Tito Irwanto, Tri Febrina Melinda; The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of discipline and motivation to employee performance Department of Animal Husbandry and Animal Health Bengkulu Province. This type of research used in this research is quantitative. The collection of data by distributing questionnaires to employees of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Health Bengkulu province amounted to 100 employees using simple random sampling. The analysis method used by Multiple Regression Analysis, Correlation Analysis, T Test, F Test and Test The coefficient of determination (R2). <em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the effect of staffing on the performance of employees at mills I Bukit Kuantan District Singingi Umbrella all employees mills I Mount Umbrella, sampling technique using simple random sampling as many as 57 people. In analyzing the data of this study data analysis using descriptive and quantitative methods, namely by processing the data obtained from the company, then analyzed using the theoretical basis as a means to solve problems, and then conclude. The research result is seen from the results of the t-test where the value t count > t table (32,639 > 2,004) there is a significant positive influence between the placement of employees on employee performance. Judging from the coefficient of determination R Square of 0,951. This shows that the percentage contribution of staffing influence on employee performance is at 95%. While the remaining 5% is influenced by other variables not included in the study. Keywords: Employee Placement and Performance.

ABSTRACT: The era of globalization has hit various aspects of human life. In the economic field, this has a significant impact on industries in Indonesia, both in the trading, manufacturing, and service industries. Employee performance is a matter of great concern to the company so, the management of employee knowledge influences that employee performance improvement through knowledge management, development of organizational culture, and increased organizational commitment from employees. This study aims to determine how respondents respond to knowledge management, organizational culture, organizational commitment to employee performance, and to see how much influence knowledge management, corporate culture, organizational commitment on employee performance, partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative. Data collection was carried out through a literature study and distributing questionnaires to 86 respondents. Sampling with Proportional Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis using multiple linear analyses. The results showed that: Respondents 'responses to knowledge management, organizational culture, and employee performance were in a good category, and respondents' responses to organizational commitment were in the sufficient category. Regression equation Y = 21,678 + 0,374X1 + (-0,045X2) + 0,169X3 + e, shows knowledge management, organizational culture, organizational commitment has a positive effect on employee performance. Correlation results (R) of 0.467, indicating that there is a moderate relationship between knowledge management, organizational culture, organizational commitment to employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2), indicate that the magnitude of the influence of knowledge management, organizational culture, organizational commitment to employee performance by 21.8%, the remaining 78.2% by variables not examined in this research model.  ABSTRACT: Era globalisasi telah melanda berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia. Dalam bidang perekonomian hal ini membawa dampak yang cukup besar bagi industri- industri di Indonesia baik itu industri perdagangan, manufaktur maupun jasa kinerja karyawan menjadi hal yang sangat di perhatikan oleh perusahaan, sehingga peningkatan kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh pengelolaan pengetahuan karyawan melalui knowledge management, perbaikan budaya organisasi, dan peningkatan komitmen organisasi dari karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tanggapan  responden mengenai knowledge management, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja karyawan, serta untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh knowledge management, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 86 responden. Pengambilan sample dengan Proportional Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Tanggapan responden terhadap knowledge management, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja karyawan berada dalam kategori baik, serta tanggapan responden terhadap komitmen organisasi berada dalam kategori cukup. Persamaan regresi Y = 21,678 + 0,374X1 + (-0,045X2) + 0,169X3 + e, menunjukkan knowledge management, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil korelasi (R) sebesar 0,467, menunjukkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang sedang antara knowledge management, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2), menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh knowledge management, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 21,8%, sisanya 78,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti dalam model penelitian ini.

This research was conducted because the performance of employees at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia is not optimal so it is suspected that there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research. The study population was 150 employees with a sample of 60 respondents who were taken using simple random sampling technique and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Simple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing were used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation and performance. Thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The effect of compensation on performance is indicated by the regression equation Y =. The results also show a correlation coefficient or r of 0.452, which means that there is a moderate relationship between the independent variable, namely compensation to the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination or r-square of 0.204 shows that compensation for performance has an effect of 20.4% and the remaining 79.6% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 100 employees of PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS ver. 25. The results of the analysis concluded that work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance while the workload and work environment have a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. Jocelyn Anugrah JayaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan PT Jocelyn Anugrah Jaya. This research aims to know whether the entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurship motivation influence entrepreneurial spirit and how much interest and motivation of entrepreneurship influence on entrepreneurial spirit of students. This research conducted during Juni 2019 at SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang. The population in this research were student of SMK Negeri 7 Kota Serang, sampling using simple random sampling. The data was obtained by distributing questionnaries to 109 respondents.  Testing the hypothesis with multiple regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicated that: (1) There was a positive and significant influence of interest in entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial spirit ,this was evidenced by having a regression coefficient t count> t table of (2.781> 1,982) and a significant value of 5%, (2) There was a positive and significant effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial spirit evidenced by having a regression coefficient t count> t table of (4,904> 1,982) and a significant value of 5%, (3) There was a positive and significant influence of interest and motivation in entrepreneurship together on entrepreneurial spirit. This was evidenced by having a regression coefficient fcount> ftabel of (50,478> 3.08) and a significant value of 5%, (4) the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained at 0.478 or 47.8%, while the rest is 52.2% Entrepreneurial spirit was influenced by variables other variables not examined in this study.

This research is motivated by the presence of problems of the many employeeswho left the company at PT Madu Baru Bantul, Yogyakarta. Moreover, accordingto the pre-survey interviews that have been done, there is a lack of communicationbetween the leaders with employees. Objective of this study was to analyze theinfluence of organizational commitment, leadership, employee performance, andjob satisfaction as intervening variables in PT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakartace.Method of analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive andquantitative. The samples in this study were employees of PT Madubaru amountedto 77 people. Data collection was carried out by using a questionnaire that hasbeen tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis method was using classicassumption test, path analylisis, as well as the coefficient of determination.Descriptive analysis shows that organizational commitment, leadership, jobsatisfaction and employee performance was moderate. Based on the results ofmultiple linear analysis and test of Sobel test indicates that organizationalcommitment, leadership, positive influence on employee performance and jobsatisfaction mediate organizational commitment and leadership on employeeperformance. The coefficient of determination shows that the work satifaction ofPT Madubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment,leadership and job satisfaction by 32.o%, while the remaining 68,0% areinfluenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this study.The coefficient of determination shows that the employees performance of PTMadubaru Bantul Yogyakarta are influenced by organizational commitment,leadership and job satisfaction by 47,7%, while the remaining 52,3% areinfluenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this studyKeywords : organizaitonal commitment, leadership, work satisfaction, andemployees performance

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, communication skill, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the entire number of employees at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi in October 2021 with 237 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Based on the calculations, the number of samples in this study was set at 149 employees. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis technique. The results showed that there is no effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. There is effect of communication skill on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. There is effect of work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. Simultaneously there are effect of motivation, communication skill, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.170, this result means that 17% of employee performance can be explained by the variables of motivation, communication skill, and work environment, while the remaining 83% is explained by other variables that are not researched.
