E-banking offers an ever-alluring response to the pressures by its consumers for more products, services, and 24-hour access to accounts. Additionally, personal e-banking definitely made the banking process convenient as well as less time-consuming than ever before. Therefore, no more standing in the lines or using old check as well as stamp method to pay utility bills. Thus, facilitation has been extended in its true sense within the respective domain by banks across the globe. Digital enterprise transformation facilitates financial services organizations via enabling them to be more secure, compliant, as well as being digital. It modifies the experience of employees, partners, customers, and stakeholders. Theory and research both are important notions. Theory provides the basic structure of propositions and research provides the technique and method to fit the theory in a particular context. It also helps to bring modifications regarding the existing theories.

Countries in the developing world, as well as the developed world, are now exploring different ways of facilitating their development process through deployment and exploitation of ICTs within their economies to gain optimum output. More and more facilities are being offered by banks to facilitate their costumers with ease as well as convenience regarding e-banking. Digital enterprise transformation facilitates financial services organizations via enabling them to be more secure, compliant, as well as being digital. It modifies the experience of employees, partners, customers, and stakeholders. But, in Pakistan, this is not the case. As, people still refrain from using ICTs and e-banking in Pakistan, because of various issues. In spite of the fact that the literature encompassing remittances and criminal offenses is limited. Remittances sent by relatives from overseas are an imperative source of domestic income in the South Asian region. But unfortunately, its influence on crime has mainly been unexplored.

It modifies the experience of employees, partners, customers, and stakeholders. The contemporary world is changing very rapidly as information technology has redefined e-commerce. In its simplest sense, a baseline definition of e-commerce can be the performing of business by engaging computer networks and telecommunication aspects. In a narrow sense, e-commerce is pertinent to the commercial sphere involving transactions and people relate it to buying and selling via the internet. On a broader spectrum, it has a wider range of multiple activities. The specific definition thus used in this research curtails it as being an activity performed via a telecommunication network or the internet, which is a component of business model that generates profits and also involves selling. It might be any one of the following: information, products (physical or digital), and services.

The chapter explores the utility of neuroeconomics in decision making and behavior. Scientific knowledge will be advanced in the need for the application of neuroeconomics focused on one of the services of the information and communication technologies (ICT) of companies, that is, e-commerce of exponential artisanal SMEs of women entrepreneurs, by developing a proposal for a business model to increase the possibility of growth of their companies at the level national and international level. The methodologies used were deductive, exploratory, descriptive, correlational, and documentary. Neuroeconomics have the potential to explain the phenomena that are considered as a deviation from the prediction or behavioral bias of decision-making models in economic theory. The study is quantitative using primary and secondary sources for research.

An organization can be authorized to take digital transformation due to several reasons. But the most important reason is that it is the survival issuance for many people. e-Government (e-Gov) involves the use of information and communication technologies (ICTs) to achieve political goals. Innovative ICTs should be integrated in e-Gov and e-business services to maximize their potentialities/efficiency and to reduce costs. Currently, diverse conceptual models of e-Gov are purposed. These models are applied to understand and optimize governance processes. Globally, it is possible to identify a gap between e-Govs and digital enterprise transformation of developed and developing countries. Digital divisions are closely related to a gap between citizens, families, and businesses regarding the access to ICT and internet in different regions. Are the international recommendations on e-government, digital division and management, and strategies for digital enterprise transformation producing successful outputs? This study aims (1) to describe and analyze international recommendations on e-government, digital division and management, and strategies for digital enterprise transformation and (2) to present practical cases.

Faced with the increasing number of challenges that came with globalization, the developed countries have become aware of the insufficiency of traditional production systems and increased investments in technological developments in the production sector. With successive technological developments, the competition in the production sector has increased, and businesses have had to undergo major changes. It was aimed with these changes to respond quickly to dynamic market conditions and customer demands. The project, which was firstly introduced by Germany as Industry 4.0, affects enterprises both technically and socially. Employees have to adapt to digitalized production systems and keep up with technological developments. In a world where inter-business and inter-disciplinary studies and collaborations increase and operations are carried out on a project basis, project managers are obliged to adapt quickly to the continuing digital transformation. In this context, the chapter aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation on project managers' competencies.

In the context of managing digital enterprise transformation, the generation and distribution of knowledge across the entire organization is of great importance. Because existing processes are being questioned and activities are changing, the promotion of organizational learning should be part of the digital transformation strategy. This chapter uses the example of Scrum to show how organizational learning can be supported by agile working methods. After an introduction to organizational learning and to Scrum as a process of continuous improvement, the four elements of organizational learning are used and compared to the characteristic elements of Scrum. In addition, the author points out existing research gaps, especially in quantitative research, and gives practical advice for managers on how to use Scrum to promote organizational learning.
