Pelatihan Pengelolaan Sampah Plastik di Dusun Sumber Rejo Desa Lembeyan Wetan Kabupaten Magetan

Sumber Rejo Hamlet is a hamlet located in Lembeyan Wetan Village with the majority of the population's livelihoods being farmers. Community empowerment was chosen as a step to increase community knowledge, skills and motivation to strengthen their resources. Using ABCD approach, the activity began with the mapping of the area, community, associations, and individual assets. There were a number of problems that occurred in Sumber Rejo Hamlet. In mapping step, several obstacles faced by the community especially the fact that there were the amount of garbage scattered in the river and the lack of management of plastic waste. Then, plastic waste management training program was chosen to run. This activity is becoming the focus of main activities because more and more plastic waste will potentially pollute the environment. The waste management training was held on August 7, 2019 at Mrs. Katini’s home, one of the residents in Sumber Rejo Hamlet. The target of this activity is homemakers in Sumber Rejo village with the aim that they become more concerned with plastic waste and its use. Presenters of plastic waste management training came from Kopma Al-Hikmah IAIN Ponorogo where the implementation of the training went very well. The participants were very enthusiastic in welcoming the training and were able to take part in the activity until the end. Keywords: empowerment, community, pollution, environment, garbage Abstrak Dusun Sumber Rejo adalah dusun yang terletak di Desa Lembeyan Wetan dengan mayoritas mata pencaharian penduduk adalah petani. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dipilih sebagai langkah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan motivasi masyarakat untuk memperkuat sumber daya mereka. Menggunakan pendekatan ABCD, kegiatan dimulai dengan pemetaan area, komunitas, asosiasi, dan aset individu. Ada sejumlah masalah yang terjadi di Dusun Sumber Rejo. Dalam langkah pemetaan, beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat terutama fakta bahwa ada jumlah sampah yang berserakan di sungai dan kurangnya pengelolaan sampah plastik. Kemudian, program pelatihan pengelolaan limbah plastik dipilih untuk dijalankan. Kegiatan ini menjadi fokus kegiatan utama karena semakin banyak sampah plastik yang berpotensi mencemari lingkungan. Pelatihan pengelolaan sampah plastik diadakan pada 7 Agustus 2019 di rumah Ny. Katini, salah satu warga di Dusun Sumber Rejo. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah para ibu rumah tangga di desa Sumber Rejo dengan tujuan agar mereka lebih peduli dengan sampah plastik dan penggunaannya. Penyaji pelatihan pengelolaan sampah plastik datang dari Kopma Al-Hikmah IAIN Ponorogo di mana pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan dengan sangat baik. The problem of waste is always an interesting thing that never runs out to find a solution. One of them is plastic packaging waste that is widely used by the community and cannot be decomposed again by nature. In line with the SDGs issue, Indonesia is the second largest country that disposes of plastic waste in the world after China. This is very dangerous for the natural beauty of Indonesia's vast seas, and destroys a very diverse ecosystem. Existing plastic waste that comes from household waste, it can be used easily and cheaply into Ecobrick. Ecobrick is a term for the result of managing plastic waste into a brick that can be used as useful items such as chairs or tables. This plastic waste management training activity was carried out for housewives in Cibitung Tengah Village, Bogor Regency to find out the use of plastic waste that can be recycled to be used as useful goods. This research is motivated by problems in village programs that have not been effective, the program is a village financial management training program and capacity building for the apparatus and facilitation of community empowerment. must go through several dimensions to improve the program effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, leveling, responsiveness, the accuracy of the results of this evaluation which will later be used as input for the next village government apparatus. So that the researchers are interested in examining the Program for Professionalism Improvement of Village Government Apparatus with qualitative methods in a descriptive approach with good results. Because this can be maintained in implementing programs held by villages to improve the program to run effectively. It is better and more effective with what was done before, before the program. Because the program is indeed very important.

Kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepedulian masyarakat di Desa Pota Wangka Labuan Bajo khususnya di bidang lingkungan melalui kegiatan YouCan Empower. YouCan Empower merupakan salah satu program kepemudaan dalam bidang pemberdayaan masyarkat dengan memberikan kontribusi nyata dan positif kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan Hasil dan Pembahasan dari kegiatan yang telah terlaksana, Desa Pota Wangka memerlukan perhatian scara khusus dalam penanganan sampah rumah tangga, sampah organic, dan sampah plastik. Kegiatan pemberdayaan dilakukan selama tiga hari yang terbagi kedalam empat bidang yakni ekonomi, lingkungan, kesehatan , dan pendidikan. Sebagai upaya menumbuhkan kepedulian masyarakat dan kesadaran dalam pengelolaan sampah, dilaksanakan program peduli lingkungan dengan metode PLA ( Partisipatory Learning Action ) .Adapun kendala yang dialami yakni kurangnya akses transportasi dan fasilitas yang memadai pengelolaan sampah serta usaha mempertahankan kebiasaan mengelolah sampah yang sesuai. This community empowerment activity aims to increase Pota Wangka, Labuan Bajo villagers awareness, especially in environmental field through YouCan Empower activities. YouCan Empower is one of the youth programs in the field of community empowerment by doing a real and positive contribution to the community. Based on the results and discussion form the activities that had been carried out, Pota Wangka Village needs attention in handling household waste, organic waste, and plastic waste. The empowerment activities had carried out for three days which are divided into four domains :ecomonomics, environtment, health , and education. In effort to increase the villagers awareness in waste management, we did environtmental care programs with the PLA method ( Participatory Learning Action ). Some obstacles experienced were the lack of access to transportation and adequate facilities for waste management and efforts to maintain the habit of managing waste.

AbstrakPadatnya perumahan penduduk dan kurangnya kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kesehatan jasmani, mengakibatkan sedikitnya masyarakat yang memiliki kebun diperkarangan mereka dan sebagian acuh terhadap kondisi kesehatan fisiknya, mengakibatkan mudahnya terserang penyakit.Tujuan dari layanan ini adalah (1) untuk meningkatkan konsep pengetahuan masyarakat tentang cara mengelola limbah dalam botol bekas dengan metode taman vertikal (2) untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang cara menggunakan perangkat medis. Ada aktivitas servise yang dilakukan dalam satu bulan dengan pertemuan dalam beberapa minggu. Dengan tujuan kegiatan tersebut adalah masyarakat dan ibu-ibu pengurus PKK desa Samirono. Ada aktivitas layanan yang dilakukan melalui bimbingan.Hasil layanan dijelaskan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil layanan ini menunjukkan bahwa layanan berhasil. In their fields while lack of concerning about physical healt, result in easily attacted by disease. The purpose of this service are (1) To improve the concept of community knowledge about how to manage waste in the used bottles with the vertical garden method (2) To increase public knowledge about how to use medical devices. There is servise activity carryed out in one mounth with on meeting in weeks. with the aim of the activity were the community and mothers of the PKK administrators of vilage Samirono. There is service activity carried out through guidance. The result of the service are described by qualitatively descriptiviely. The results of this service indicated that service was success. The Status

Waste is generated by various day to day human activities. Adopting improper waste handling and disposal methods can harm the well-being of public and environment. Waste management creates new opportunities for entrepreneurs in terms of social causes and it affects the economic structure and economic status of any country. One of the new approaches in waste management and income generation is Social entrepreneurship. But in Bharat i.e. India the young entrepreneurs have a dearth of consciousness towards social entrepreneurship. This paper discusses the status of solid waste management in India and Government initiatives for managing Solid Waste at Dharamshala. The main objectives of study are 1) to check awareness of people in managing solid waste at Dharamsala 2) and how to convert the plastic waste into theme based parks as skilled initiative for entrepreneurs at tourist spots in Himachal Pradesh. The paper thus explores the scope for entrepreneurs in waste management. The study reveals that Solid waste management concept attracted the attention of government around 1970s. But till now we believe in filling the waste in the ground or putting them in the dustbin. Government of India has created few acts and rules on waste management which are listed in this paper. Through this study it is revealed that people of Dharamshala welcome to the construction of themed parks made from plastic bottles. Majority of these people believe in separating waste at home and according to them conditions of waste disposal at Dharamshala are not very good. There is a positive correlation between people’s opinion of constructing theme parks and using plastic bottles in park’s construction. Study believes that the quantity of plastic waste in our country is endless which creates lot scope and opportunity to the social entrepreneurs.
