This paper analyzed problems exists in the modes of logistics management professional of certain college in the first place, and then the new mode of professional training concept is proposed based on the modularity and postponement in mass customization so as to enrich the knowledge structure of most logistic management students, reduce the complexity of teaching management, and meet the changing various demands of employer companies.

This study seeks to analyze the effect of logistics management carried out by warehouse operators, the facilities and access provided to support storage, and the competitiveness of storage costs on the use of warehouse financing by suppliers in Central Java, Indonesia. The sampling method was purposive random sampling. The numbers of respondents involved in this study were 120 suppliers and farmers producing first-rate agricultural products and who are users of warehouse receipts in the Central Java region. By using linear regression analysis with assistance, the study results found that the variables of logistic management, facilities and supply chain access as well as competitive storage costs have positive and significant effects on the use of warehousing financing by suppliers and farmers who use public warehousing. This result confirms that the more precisely warehousing is managed, the higher the level of trust of users involved in the logistics business and supply chain of agricultural products to use additional services in the form of warehouse receipts to support the sustainability of agricultural businesses.

In the article methodical foundations of transport services logistics management of cargo owners were realized, on the basis of integrated estimation of economic efficiency of holistic progressive logistic chain operation of cargo delivery. In the making of the study, the authors have identified the provision of logistic management conditions by production and mainline rail transport in carrying out transportations. In the successful implementation of finished product loading and arriving cargo processing plans, clear interaction of all logistics chain elements is an important factor, achieved on the basis of introduction of a stable cargo train schedule at sections and the submission of local operation organization in nodes, at sections and stations. On the basis of modelling possible variants of different parameters ratios of the logistic interaction process of production with mainline rail transport, it was determined that at different parameters ratios results can be obtained that will vary by waiting time of carrying out loading in railway cars and waiting time of removal of finished products from manufacturer’s warehouse, required car fleet and loading of material handling vehicles. In this case, the most economical option should be taken as the main condition for ensuring a rational interaction of industrial and mainline rail transport.

Relevance of research. Optimization of logistics solutions taking into account the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises actualizes the provision of strategic management of their development. The purpose of the study: to study the methodological approaches to the formation of effective strategies for managing the logistics activities of enterprises and to determine the relationship between the formation and evaluation of the effectiveness of the logistics development strategy as elements of competitive advantage. Methodology and scientific methods: dialectical, abstract-logical, factorial, economic-statistical, monographic methods are used. Research results: the article considers the essence of logistics management and the problems of ensuring strategic management of agricultural enterprises through the development of optimal logistics strategies. The expediency of using a logistical approach in the management of strategic development of enterprises, which allows you to clearly and quickly respond to the level of consumer demand and meet it with minimal costs and stocks. Therefore, it significantly depends on a certain set of factors. The factors on the application of which the efficiency of the implementation of the logistics management strategy depends are stated. It is proposed for agricultural enterprises to focus strategic logistics management on the strategy "Ensuring the competitive advantages of the enterprise" on the principles of the logistics strategy "Maximization of income and profits", which allows using a marketing approach to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the agricultural market. Strategies of logistics management as ways of systematization of logistics tasks within the limits of improvement of a logistic component of economic activity and strengthening of a strategic position of each enterprise, based on the corresponding concepts of logistics, construction of integrated structure of logistic systems and orientation of all links of logistic chains on final results. The results of the solution of the proposed logistics project allow to compare in the system of optimized and actual results of distribution of products through sales channels and to identify patterns in certain periods of entry of farms into the market of agricultural products. It is determined that the most promising and practically important direction of development of research of efficiency of strategic logistic management of the enterprise is the account in system of estimation not only of indicators of performance of logistic operations, but also indicators of efficiency of administrative logistic processes. Research framework / possibility of using the results: the proposed method of substantiation of the choice of logistics strategic alternatives depending on: ensuring the competitive advantages of the enterprise and maximizing income and profits allows using a marketing approach to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise in the agricultural market. Practical significance: the project of the logistic decision in the field of stimulation of sale and distribution policy for the agrarian enterprise is offered, the estimation of efficiency of strategic logistic management of the enterprise on indicators of logistic flows is carried out, conclusions concerning prospects of introduction of competitive strategies of management of logistic activity in agrarian sphere are made. Social consequences: the results of this assessment affect the adoption of optimal logistics decisions by the management of agricultural enterprises to ensure their own competitive advantages in the market.

Abstract The article deals with studying the process of forming physical education teachers’ pedagogical mastery in the context of native and foreign scholars’ views. It has been indicated that the problem of pedagogical activity and pedagogical mastery efficiency has been raised in the works of a number of scholars who developed the principles and criteria of such activity. Thus, such native pedagogues as D. Dmytrenko, S. Krysyuk, I. Maslikova V. Putsov, A. Volovychenko studied the organization and evaluation of pedagogical and methodical work of teachers as well as the measuring of teaching management effectiveness. We have concluded that the forming of future physical education teachers’ pedagogical mastery should include the analysis of the education content (syllabi; general, psychological and pedagogical, special subjects; their comparison and volume, etc.) and the study of future physical education teachers’ personality. It is based on the use of general approaches, namely, historical, theoretical and descriptive, experimental, qualimetric (sociological) and is carried out within the diagnosis of a more general concept – a level of professional training (professional competence, the ability to obtain and generate new knowledge, to creatively solve pedagogical problems).

ABSTRACT Evaluation of drug logistics management in pharmacy installation of Regional Public Hospital of Talaud Regency is need to be done to prevent drugs vacancies and in order to meet pharmaceutical service standar in a hospital. This research aims to evaluate logistic management of drug in regional public hospital of Talaud whether on accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 72 in 2016. This reseach is a non-experimental research that is descriptive with qualitative methods. Data calculation is qualitative data obstain through interview and direct observation. Data analysis by using content analysis method. The result of interview and observation is show that sometimes there be drug vacancies, no drug withdrawal and drug removal as well as inadequate pharmaceutical ware house facilities. The conclusion is the drug logistics management in pharmacautical insatallation of regional public hospital of Talaud regency is not run according to the standard of pharmaceutical services in the hospital according to the Regulation of Minister of Health Number 72 in 2016.Keywords : Management, Drug Logistics, Pharmacy ABSTRAK  Evaluasi manajemen logistik obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud perlu dilakukan untuk mencegah kekosongan obat dan agar dapat memenuhi Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi manajemen logistik obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud apakah sudah sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 72 Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian non eksperimental bersifat deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data berupa data kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi langsung.  Data dianalisis menggunakan metode content analysis (analisis isi). Hasil penelitian melalui wawancara dan obervasi langsung menunjukkan sering terjadinya kekosongan obat, belum pernah dilakukannya penarikan dan pemusnahan obat serta fasilitas gudang farmasi yang belum memadai. kesimpulan yaitu manajemen logistik obat di Instalasi Farmasi RSUD Kabupaten Kepulauan Talaud belum berjalan sesuai standar pelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 72 Tahun 2016 yang sudah ditetapkan.Kata kunci : Manajemen, Logistik Obat, Instalasi Farmasi
