In developed countries the most accurate and reliable spatial data (M 1:500–1:1000) are extensively used. The same spatial object could be inscribed into separate systems: utilities companies have some systems, municipality collected catalogues of CAD data, separately developed real estate map. The same spatial objects are repeated and reiterated, unreasonable costs are incurred for their storage, the customers find it complicated to determine and select the best and appropriate spatial data required just for their own needs. This article suggests the solution of the problem. Authors have introduced the idea to compose and develop information system specialized for topography and infrastructure subsequently to be merged and coordinated. The model for data storage, data provision to the customers and service activities is defined. The available electronic services for the spatial data are described as advantageous for implementation on topographic maps, for inspection and monitoring of construction projects, for the issue of permits of excavation works and for the other activities.

Based on data from UPPKH sub-district of Central Praya Year in 2017. The number of beneficiaries from the Government Program namely the Program Family expectations (PKH) and Beneficiary Families (KPM) is 3,425 which are spread throughout the villages in the Central Praya. The existence of the problems and constraints that have emerged is the difficulty the other escorts who are outside of the town would like to know the location and development of recipient PKH KPM. Extention Geoprocessing is a tool for processing spatial data in ArcView. The use of extension geoprocessing on the geographic information syste is one tool that can be used to assist in analyzing the condition and whereabouts of beneficiaries of government programs, especially the PKH KPM Program, especially in the Central Praya sub-district.The method used in analyzing data is the model SPIRAL method, the programming language used is PHP / MapScript, and criteria used are sourced from BPS. With the building of a geographic information system mapping the PKH KPM location, the community and the government will find it easier to know the development of poverty and can facilitate outside sub-district facilitators to find the location of PKH KPM in the central Praya sub-district.

The paper presents the experience of developing a subsystem of the state geographic information system Yenisei-GIS. Yenisei-GIS is a software package designed to solve problems of creating, collecting, updating, processing and analyzing spatial data, in accordance with the requirements of the concept of creating a regional segment of the spatial data infrastructure of the Russian Federation. Yenisei-GIS is a technological platform of the Krasnoyarsk Region for integration projects using spatial data, the storage and publication of which is provided by the subsystem spatial data storage. When developing the Yenisei-GIS system, the problem of creating a spatial data bank for a geographically oriented information system for supporting decision-making at the level of a constituent subject of the federation was solved using the example of the Krasnoyarsk Region. The solution to this problem from a technological point of view is provided by the construction of a set of interconnected software elements, among which there are both properly configured “packet” software and original authoring developments. From an organizational point of view, the solution of the problem is based on the technological regulations of information interaction and regulatory documents. The paper describes web services and tools of the Yenisei-GIS system, designed for interagency electronic interaction of different information systems. The system architecture is described, attention is paid to the creation of base maps, and examples of developed application systems based on the Yenisei-GIS system are also considered. Under the base maps in the Yenisei GIS are meant such map maps or satellite images that can be used as a substrate for displaying thematic maps on their background.

Spatial data are collected and represented as attributes of spatial objects embedded in a plane. Basis change is defined as the transfer of attributes from one set of objects to another. Methods of basis change for socioeconomic data are reviewed and are seen to differ in the assumptions made in each about underlying density surfaces. These methods are extended to more general cases, and an illustration is provided by using Californian data. The implementation of this framework within a geographical information system is discussed.

Most data sets and streams have a geospatial component. Some people even claim that about 80% of all data is related to location. In the era of Big Data this number might even be underestimated, as data sets interrelate and initially non-spatial data becomes indirectly geo-referenced. The optimal treatment of Big Data thus requires advanced methods and technologies for handling the geospatial aspects in data storage, processing, pattern recognition, prediction, visualisation and exploration. On the one hand, our work exploits earth and environmental sciences for existing interoperability standards, and the foundational data structures, algorithms and software that are required to meet these geospatial information handling tasks. On the other hand, we are concerned with the arising needs to combine human analysis capacities (intelligence augmentation) with machine power (artificial intelligence). This paper provides an overview of the emerging landscape and outlines our (Digital Earth) vision for addressing the upcoming issues. We particularly request the projection and re-use of the existing environmental, earth observation and remote sensing expertise in other sectors, i.e. to break the barriers of all of these silos by investigating integrated applications.

An overview of the application software for storage, integration and management of Land Records and Environmental Data has been presented. The title of the software is “Environmental Land Information System”, abbreviated as “ELIS”. Modern hardware technologies like Total Station, Satellite, GPS, Digitizer, scanner along with computer have been used where software technologies like GIS and RDBMS have also been used in capturing, collecting, storing, integrating, and retrieving data. Technologies like plotter has been used in generating various maps including mouza map. A Bangla interface was also integrated with the system for writing Bangla scripts on maps and other land records. Two separate types of databases have been created – one for attribute data and the other for spatial data. The application software has the capability to append new data- attribute and spatial, to the databases to update and enrich the databases. This article gives a conceptual view of the software. The main emphasis in developing the software was in the use of GIS and Bangla interface.

Modern trends in the field of postal traffic imply the existence of a large number of providers who distribute these services. A trend of this kind sets highly rigorous requirements regarding structure and quality of the services. On the other hand, the users are a heterogenous group with specific characteristics, which significantly complicates the process of segmentation, choice of a target market and formulating of an adequate marketing strategy. Application of some standard methods of demographic and psychographic segmentation, in the opinion of the authors of this paper, results in very general grouping most often based on assumptions. The aim is to point out the significance of spatial data and how the results obtained by application of a geographic information system (GIS) can be used in the case of segmentation of the postal service market.

The research was conducted to develop the information system model on nutrition status of child monitoring based on geographical information system (GIS) to support the plan of increasing the nutrition improvement at the District Health Office, Sukoharjo Regency. This descriptive research was carried out by implementing interview to subjects who were involved in the activity of the monitoring. Observation was also performed to two objects, namely the structure and the procedure of information. The collected data were analyzed descriptively by applying result of structure and the procedure analysis. The system development was designed by using the approach of FAST (Framework for the Application of System Techniques). The observation to the problem, scope, and property had been conducted by the interview with the subjects indicate that the research subjects at all levels from top managers to persons in the transactional level as well as those who are at cross section department support the development of monitoring system to the improvement of nutrition status program, and this system is reliable to mapping perform of nutrition status of child based on the category as severe malnutrition, under nutrition, normal and overweight. In the future nutrition information based on GIS have the benefits of the new system in supporting the monitoring activity toward the nutrition improvement program and it also supports the plan. Suggestions from this research might go to the government health institution to develop spatial or terrestrial data on the health programs have to be designed GIS for the each other program. Moreover, the other model should be developed GIS in the other spatial data and information can be accessed by informative map.

In the article the global crisis of 2008-2009 is considered as superposition of a few regional crises that occurred simultaneously but for different reasons. However, they have something in common: developed countries tend to maintain a strong level of social security without increasing the real production output. On the one hand, this policy has resulted in trade deficit and partial destruction of market mechanisms. On the other hand, it has clashed with the desire of several oil and gas exporting countries to receive an exclusive price for their energy resources.

Poverty is one continuing social issue which is hard to solve. Dealing with this problem, Islam has already had the alternative solution that is tithe (Zakat). Zakat is implemented to decrease economy imbalanced appeared in the society. While in fact, not all the Moslem pay Zakat. There are five factors as the reason why Moslem didn’t do that. First, some Muzakki wants to deliver his zakat directly.Seconde, not all Muzakki know how much Zakat must be paid. The other factors are Limited information about Mustahik home, limited time that Muzakki have to deliver his Zakat directly and the easiness to report Mustahik data. Dealing with those factors, it is required to have an information system which can make Muzakki meets Mustahik. In this research, information system application used Extreme Programming (XP) development method. XP method is required to program a system which will be made by accomodating the users’ needs and expectations.
