The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, communication skill, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the entire number of employees at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi in October 2021 with 237 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. Based on the calculations, the number of samples in this study was set at 149 employees. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear analysis technique. The results showed that there is no effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. There is effect of communication skill on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. There is effect of work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. Simultaneously there are effect of motivation, communication skill, and work environment on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.170, this result means that 17% of employee performance can be explained by the variables of motivation, communication skill, and work environment, while the remaining 83% is explained by other variables that are not researched. Although fibroids are the cause of sterility, according to many authors in 20-30% or even more, the onset of pregnancy with this disease is far from an exceptional phenomenon. Based on the material from the State. obstetrician. gynek. Institute for 1908-1927 inclusively, 85 fibroids in the postpartum period were ascertained, which is 0.17% for the entire number of urgent premature births and miscarriages (45771). Excluding miscarriages,% of fibroids in the postpartum period = 0.2% (for 36599 term. And pre-birth. 74 fibroids). Our figures fit the figures of Hessenberger, who for 19294 births in 1913-1923 found a% of complications with fibroids 0.2%. It is possible that fibroids are not always recognized at the time of delivery. So, according to the material of Ganelina for the maternity hospital named after Snegirev for 95,000 genera, fibroids were found in only 0.03%. It is interesting that in the past, complications of childbirth with fibroids, apparently, were observed more often, perhaps because women with complications of the labor act more often ended up in maternity hospitals, compared with normal childbirth. So, according to Pinard,% of patients with fibroids = 0.6%, according to Pozzi, 0.7%. The great rarity of complications of childbirth with fibroids at the present time can also be explained by the fact that recently patients with fibroids are more often subjected to surgical treatment during pregnancy and before its onset.

This research is the outcome of an analysis of the problematics of learning Islamic religious education at the time of the pandemic through Microsoft Teams at Bringin 1 Senior High School with 807 students. The objective of this study is to identify the issues experienced by the students during online learning. This research employed qualitative approach in order to assists researcher in obtaining data regarding student difficulties. Furthermore, the researcher used the purposive sampling technique to obtain significant results that reflected the entire number of students, and the researcher discovered that the most common issue faced by students was difficulty in understanding the material through virtual meetings, which contributed for 47.3% of the total. Moreover, there was the experience of being constrained by signals and networks, which contributed for 30,4%, followed by a sense of laziness related to online or e-learning, which contributed for 18,9%, and feeling burdened by practical religious obligations, which contributed for 2,7%, and eventually the lack of spiritual motivation from teachers, which contributed for 0,7%.

Parking problems became ubiquitous and are growing at an alarming rate in every  major  city.  It  causes  parking  problems  which  cause  a  trafficjam, driver’s frustration, and pollution. One time we visit differentpublic  places for example shopping center, multiplex movies hall & lodging house during carnivals  or  holidays,  it  makes  the  added  parking  difficult.  Checking  out  a parking lot results in 40% to 50% of traffic jams. Due to this, car parking, in turn,  causes  the  traffic  issue.  There  are  some  problems  associated  with  car parking like the way to control the amount of the car within the parking zone, monitoring  the  movement  of  the  car  in/outside  of  the  parking  zone,  check whether there's an area inside for more cars or not and therefore the safety to park. This paper proposes an answer for these problems using the concept of the web of Things. iParkisa fully automated system that senses the entry and exit  of  a  car,  displays  the  entire  number  of  cars  parked  within  the  parking zone  on  screen,  and  the  way  many  free  spaces  are  available  within  the parking lot.

Abstract In this document, we are in the process of solving and describing the engineering meaning of one of the most dangerous models that affect humans and that spreads at a tremendous speed between people. A Caputo–Fabrizio type partial request numerical model for the fractional Coronavirus model is introduced. The principal properties of the model are investigated. The presence and uniqueness of the answer for the proposed partial Coronavirus model are given through the fixed-point speculation. The mathematical propagations for the model are obtained by using explicit boundary regards. The non-number solicitation subordinate gives continuously versatile and more significant information about the multifaceted idea of the components of the proposed fractional budgetary models of care model than the entire number solicitation models set up beforehand. This new proposed model better may help to better understand the dynamic of this novel virus and may help to better control it.

Using a small example as an illustration, this article reviews multivariate matching from the perspective of a working scientist who wishes to make effective use of available methods. The several goals of multivariate matching are discussed. Matching tools are reviewed, including propensity scores, covariate distances, fine balance, and related methods such as near-fine and refined balance, exact and near-exact matching, tactics addressing missing covariate values, the entire number, and checks of covariate balance. Matching structures are described, such as matching with a variable number of controls, full matching, subset matching and risk-set matching. Software packages in R are described. A brief review is given of the theory underlying propensity scores and the associated sensitivity analysis concerning an unobserved covariate omitted from the propensity score.

The main purpose of this study is to identify the role played by the teamwork in enhancing the knowledge capital of the work organizations. Depending on the teamwork, the coordination and cooperation between the human resources working in the organization will be strengthened. This will be reflected in the exchange of knowledge and the sharing of information among them. So, the problem of the study indicates that there is a clear shortage in the employment of the activation of the teamwork in the enhancement of knowledge capital. Accordingly, the significance of this research tries to present a set of proposals that will address the problems in the organization in question.  The researchers chose Uruk university as the field of application, and they adopted the questionnaire as the main tool for data collection , which is relied on the basis of a number of ready-made measurements, and perform tests of trust and constancy for a sample which consists of (49) teachers that represent (19%) of the entire number of teachers in the university mentioned above.          The statistical program (SPSS. V20) was adopted in accessing and analyzing  the data of the study. These courses produced a set of results confirming the validity of the hypotheses that emerged from the research, which indicate the existence of correlation and statistical significance between the variables investigated. Therefore , the researchers view that it is necessary to recommend to activate the role of teamwork in these organizations and employ their results in enhancing the knowledge capital.

This study aims to determine and prove how much is the influence  of Financial Compensation and Leaders Supervision on Employees’ Discipline of Equipment Division PT.Statika Mitrasarana Padang. The type of research was causative. Population in this research was all employees at division of equipment of PT. Statika Mitrasarana Padang. Since the number of samples of this study were less than 100 people, population research method was used. Therefore, the samples on this study were the entire number of population that was as much as 42 respondents. The type of data used was secondary and primary obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to employees. The analytical method used was descriptive analysis and quantitative through multiple regression using SPSS version 15.00. The results of this study indicate that, (1) Financial Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employees’ work discipline in equipment division of PT. Statika Mitrasarana, (2) Control of Leader have a positive and insignificant effect to work discipline of employees at division of equipment of PT. Statika Mitrasarana. The results of this study will be recommended to several related parties, among others for PT. Statika Mitrasarana Padang can improve and maintaining the discipline of its employees for the development of the company and for other researchers as a reference material that will continue the further research.Keywords: Financial compensation, Leadership supervision, Work discipline

This chapter introduces the Zeckendorf representation of a Fibonacci sequence, a form of a natural number which can be easily found using a greedy algorithm: given a number, subtract the largest Fibonacci number less than or equal to it, and repeat until the entire number is used up. This chapter first compares the efficiency of representing numbers using Zeckendorf form versus traditional binary with a fixed number of digits and shows when Zeckendorf form is to be preferred. It also shows what happens when variants of Zeckendorf form are used. Not only can natural numbers as be presented sums of Fibonacci numbers, but arithmetic can also be done with them directly in Zeckendorf form. The chapter includes a survey of past approaches to Zeckendorf representation arithmetic, as well as some improvements.
