The ground-experimental testing of the elements of space technology is a crucial stage in the creation of space products, in fact, this is the ground «flight» of the devices being created. And how well the operating conditions will be reproduced at this stage and the successful functioning of the devices under the expected conditions is ensured, its successful operation in real flight during the service life depends. The radio electronic devices of the onboard equipment of the spacecraft are one of the essential elements that ensure the fulfillment of target tasks, which should confirm their readiness for the forthcoming work at the stage of groundbased experimental testing. The article discusses the stages of information support for the development of spacecraft onboard equipment, showing the ways to improve the technology of ground-based experimental testing of spacecraft onboard equipment. It is shown that at the present stage of development of the space industry, it has become possible to introduce the methodology of mathematical planning of an experiment into engineering practice. A backlog of applied work on radio-electronic topics h as appeared, showing the possibility of revealing in a full factorial experiment the influence of internal uncontrollable parameters (factors) of electronic components on the experimental results. This removed the obstacle to the implementation of the capabilities of the method in research and improvement of radio electronic devices onboard equipment.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the current state and prospects for the development of eco-tourism in the Russian Federation. The potential for the development of eco-tourism in Russia, which has many natural objects of interest to tourists, is highly appreciated. A number of factors hindering the development of this type of tourism are identified, including: insignificant information support and promotion of Russia as a place suitable for tourist recreation, including nature-oriented, in foreign markets; unfavorable visa regime for tourists, which makes it much more difficult for foreign citizens to visit Russia; undeveloped tourist infrastructure; low level of service, mismatch of prices for offered tourist goods and services to their quality; low level of development of transport infrastructure, high degree of deterioration of the transport base and lack of comfortable tourist vehicles. Ways to reduce the negative impact of these factors on the development of eco-tourism in the Russian Federation are proposed. It is proved that these factors should be leveled not only by the enterprises of the tourism industry, but also by the state through the implementation of various state programs, as well as creating conditions for attracting foreign investment, primarily by improving the organizational conditions of tourism activities.

In the article it is established that today in Ukraine the development of venture investment of innovative enterprises is at an early stage and is characterized by a number of problems. The dynamics of venture capital in Ukraine shows that their number and capitalization have been growing rapidly during the research period 2011-2019, and this growth continued even after the crisis. It is worth noting that venture investments in Ukraine are made in points, in particular they are more concentrated in Kyiv and Lviv. The largest share of venture capital is international capital. The most attractive sectors for venture investment in Ukraine are software, online services and IT equipment. According to the results of studying domestic and foreign experience of venture investment, a number of obstacles in the development of venture business in Ukraine have been identified: instability of the external environment; underdeveloped venture infrastructure; low level of efficiency of regulation of venture investment at the legislative level; low liquidity of venture capital due to the low level of stock market development; the predominance of foreign origin of venture capital and the shortage of domestic investment resources; underestimation of the role of small and medium business in the innovative development of the economy; low level of quality of venture fund management; weak information support and insufficient transparency of venture business. Based on the best foreign experience of venture business and existing problems in the field of venture investment in Ukraine, a technology for attracting venture capital at the stage of negotiating and concluding a venture investment agreement has been developed. The proposed technology will provide an opportunity to form a unified and clear basis for concluding a venture investment agreement between foreign venture investors and domestic innovative enterprises. The use of the proposed technology in the domestic practice of venture investment will increase the attractiveness of cooperation with Ukrainian innovation organizations in the eyes of foreign investors. This, in turn, will intensify the attraction of foreign investment in the development of the innovative sector of the national economy.

We investigated the change of tryptophan-niacin metabolism in rats with puromycin aminonucleoside PAN-induced nephrosis, the mechanisms responsible for their change of urinary excretion of nicotinamide and its metabolites, and the role of the kidney in tryptophan-niacin conversion. PAN-treated rats were intraperitoneally injected once with a 1.0% (w/v) solution of PAN at a dose of 100 mg/kg body weight. The collection of 24-hour urine was conducted 8 days after PAN injection. Daily urinary excretion of nicotinamide and its metabolites, liver and blood NAD, and key enzyme activities of tryptophan-niacin metabolism were determined. In PAN-treated rats, the sum of urinary excretion of nicotinamide and its metabolites was significantly lower compared with controls. The kidneyα-amino-β-carboxymuconate-ε-semialdehyde decarboxylase (ACMSD) activity in the PAN-treated group was significantly decreased by 50%, compared with the control group. Although kidney ACMSD activity was reduced, the conversion of tryptophan to niacin tended to be lower in the PAN-treated rats. A decrease in urinary excretion of niacin and the conversion of tryptophan to niacin in nephrotic rats may contribute to a low level of blood tryptophan. The role of kidney ACMSD activity may be minimal concerning tryptophan-niacin conversion under this experimental condition.
