Through the purpose of health education and the concept of educating people, this paper analyses the core philosophies that educate people to foster health awareness and to develop good exercise behavior lifestyle. On this basis we build the platform for a health education information system. In the macro view a comprehensive and efficient integration of health education resources for colleges and universities is an innovation to the traditional health education system and is a true necessity to learn because of the need of the principles of individualized education. A conclusion is drawn that in establishing a college health education information system platform could provide reference for the college education of future information technology and provide effective information security reference for China's reform and development of health education. It could improve the quality of comprehensive health education colleges and enhance the level of health education in management and decision-making in colleges and universities.

In schools, the basic unit is a class, and each class is composed of different groups of students. In order to strengthen college education and improve the quality of education, it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research on classes. A variety of organizations of college students constitute classes. As the manifestation of these organizations, classes carry out ideological and political education for students. In order to promote students’ progress and development, an excellent class culture should be established. On that premise, it is necessary to strengthen ideological and political education for students, ensure more coordination between education and culture, as well as improve students’ cultural literacy, management system, and the safety of campus life. This study focuses on the strategy of building class culture in colleges and universities, hoping that relevant staffs may be able to use this as a reference.

This is a proposal for the implementation of "Science SQC" (a program based on the new scientific SQC method in Manufacturing) in order to elevate the quality of the business process. We construct the "Availability and Reliability Information Administration System — ARIM-BL" as a practical example of "Inline-Online SQC." As for the key technology of "Science SQC," it is indispensable to implement "Inline-Online SQC" by utilizing both methods consistently. It makes the dark points in business process clear and manages to communicate between man and information. This study describes the total integrated process information system, which links together between Production Engineering division and Manufacturing Engineering division. It is representative of intelligent "Inline-Online SQC." We have introduced the demonstrative and effective system into FBL (Flexible Body Line), which was the core of TPS (Toyota Production System).

The teaching quality is the core of sustainable development in colleges and universities. The constructing scientific and reasonable teaching quality evaluation system is the key of teaching quality evaluation. This paper takes the quality of graduates as the core content, establishes a results-oriented teaching quality evaluation system in colleges and universities, and finds that the academic level of graduates and the level of competition in career selection are two quantitative dimensions reflecting the quality of graduates. Based on this, this paper establishes the evaluation model of the developmental potential index and gives the reference of the norm of teaching effect evaluation for self-evaluation. Finally, this paper discusses the components of graduate quality and the way to construct the evaluation system.

An observation was made when a new website was launched through the ministry in order to improve the service quality of the Building Information System in the Management of Building Permits (SIMBG) at the One-Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service of Merauke Regency which consists of five quality dimensions, namely: tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The purpose of this research is to describe the service quality of the Building Information System (SIMBG) in making Building Permits at One-Stop Integrated Service and Investment Service. The research is a descriptive with a qualitative analysis approach in its method. The data collection techniques are: theoretical studies and field studies consisting of observations and interviews. 10 informants were interviewed in the study. They are five informants of IMB officers at DPMPTSP and five informants from the community who have made IMBs online. There are 3 data analysis techniques used, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The conclusion of this study illustrates that the use of the 5 dimensions of Parasuraman has met the standards of SIMBG Service Quality at DPMPTSP Merauke Regency in the management of IMB. However, there are some shortcomings and things that have not been met, such as the length of time the applicant data upload process takes, the appropriate length of time for issuance, and coordination with each sub district in Merauke Regency regarding more intensive socialization of online licensing at the Merauke Regency DPMPTSP. Apart from that, it has shown that in general the quality of service is quite optimal in providing public services regarding existing permits in Merauke Regency.

In this work, we provide the basic information system for the improvement of nursing postgraduates training pattern in colleges and universities through discussing how to cultivate nursing postgraduates adapt to the social needs. With information applied methods of questionnaire survey and data analysis, we investigate the present situation of demands for nursing postgraduates in tertiary hospitals and nursing colleges and universities in Henan Province. The SPSS 18.0 is used for data analysis. From the analysis, we can conclude that colleges and universities should reform and improve the nursing postgraduates training programs, constantly improve the overall quality of postgraduates to make the cultivated postgraduates meet the social needs better.

As the development of society and economy, increasing effort s are made in education and reform in both teaching and education. Abstract: The tracer study is a method of alumni tracker carried out by state universities and private universities .A function of the tracer study is a source of information and to know the presence of alumni and provides information and an evaluation for stakeholders to know the quality of a college education .The implementation of the tracer study at the university of dharmawangsa is still done manually using google form that is facility from google , so the implementation in collecting the inefficient .Researchers to develop a web based information system for the purpose of completing deficiencies in the implementation of the tracer study. While colleges and universities are actively promoting a curriculum reform in physical education and making an adjustment of structure of physical education curriculum, they use ASP.NET technology and Web database technology to study the construction of evaluation information system based on B/S Model and scientifically evaluate teaching quality of physical education curriculum of ordinary universities in order to examine whether the universities have formed the teaching features of Three-autodidacticism of physical education teaching in accordance with the requirements of university credit system, establish a guiding ideology of Health First and make optional courses teaching model the main approaches and means, which finally builds a foundation for improving the teaching effects of physical education, strengthening the teaching ability and comprehensive quality of teachers, improving the position of physical education curriculum in colleges and universities and cultivating students lifelong health awareness and their development in an all-around way.
