Loading and unloading material is inevitable in actual production,but the process is fussy and human injury is often happened.In this paper, a kind of four freedom pneumatic manipulator which designed can provide a convenient, comfortable, safety operation for workman. The paper will proceed the overall design , introduce the composition and basic principle ,expound the design thought .These will provide a reliable theoretical for manipulator production.

The manipulators arms are the most important components in automatic machinery and equipment. These arms must conform to product requirements and match important accessory devices such as clamping jaw so that the entire process operates properly. Therefore the most important issue is that the manipulator arm has only one clamping jaw, followed by other issues such as welding and related features. In this research the manipulator arm of automated machinery with attached equipment was optimized, and the design serves as an object of study for multifunctional applications. This research emphasizes on customized manipulator design to create products with distinguished styles and characteristics, and serve as a basis for an improvement on innovative design. Manipulator arms from different manufacturers with various head-disc size and screw-hole locations were investigated, and concept of human palm was incorporated in the design to create a mechanical fixture that can be fitted into the arm. Overall design including main body of the manipulator, pneumatic cylinder set, gear and connecting rod combination, planet gear set, and linkage rods and fixture. These components were combined to offer the functions of the manipulator. Commercial software package, SolidWorks, was used to construct the model for the manipulator arm, and CAE analysis was implemented to identify the stress on the structure and possible interferences of the mobile components. Stress analysis was also performed on the gear set under pneumatic loading to ensure that the gear mechanism has a sufficient strength. The results of this study showed that an arc shaped manipulator body is the most easily handled during installation and most effectively controlled during operation. The simple profiles of the manipulator also lower the space required for storage. The design of the gear set and integrated application of the shaft helps prevent loosening of gear and shaft during operation. In this study, a manipulator was designed with three different functions, each fixture is powered by an isolated pneumatic cylinder, and this mechanism can be manipulated to form o0to o180clamping action in accordance with requirements of the task. The methods and results of this study serve as a reference for machinery industry to achieve high quality product, and also as a basis for innovative design.

This article introduces two manipulator design schemes which can be applied in lithium battery formation process. According to the actual production conditions, we chose the second design scheme and successfully made a manipulator. In order to achieve effective gripping of the lithium battery, flexible shift and precise placement, the manipulator uses the pneumatic drive which is controlled by a computer to achieve the rotation movement, vertical offset and the gripper of the manipulator closing and opening operations. The manipulator can be completely able to meet the production line demand and the efficiency is much higher than manual work, which is proved by practice.

The ship mooring system is an important installation for anchoring, the performance of ship mooring system affects the safety operation of the ship. Hawse pipe arrangement is the most important part of the ship mooring equipment layout design, the hawse pipe layout will directly affect the feasibility and convenience of ship mooring system in use. During traditional ship mooring equipment layout design, designers should firstly calculate the outfitting number, and inspect the specification manually to select mooring equipments, then design the hawse pipe layout with their experience by hand. In the previous ship mooring design work, the work efficiency is low. If ship line or general layout changes, designers need to re-check the mooring function and once mooring system can't meet the requirements, they need to re-design. This affects the overall design of the ship adversely. This paper is based on CAD platform, it researches the ship mooring system especially the hawse pipe intelligent layout design. Through using computer programs, drawing the hawse pipe section automatically and selecting optimal layout of the hawse pipe is achieved. This method improved the rationality of the design of the ship mooring system arrangement. This method can reduce the traditional burden of manually inspecting, and make the hawse pipe layout design more efficient.

According to the design requirements of the chain conveyor of the material storage and transportation box of automatic loading and unloading vehicle, the 3D and mechanical models of chain conveyor were created. The strength of bearing square tube of chain conveyor was checked base on both models and the result shows that bearing square tube was strong enough and laid the foundation of following chassis structural design. The needed driving force and driving power of chain conveyor were obtained in working condition of full-load unloading transportation and rapid transportation by built calculation model and mechanical formula of the container material loading unit. The maximum driving force and driving power which are 63.25KN and 4.31KW appeared in working condition of full-load unloading transportation and the result provided important basis for the overall design of the automatic loading and unloading vehicle.

The article deals with computer graphics tasks related to the activities of the future informatics teacher in conditions of fundamentalization of education. Training of future informatics teachers in the context of the fundamentalization of education requires them to know the range of tasks related to computer graphics and the skills to solve them. In order to enhance the fundamental component of computer graphics, methods are proposed that rely on interprandial communications, as well as on in-depth training of computer graphics. In the course of reasoning, the authors come to the conclusion that the content of computer graphics should be enriched with mathematical foundations of computer graphics and as a result update the content of the computer graphics course with machine graphics algorithms. The basic principle of selecting the content of the course offered is the principle of the fundamentalization of education. Since the scope of application of computer graphics is extensive, in our opinion, the system of tasks and tasks on computer graphics is the most interesting. A feature of this system is the orientation towards solving fundamental problems of computer graphics. It was also revealed during the study that it is possible to reduce the tasks of the proposed system to a certain sequence of stages. The application of stages for a certain type of tasks affects the methods of solving them. Thus, the fundamental training of future informatics teachers in computer graphics requires them to know these stages and methods of solving fundamental computer graphics tasks.

<p><em>Safety management in the shipping industry is based on an international regulation. It is International Safety Management Code (ISM-Code) which is a translation of SOLAS ‘74 Chapter IX. It stated that t</em><em>he objectives of the Code are to ensure safety at sea, prevention of human injury or loss of life, and avoidance of damage to the environment, in particular, to the marine environment, and to property.it is also</em><em> requires commitment from top management to implementation on both company and on board. The implementation of the ISM-Code is expected to make the ship’s safety is more secure. The ISM-Code fulfillment refers to 16 elements, there are; General; Safety and Environmental Protection Policy; Company Responsibility and Authority; Designated Person(s); Master Responsibility and Authority; Resources and Personnel; Shipboard Operation; Emergency Preparedness; Report and Analysis of Non-conformities, Accidents and Hazardous Occurrences; Maintenance of the Ship and Equipment; Documentation; Company Verification, Review, and Evaluation;  Certification and Periodical Verification; Interim Certification; Verification; Forms of Certificate. The responsibility and authority of Designated Person Ashore / DPA in a shipping company is regulated in the ISM-Code. Pemenuhan <em>ISM-Code</em> mengacu kepada 16 elemen yang terdiri dari ; umum; kebijakan keselamatan  dan perlindungan lingkungan; tanggung jawab dan wewenang perusahaan; petugas yang ditunjuk didarat; tanggung jawab dan wewenang nahkoda; sumber daya dan personil; pengopersian kapal; kesiapan menghadapi keadaan darurat; pelaporan dan analisis ketidaksesuaian, kecelakaan dan kejadian berbahaya; pemeliharaan kapal dan perlengkapan;  Dokumentasi; verifikasi, tinjauan ulang, dan evaluasi oleh perusahaan; sertifikasi dan verifikasi berkala; sertifikasi sementara; verifikasi; bentuk sertifikat. In Islamic law judgements on any human action are usually evaluated in terms of the intention involved. Accordingly, the rules of substantive issues have to be accommodated under the basic principles of Islamic jurisprudence. The understanding of these principles by the juristic scholar is highly rewarding because it will lead the muftī to the right path in deriving legal opinions from the original sources. The basic principle of Islamic jurisprudence, which stipulates that ‘all actions depend on intentions,’ has played an important role in the construction of Islamic jurisprudence. Moreover, this rule has a special place in the theory of Islamic legal contract. So what is the effect of intention in the validity of human actions and legal contracts? It is known that pure intention has significant effects on spiritual worship and legal contracts of transaction. It also gives guidance for earning rewards from Almighty Allah. This article concentrates on the effect of intention in perpetual worship, the concept of action and intention in Islamic legal works, the kind of contract with all its components, and the jurists' views on the effects of intention in human action and legal contract along with their discussion and counter-arguments.

The Influence of Location and Facilities Against Satisfaction of Container Unloading Service User at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.This study aims to determine how much influence the location and facilities to the satisfaction of service users. Locations have indicators: access, visibility, traffic and facilities have indicators: organizational characteristics and objectives, land availability and space and space requirements, flexibility, aesthetic factors, communities and the environment, construction and operation costs while service user satisfaction has indicators: customer satisfaction , dimensions of customer satisfaction, confirmation of expectations, repurchase interest, willingness to recommend, customer dissatisfaction.The method used in this research is quantitative method by using the technique of processing descriptive data, data collecting technique with interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Sampling technique used incidental sampling. The measurement using likert scale and processed using SPSS version 23 program to calculate the validity and reliability test, calculate hypothesis test that is t test, f test and coefficient of determination. The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. This can be proven from the result of F count 39.984> 3.11 with significance level 0.000 ≤ 0.05, then Ho is rejected Ha accepted. Itcan be concluded there is a positive and significant relationship between location and facility to the satisfaction of service users of loading and unloading of containers at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch.The result of research shows that location and facility variables together have a positive influence on service user satisfaction at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Merauke Branch. An objective to develop a labor protection engineering stand was set forth as part of the research and development work "Carrying out theoretical and experimental investigations and development of stands for demonstrating the danger of electric shock at a training ground" for visually demonstrating the danger of injuring a person by touch and step voltages in 3…35 kV medium voltage electric networks. The technical solutions for practically implementing the stand were adopted based on an analysis of regulatory documents, conditions under which dangerous touch and step voltages occur, the most typical human injury cases, and calculation results. Specialists of the National Research University Moscow Power Engineering Institute Department of High Voltage Engineering and Electrophysics, working jointly with specialists of PJSC Rosseti Moscow Region have developed, manufactured, tested, and put into operation a stand for demonstrating human injury by the touch and step voltages when a 10 kV wire falls on the ground, on a car, and when a fault of a live wire on the overhead line support occurs. With the stand having been put in use at the PJSC Rosseti Moscow Region Training Center Ground, this will allow the staff to form a clear understanding of the electric shock danger, to focus on the effects caused by voltage and current, and thereby significantly reduce electrical injuries.
