The continuous development of computer information technology has brought about many changes in people’s life. At present, the computer-aided translation technology (abbreviated as CAT hereafter), being a kind of important auxiliary method, has been widely used in software localization and the translation of scientific works. This realistic need has aroused more and more attention to the development and use of CAT tools. Using the computer to assist teaching was first initiated in the USA in the 1950’s and then widely spread all over the world. Until recently, an increasing number of teachers get to know its great use, and try to apply it to the process of teaching. In China the application of CAT in translation teaching is still at the initial stage. In this paper, the author focuses on the present situation of the adoption of CAT technology in translation teaching in China. This paper conducted a survey to investigate people’s understanding over it from teachers’ perspective and existing problems in its adoption in translation teaching.

In recent years, with the continuous development of China’s financial technology, the relationship between Internet finance and computing information technology such as big data is getting increasingly close. Based on the existing research results, following the research ideas of finding, analyzing and solving problems, this paper studied several main development modes of Internet finance in China in the context of big data, and pointed out the existing problems, so as to put forward policy suggestions to optimize China’s Internet finance on the basis of analyzing the reasons.

Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang Regency is one of the developing health service centers. The number of patients that continues to increase every day causes new problems in the process of seeking information about patients, the number of patients, the number of visits, total income, and data on existing drug supplies. Because based on the existing problems, the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon, Karawang Regency, needs to take advantage of information technology, which can overcome the problems faced, so that public health services can be improved for the realization of the vision and mission of the Public health center Bayur Lor. Cilamaya Kulon. Looking at some of the existing problems, researchers use the waterfall method in making an information system. Applications made in this study are based on android. To facilitate the mention of this application, namely Android-based LAGILEMAS (Public health center Digital Service).

Wrestling has a long history, and wrestling activities are deeply loved and respected by the people of Shilin which is known as the "Hometown of Wrestling." With the continuous development and progress of society, Yi Nationality’s wrestling is facing new opportunities as well as new challenges. Through the methods of literature, data statistics, questionnaire, expert interview and logical analysis, this paper studies 50 long-term wrestlers in Shilin County, analyzes the present situation and finds out the existing problems, thus providing the necessary reference for the development of the Yi wrestling sport.

The number of classical banks in the world has reduced. In the majority of countries the number of banks does not exceed 200. The uniqueness of the Russian banking sector is that in this respect it takes the third place in the world after the USA and Germany. The paper reviews the conclusions of the economic theory about the optimum structure of the banking market. The empirical analysis shows that the number of banks in a country is influenced by the size of its territory, population number and GDP per capita. Our econometric estimate is that the equilibrium number of banks in Russia should be in a range of 180-220 units.

The authors point out that the local market crisis - on the USA substandard loan market - has led to the uncertainty of the world financial market. It has caused the growing demand for liquidity in the framework of the world financial system. The Russian banking sector seems to be more stable under negative changes than banking systems of other emerging markets. At the same time one can assume that the crisis will become the factor of qualitative shift in the character of the Russian banking sector development - the shift from impetuous to more balanced growth.
