (p < 0.01, ORa 0.08, 95% CI 0.01; 0.43) with workers’ compliance of PPE mask of N series type 8211. There are three people experienced declining of lung function within a year. PT. X was advised to continue its policy.

Purpose of the study: This study was designed to assess the role of interpersonal and Informational Justice in the purview of teaching faculty’s job satisfaction.  Methodology: A cross-sectional and quantitative research method was carried out in three randomly selected universities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan i.e. Bacha Khan University, University of Malakand, and the University of Swat. A well-structured questionnaire was used for data collection from 217 sampled respondents (employees) for primary data collection. Further, the researchers analyzed the data through descriptive and inferential statistics, i.e. frequency, percentage, correlation, and indexation of the study variables, namely dependent (job satisfaction) and independent (Interpersonal and Informational Justice), respectively. Principal Findings: Regarding the demographic sketch of the sampled respondents, the study found that the majority of the respondents were male, having the age group from 31-40 years with the collaboration of 5-10 year experiences of teaching at the university level. Further, as per the correlation test statistics at bivariate analysis between the Interpersonal and Informational Justice with job satisfaction was found significant with strong correlation (P≤0.05; 0.860) respectively. Applications of this study: The government and administration should take positive steps to provide a good working environment to establish their trust by expanding cooperation towards employees, exploration of benefits, strengthening relationships with each other, and encouragement of open communication that can stimulate and encourage an exchange of view between faculty and administration was put forward some of the recommendations in light of the study findings.  Novelty/Originality of this study: This research comes under the domain of Sociology of organization and sociology of work through the perceptional-based endeavor.

Salah satu upaya pencegahan kecelakaan tenaga kerja adalah dengan mengharuskan memakai Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) yang memenuhi syarat, yaitu nyaman dalam penggunaan, tidak menghalangi dalam proses bekerja, dan memberikan perlindungan efektif terhadap jenis-jenis bahaya. Dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan  penggunaan APD pada pekerja juga diperlukan adanya faktor pengawasan yang berfungsi sebagai pengendalian pelaksanaan setiap kegiatan yang  merupakan usaha pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditentukan. Pengawasan ini pada dasarnya adalah pengawasan terhadap proses dan hasil serta orang yang melakukan pekerjaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan pengawasan dan kelengkapan dengan tingkat kepatuhan penggunaan alat pelindung diri (APD) pada pekerja produksi area bagging off  di PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Cirebon tahun 2018. Rancangan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Pekerja produksi area bagging off  PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Cirebon yang berjumlah 55 orang pada bulan Mei 2018. Jumlah sampel menggunakan total sampling karena jika jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer berupa observasi dan wawancara dan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji Chi Square pada tingkat kemaknaan 5% (0,05). Hasil uji statistik didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan antara pengawasan dengan kepatuhan penggunaan APD diperoleh p value sebesar 0,049. Dan ada hubungan antara kelengkapan APD terhadap kepatuhan penggunaan APD diperoleh p value sebesar 0,001.Kata kunci : ABSTRACTOne effort to prevent workplace accidents is to require that you wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) that meets the requirements, which is comfortable in use, does not hinder the work process, and provides effective protection against types of hazards. In increasing the compliance of PPE usage to workers, it is also necessary to have a supervisory factor that functions as a control for the implementation of each activity which is an effort to achieve the stated goals. This supervision is basically the supervision of the process and results and the people who do the work. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of supervision and completeness with the level of compliance with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on workers producing bagging off areas at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Cirebon Unit in 2018.The design in this study is a quantitative approach with cross sectional design. The study population was all workers producing bagging off areas of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. The Cirebon unit which numbered 55 people in May 2018. The number of samples uses total sampling because if the population is less than 100 then the entire population is used as a sample. Data collection method uses primary data in the form of observation and interviews and data collection instruments using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Chi Square Test at a significance level of 5% (0.05).Statistical test results showed that there was a relationship between supervision with compliance with PPE obtained p value of 0.049. And there is a relationship between the completeness of PPE to the APD usage compliance obtained p value of 0,001.

Teens sexual behavior in dating is a manifestation of a sex drive from glancing the sensual part of couples to intercourse performed by teenagers. Sexual activity seems to have become a common thing done by adolescent dating. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of girl or boy friends to sexual behavior in adolescents at SMP Negeri 16 Sukajadi kecamatan Pekanbaru. The research used is quantitative analytic observational (cross sectional) with elements of independent and dependent variables. The population in this study is all students of class VII SMPN 16 Sukajadi District Pekanbaru. The sample is all students of class VII SMPN 16 Sukajadi District Pekanbaru. With a sample size of 186 respondents. Sampling was done in total sampling. The data used is the primary data by spreading the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate with chi-square test. The result of bivariate analysis got the result of p-value (0,000) lees than a = 0,05, that is there is relationship of girlfriend with premarital sex behavior in adolescent. The conclusion in this study is there is a relationship of girlfriend to pre-marital sex behavior in adolescents at SMP Negeri 16 Kec. Sukajadi Pekanbaru. Gastritis is a disease that is very disturbing human activity, and if it’s not handled will be fatal properly. Based on Indonesia's health profile, gastritis is a disease in the 10 diseases in inpatients room of hospitals in Indonesia. Meanwhile, according to the Dinas Kesehatan in 2014, gastritis ranks 8th out of 10 diseases in Jambi province. Gastritis patients in RSU Mayjen H.A. Talib Kerinci increased 21.5% from 2013 to 2014. This research aims to determine the factors relate with the incidence of gastritis on patients in inpatients room Internal disease in RSU Mayjen H.A Thalib Kerinci 2015.This research is an analytical study using cross sectional design. Samples were patients in inpatients at the Hospital of Mayjen H.A Thalib Kerinci, the number of 31 people were taken by accidental sampling method. The primary data obtained through interviews to obtain data of gastritis, diet, knowledge, and family support. While secondary data obtained from the medical record. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate chi-square test with an accuracy level of 95%.Based on the results of the research, respondents who experienced of chronic gastritis as much as 51.6%, respondents with no good diet (83.9%), lack of knowledge (45.2%), and lack of family support (35.5%). Results of bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between diet, knowledge, and support families with the gastritis incident (p ≤ 0,05).The proposal may be given to the RSU Mayjen H.A. Talib Kerinci is expected to nutritionists to provide elucidation or consultation about the good diet for people with gastritis. For the patient's family is expected to give more support to the gastritis patients such as emotionally, materially, informative, and appreciation. And for further research in order to see more about the aspects of the history of gastritis patients.

Perilaku manusia yang berhubungan dengan keselamatan merupakan sebuah pendekatan untuk menganalisis apa yang dibutuhkan untuk membuat perilaku K3 lebih dimungkinkan dan mengurangi perilaku yang beresiko. PT Arteria Daya Mulia (ARIDA) Cirebon salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi jaring dan tambang. Berdasarkan data kecelakaan kerja akibat tindakan yang tidak berperilaku K3 di PT Arteria Daya Mulia (ARIDA) Cirebon sebanyak 90% di tahun 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku K3 di PT Arteria Daya Mulia (ARIDA) Cirebon Tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan  penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain  cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 2002 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara propotional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 92 responden. Analisis bivariat dilakukan dengan uji chi square pada tingkat kemaknaan 5% (0.05). Hasil penelitian, diketahui 56.5% pekerja berperilaku K3 dan 43.5% pekerja yang tidak berperilaku K3. Faktor – faktor yang tidak berhubungan dengan perilaku K3 adalah pelatihan, penghargaan dan hukuman. Sedangkan faktor – faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku K3 adalah pengetahuan, sikap, motivasi, komunikasi,ketersediaan fasilitas dan pengawasan.Kata kunci :  Faktor Predisposing, enabling, reinforcing,Perilaku K3 ABSTRACTHuman behavior associated with safety is an approach to analyze what is needed to make the behavior more likely K3 and diminish  risk behaviors. The aim of this research is to know factors - factors related to the behavior of K3 PT Arteria Daya Mulia (ARIDA) Cirebon 2015. This research is a quantitative with cross sectional design. The population in this study amounted to 2002 people. Data collection was performed by proportional random sampling with a sample of 92 respondents. Bivariate analysis performed by the chi square test at 5% significance level (0.05). Results of the study, 56.5% of workers are known to behave K3 and 43.5% of workers who do not behave K3. Factors - factors that are not related to the behavior of K3 is training, reward and punishment. While factors - factors related to the behavior of K3 are the knowledge, attitudes, motivation, communication, availability of facilities and supervision.Kata kunci  :  Predisposing, enabling, reinforcing, K3 behavior

Monitoring the state of adolescent hemoglobin is one of a woman's preparations for pregnancy, it is expected to be able to suppress AKI as a result of bleeding in labor. In general, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between body mass index and anemia status in adolescent girls in PGRI Dawan Klungkung Tourism High School. This research is a correlational analytic study with cross sectional design. The sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling technique. The data collected is primary data (via Google form) and secondary data (puskesmas documentation data). Bivariate analysis with the Fisher Exact Test showed BMI was not related to anemia status with a p-value = 0.708 (p 0.05). The conclusion of this study there is no relationship between BMI and anemia status in young women in PGRI Dawan Klungkung Tourism High School. It is recommended for further researchers to develop research with different variables such as other factors that can affect anemia.

Introductions : Along with the increasing life expectancy, there are many processes of development and growth found in human body. But the development and growth will stop at a certain stage, so many changes in the functioning of the human body will take place. During this period, physiological changes can arise which can lead to anxiety. Anxiety is often associated with anxiety in dealing with a situation that has never been experienced before. This study aims to determine the frequency distribution of physical changes and frequency of anxiety, and to determine the relationship between physical changes and anxiety of premenopause women.   Methods : This study was an analytical study designed with a cross sectional design, carried out in March-May 2019. The study samples were 47 premenopause women aged 40-55 years in Jaharun A Village obtained through Purposive Sampling techniques from 90 populations. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaires. The data obtained will be analyzed with univariate and bivariate analysis and tested with Chi Square test with a value of ρ <α or significance level of 95% (α = 0.05).   Results and Discussions: The results showed that there was a relationship between physical changes with anxiety levels of premenopause women with the Chi Square test results obtained ρ = 0.018   Conclusions:This study concluded that there was a relationship between physical changes and anxiety levels in premenopause women. The Head of Jaharun A Village is expected to work with the Health Center to provide health education so that premenopause women are not anxious during the premenopausal period.
