This paper studies the influence on environment provoked by the construction and operation freeway under marketization mode. Through the comprehensive analysis of influence to environment which is from marketization development mode freeway’s environmental protection investment, quality of project, devastation to natural and cultural environment, toll station operation. We found that there exists a mass of damages to natural and cultural environment, and the characteristic of marketization development mode results in derivative damages and repetitive pollution. At last, this article puts forward some solutions such as strengthening constitutional construction, enhancing supervision, completing and adjusting the marketization development mode.

Poverty is a major and complex problem, various efforts are made to alleviate poverty, but poverty rates do not decrease significantly, due to the low quality of human resources, which causes limited ability to improve welfare. Improving family welfare through UPPKS is a real contribution, and as a driving force for micro businesses in the community. So it needs to be maintained and developed, because it is a place of creativity to be independent and able to work creatively. The study aims to analyze the factors that influence the empowerment of UPPKS members. Data collection was conducted through interviews with 192 UPPKS members. Data analysis in this study included: (1) descriptive analysis in the form of frequency distribution with the help of SPSS and (2) PLS-SEM. The results showed that this hypothesis was tested by comparing tcount values and t-tables for each variable. The t-count value is greater than t-table (1.96) at the 0.05 level. The results of testing the hypothesis indicate that the factors that influence the empowerment of members are the characteristics of members (X1), the empowerment process (X2), the role of members (X3), and the support of the socio-cultural environment (X4). The empowerment of members is more dominantly influenced by the empowerment process (X2) of 0.427. Positive influences indicate that the higher the characteristics of members, the empowerment process, and the support of the socio-cultural environment, the more empowerment will be. Negative influence is that the higher the role of the group, the lower the empowerment of the member. The empowerment of members significantly influences business independence by 0.354, meaning that the higher the empowerment of members, the greater the independence of the business.

The rapidly growing level of urbanisation and automobilization in large cities as well as nearby towns, townships and villages increases the environmental pollution and noise that in turn negatively influence environmental quality and the health of residents. In order to reduce the negative influence on the environment especially in large cities, a great number of countries are planning to fully or partially stop using/restrict the use of vehicles in city centres by developing and creating pedestrian zones. Although pedestrian zones in large Lithuanian cities (Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipėda) are partially isolated from vehicle traffic, the noise in such zones exceeds and the pollution reaches the highest permissible limits, which may be surpassed due to the increasing automobilization during rush hours or larger events. Having carried out the research, it was determined that it is vital to pay more attention to the factors of environmental protection, especially in the pedestrian zones located in Kaunas and Klaipėda cities. Therefore, in order to improve environmental quality based on the analysis of the current situation and the expert opinion, it is important to ban or partially restrict (at least on weekends) car traffic in adjacent streets as well as the pedestrian zones themselves.

The compaction quality of the subgrade is directly related to the service life of the road. Effective control of the subgrade construction process is the key to ensuring the compaction quality of the subgrade. Therefore, real-time, comprehensive, rapid and accurate prediction of construction compaction quality through informatization detection method is an important guarantee for speeding up construction progress and ensuring subgrade compaction quality. Based on the function of the system, this paper puts forward the principle of system development and the development mode used in system development, and displays the development system in real-time to achieve the whole process control of subgrade construction quality.

Pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) is a chronic disease that can bring about the sufferer's self-stigma and also affect his quality of life. A number of studies report that living with TB has a negative influence on the quality of life of sufferers even with or without self-stigma. The purpose of this study was to identify the quality of life of TB patients who experienced self-stigma. This research is a descriptive study, sample were 31 pulmonary TB patients. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data analyzed by using frequency distribution and percentage. The researcher first screened TB patients who experienced self-stigma. The results showed that 25 people (80.64%) respondents experienced mild self-stigma. A total of 9 respondents (36%) had a quality of life score in the good category and as many as 16 respondents (64%) had enough category with an average quality of life score is 56.57. While respondents who had moderate self-stigma were 6 people (19.36%) with a good quality of life score was 1 person (16.67%) and enough category quality of life score were 5 people (83.33%) with an average quality of life score is 49.92.

The peel color is an important external quality of melon fruit. To explore the mechanisms of melon peel color formation, we performed an integrated analysis of transcriptome and metabolome with three different fruit peel samples (grey-green ‘W’, dark-green ‘B’, and yellow ‘H’). A total of 40 differentially expressed flavonoids were identified. Integrated transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses revealed that flavonoid biosynthesis was associated with the fruit peel coloration of melon. Twelve differentially expressed genes regulated flavonoids synthesis. Among them, nine (two 4CL, F3H, three F3′H, IFS, FNS, and FLS) up-regulated genes were involved in the accumulation of flavones, flavanones, flavonols, and isoflavones, and three (2 ANS and UFGT) down-regulated genes were involved in the accumulation of anthocyanins. This study laid a foundation to understand the molecular mechanisms of melon peel coloration by exploring valuable genes and metabolites.

Only nonwetted porous membranes can be used in membrane distillation. The possibility of application in this process the capillary polypropylene membranes manufactured by thermally-induced phase separation was studied. The performance of a few types of membranes available commercially was presented. The resistance of the membranes to wetting was tested in the continuous process of water desalination. These studies were carried out for 1000 h without module cleaning. The presence of scaling layer on the membranes surface was confirmed by Scanning Electron Microscope observations. Both the permeate flux and distillate conductivity were almost not varied after the studied period of time, what indicates that the used membranes maintained their nonwettability, and the negative influence of scaling was limited. The role of surface porosity on the pore wetting and influence of membrane wettability on the quality of the distillate obtained were discussed.
