This chapter conveys the results of an original research study conducted in 2013-2014 to analyze the perceptions of faculty during a learning management system transition (frequent technology change or adoption). The purpose of the study is to determine if faculty perceptions of adopting new technology have an effect on their stress levels; thereby, affecting faculty preparedness. The literature indicates that higher Technological Self-Efficacy (TSE) should result in lower stress levels. Data analysis reveals faculty who indicated having moderate proficiency of TSE (45%) and possessing moderate stress levels (45%); having somewhat proficiency of TSE (27%) and possessing minor stress levels (32%); and having extreme proficiency of TSE (20%), yet possessing serious stress levels (14%). While these findings differ from other current literature findings, the literature does support the notion that higher stress levels have implications on faculty perceptions, behaviors, and preparedness (Iqbal & Kokash, 2011).

Covid 19 has brought many changes in human life. Currently, the campus is implementing an online learning system, aka online (in the network). This has an impact on final year students who are writing a thesis which will usually cause stress when compiling a thesis. Therefore, progressive muscle relaxation can reduce stress and learn how to relax tense muscles. The purpose of this study was to determine whether progressive muscle relaxation therapy can relieve or reduce stress levels in final year students. The research design used was quasi experimental. The research design used "pre test post test with control group design." The sample size obtained in this study was 30 respondents with a sampling technique carried out in the form of probability sampling with non-equivalent control group techniques. The data analysis used was the Wilcoxon test data analysis with a significance level of α = 0.05. If the value of ρ <0.05 then Ha is accepted. The research results from statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test obtained the value of ρ = 0.001, where the value of ρ is smaller than the value of α = 0.05, so Ha is accepted. The results of the study proved that there was an effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy on stress levels in final year students in the Indonesian Muslim University nursing study program. The conclusion of this study is that before being given progressive muscle relaxation therapy, the stress levels for final year students were moderate stress, severe stress and very heavy stress. Meanwhile, after being given progressive muscle relaxation therapy intervention, there was a decrease in stress levels, namely normal, mild stress and moderate stress.

This study aims to determine the level of stress and insomnia disorders experienced by BPI students in the eighth semester of the academic year 2019/2020 and to find out how stress levels relate to insomnia disorders. The variables in this study are free variables i.e. stress levels and bound variables i.e. insomnia disorders. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. Then the type of research is correlational. The sample used amounted to 53 respondents. The data collection technique uses questionnaires. Data analysis used using instrument tests (validity and reliability), statistical tests (descriptive statistics and inferential statistics), and contingency coefficient hypothesis tests. The results showed that the level of stress experienced by students of Islamic Counseling Guidance Semester Eight Academic Year 2019/2020 IAIN Ponorogo as many as 38 respondents (72%) moderate stress levels. Then insomnia disorder experienced by students / i Islamic Counseling Guidance Semester Eight Academic Year 2019/2020 IAIN Ponorogo as many as 43 respondents (82%) moderate level of insomnia. Based on hypothetical tests there is a significant relationship between stress levels and insomnia disorders at a significant level 5% r count = 0.479 > (greater) than r table = 0.266, then Ha accepted.Key word: stress, insomnia,

The aim of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between hemodialysis frequency stress levels in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis  at hemodialysis installation  of dr. M. Yunus hospital Bengkulu City 2016. The study design used was a descriptive analytic method to explain each variable studied. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the frequency of hemodialysis with the level of stress in patients with chronic renal failure, almost all respondents often undergo hemodialysis in hemodialysis installation in dr. M.Yunus hospital in Bengkulu city, of a total of 67 respondents almost half of respondents suffered moderate stress levels and no significant association between HD frequency with the stress levels of patients with CKD in Haemodialysis installation with p value 0.041 smaller than 0.05. The results of this study are expected to add insight and knowledge about the disease of CKD, and and is expected to continue this research in the context of a deeper and broader variables. Keywords: Frequency, Hemodialysis, Stress Levels.

One of the reasons that at present in research and production associations and industrial enterprises, according to the degree of implementation, analysis is almost the most backward management function, in our opinion, is still insufficient attention on the part of economic services of these production links to issues of formation of analytical information processing. Having overcome, in principle, the psychological barrier of misunderstanding the advantages of using modern computer technology in production management, the economic services of enterprises in a number of cases have not yet realized that they should be both initiators of the functional development of the management system and direct participants in the new technology for the implementation of management functions, including and analysis function. The use of electronic digital machines in economic analysis is one of the indispensable conditions for achieving its efficiency and complexity. The problem of improving the function of economic analysis is becoming the subject of increasing attention, both from a large number of specialists, and from higher education institutions and various research organizations. The increasing attention to the problem of improving integrated economic analysis is evidenced by the fact that it is the subject of consideration at International, All-Ukrainian, Regional scientific and practical conferences, seminars and is significantly reflected in the recommendations of these forums. At the same time, it should be noted that the methodology of the approach, the breadth of coverage in solving the problem, the focus and depth of development in many cases by different authors are far from the same and not equivalent. Therefore, when conducting an analytical review of scientific publications, in our opinion, it is advisable to evaluate existing developments in a certain order, namely: firstly, works that emphasize the importance and need to improve the function of economic analysis without indicating specific ways to solve this problem; secondly, works examining specific forms of organizing economic analysis in management systems. The latter, in particular, include: works in which the dispersal and implementation of individual analysis tasks are proposed as part of various functional subsystems of the control system; works whose authors consider it possible to combine the tasks of economic analysis with the tasks of other management functions in one of the generally accepted subsystems of the management system; works in which the allocation of analysis tasks to an independent functional subsystem of the control system is justified.

Science and technology incubator, as an organization dedicated to serving science and technology enterprises, has many functions, such as cultivating small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, transforming science and technology into productivity, adjusting regional and national industrial structure, promoting the development of high and new technology industries, and promoting employment. Since the emergence of the first business incubator in the United States in the 1950s, this new form of social and economic organization has been developing rapidly all over the world, and has cultivated a large number of successful enterprises, which initially made great contributions to promoting the development of the world economy. However, with the increasing number of science and technology incubators and the rapid development of science and technology enterprises, various problems in the management system and operation mode of science and technology incubators are gradually exposed, which seriously affects the sustainable development of science and technology incubators in China. In view of this, based on the analysis of the current situation of science and technology incubator management in China, this paper puts forward the construction strategy of standardized management system of science and technology incubator in order to promote the scientific development of science and technology incubator in China.
