During the design processing of the future exploratory products, requirements from users seems to be a key factor for products availability achievement. As a practical user modeling method, Persona may accomplish the potential needs data mining effectively based on the analyzing of users. This review mainly focused on how to apply the persona in the exploratory products investigation to acquire useful information from the products design. The method to establish persona and the operating rules were also discussed in this article. The concept of the mobile internet device in future was used as an case to demonstrate the persona mentioned above.

Data Mining is an information discovery by extracting information patterns that contain trend searches in a very large amount of data and assist the process of storing data in making a decision in the future. In determining the pattern classification techniques do to collect records (Training set). Regional income is generally derived from local taxes and levies, local taxes are one source of funding for the region on the national average has not been able to make a large contribution to the formation of local revenue. By utilizing Regional Revenue data, it can produce forecasting and predictions of Regional Revenue income in the future to match the reality / reality so that the planned RAPBD can run smoothly. Simple Linear Regression or often abbreviated as SLR (Simple Linear Regression) is one of the statistical methods used in production to make predictions or predictions about the characteristics of quality and quantity to describe the processes associated with data processing for the acquisition of regional income. So that in the testing phase with visual basic net can help in processing valid Regional Revenue Amount data. In the paper importance is given to the organization of the supply chain for a more efficient delivery of goods to city centers. Logistics activities are closely related because they depend on each other. The ultimate goal is to bring the product/goods to the end customer/consumer as soon as possible, on time, at the lowest cost, in perfect condition and in the appropriate quantity. The mutual coordination and cooperation of all participants in the supply chain can result in a satisfied end-user/customer. The development of information – telecommunication technologies – will greatly affect the future development and efficiency of the supply chain by finding new transport solutions that would mostly affect city centers. The paper mostly emphasizes the context of the delivery conditions in Rijeka’s city center with a proposal for the location of a future centralized distribution center.

The article emphasizes the role of the advancement of modern science and new technologies in forecasting research as a key factor for making prognoses for the future. It presents the concept of technoscience, developed by the author, as a blend and symbiosis of modern science and technologies, converging on the basis of similar purposes, objects of treatment and outcomes, as well as of the rising engagement with social interests and attitudes. Furthermore, the main kinds of forecasting research with their specifics, advantages and limitations are outlined, pointing out the special role of building foresight scenarios for the future as a prognosis and policy instrument. The tendencies in this field of research are identified, revealing the challenges related to modern technoscience, and the possible solutions.

The future management of water resources must take into account the levels of beneficial use that apply to various water use sectors. Competition for water during periods of low natural availability (droughts) suggests that users may not have access to their full supply requirement all of the time. This is particularly true of regions such as South Africa where natural water availability is highly variable and possibly will be even more so in the future. Socioeconomic evaluations of water allocation strategies should therefore account for the impacts of periodic restrictions (or shortfalls) in supply across different water use sectors. This paper presents an approach to designing water allocation operating rules that can account for restrictions and their impacts on individual water users, as well as on the community as a whole. The approach is illustrated using hypothetical data, as real data are not generally available. The paper maintains that it is important for socioeconomic evaluation methods to account for the possible effects of supply restrictions as well as the relative benefits of the normal supply volume. If they do not, they will not provide the information required by water resource engineers to design and operate water allocation systems.

The aim of the research is to assess the mindset, activities and the participation of communitybased tourism enterprises in the tourists’ awareness and behavior. Tourism has the significant impact in order to develop the guideline for organizing the activities and managing the community-based tourism in reflecting the responsible environment and energy linking character and behavior of tourists. We found a strong growth mindset of entrepreneur’s community as the key factor that affected on driving the participation of tourism management. Mindset was a significant mechanism to motivate and encourage sustainable tourism in the future. Finally, it represents the responsible environment and energy systematically.

The Internet is growing ever more mobile – meaning, that an ever greater proportion of Internet devices are mobile devices. This trend necessitates new designs and will produce new and even unpredictable conceptions about the very nature of the Internet and, more fundamentally, the nature of social interaction. The engineering response to growing mobility and complexity is difficult to predict. This chapter summarizes the past and the present ways of dealing with mobility, and uses that as context for trying to understand what needs to be done for the future. Central to the conception of future mobility is the notion of “always available” and highly interactive applications. Part of providing acceptable service in that conception of the mobile Internet will require better ways to manage handovers as the device moves around the Internet, and ways to better either hide or make available a person's identity depending on who is asking.
