Currently, in conditions of Industry 4.0, the use of cyber-physical systems in various fields is becoming widespread. This article is devoted to the problem of estimating CPS sustainability in the context of modern challenges faced by decision makers and IT developers in order to ensure effective proactive business process management using this innovative technology. The purpose of the research is to propose and substantiate a methodology for estimating CPS sustainability to ensure the reliability and strength of its elements, their interrelationships and interaction, as well as the effective functioning and development of this system in conditions of high dynamism and uncertainty of the external environment. In this study, we used methods of integral evaluation, synthesis, expert assessments, dynamic analysis, and systematic approach, and coined the term ‘CPS sustainability’. Our study showed that negative risks, external and internal threats may have a significant adverse impact on CPS sustainability. The reliability of this system should be evaluated on the basis of integrated indicators. The key indicators, reflecting the reliability of maintaining the properties of the CPS in a normal state of its function and further development, were identified. We propose a methodology for estimating CPS sustainability. In general, the presented results form the basis for improving CPS management to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of its functioning and development.

The based on the data of laboratory studies, an integrated assessment of the quality of water resources the village of Mala Belozerka. Analytical researches have search character of an integrated estimation of level of pollution of district and are executed by a method which is offered by researchers Kryzhanovsky E.M. and Davydov I.V., is of a recommended nature and based on the algorithm of the officially approved methodology of the KND 211.1.1.106 "Organization and implementation of observations of surface water pollution (in the system of the Ministry of Energy)". According to the results of the calculation of the total pollution rate, it was found that the local water resources are characterized as dirty, despite the relatively high quality of groundwater, which is used as a source for drinking water supply to the rural population.

Autonomous logistics vehicles are characterised by large changes in mass and their performances are greatly influenced by slope. In addition, sensors on autonomous vehicles are expensive and difficult to be installed considering application environment. To address these problems, a novel integrated estimation strategy for vehicle mass and road slope, which is based on the joint iteration of multi-model recursive least square (MMRLS) and Sage-Husa adaptive filter with the strong tracking filter (SH-STF), is proposed by utilising information involving speed, nominal engine torque and inherent parameters of vehicles. Firstly, due to the separate slowly-changing and time-dependent characteristics, the vehicle mass and road slope are estimated by using MMRLS and SH-STF separately. Secondly, the longitudinal dynamics gain and the steering dynamics gain are calculated separately based on each model’s residual probability distribution. Then, the two estimations module are combined by employing an iterative algorithm. Finally, the proposed strategy is verified by simulation and real vehicle tests. The tests result reveals that the estimation algorithm can effective estimate vehicle mass and road slope in real-time under straight going and steering conditions.

Theoretical aspects of the stability of marine ecosystems under the influence of the dynamics of hydrometeorological conditions are considered. Groups of natural factors of the ecosystems of the Baltic and White seas defining a level of stability – biocenotical, dynamic hydrological, the dynamic oceanological and corresponding to them estimated indicator indices with assessment of their information significance are justified. Rating of values of indicator indices is executed. Three versions of the integral index of assessment of stability of AISE (integrated assessment of sustainable existence) based on accounting of 6, 9 and 15 indicators indices are developed. On the basis of the received integral estimates zoning of ecosystems of the Baltic and White seas in relation to their stability is executed. Need of accounting of a level of stability of specific water areas in the course of planning and implementation of sea economic activity – navigation, dredging operations, mounting of underwater infrastructure, industrial fishing is justified.

Introduction. Estimate thyrotoxicosis severity considering proposed integral index based on a medical history, the main clinical, laboratory and instrumental methods of research Purpose. A study of 37 patients with toxic goiter using the proposed thyrotoxicosis severity integrated estimation was conducted. 23 (62.1%) were diagnosed with diffuse toxic goiter (DTZ), and 14 (37.8%) had multinodular toxic goiter (MTZ). There were 31 women (83.7%) and 6 men (16.2%). Results. Using our integrated thyrotoxicosis severity estimation 11 people (29.7%) were diagnosed with mild thyrotoxicosis, 25 people (67.5%) - moderate severity, 1 man (2.7%) - severe thyrotoxicosis. Compared with the classification specified in the Federal Clinical Recommendations (2014), 1.6 times more cases of mild thyrotoxicosis and 6 times less cases of severe thyrotoxicosis were detected. Conclusion. The proposed thyrotoxicosis severity integral estimation index is simple and affordable for clinical practice usage, it allows to more accurately estimate patient’s condition severity, suggests a personalized approach not only to thyrotoxicosis severity estimation, but also to determine further treatment tactics.
