Concussion management policies have become a major priority worldwide for sports that involve frequent collisions between participants because repeated head trauma has been associated with long-term cognitive impairments, mental health problems, and some forms of neurological degeneration. A number of concussion management policies have been developed by professional bodies and subsequently adopted by various sporting leagues. These have offered little guidance on how to navigate ethical issues in identifying and managing concussion. This chapter discusses ethical issues that arise in the diagnosis of concussion, debates about the longer-term consequences of repeated concussion injuries, and the design and implementation of policies that aim to prevent and manage concussion injuries in sporting matches.

This paper introduces analysis the development process of CAD technology, application of the AutoCAD software in engineering field and teaching as well as the significance of the development of two times the. This paper analyzes in detail the development of common language, and the use of Visual BASIC development and application of software based on AutoCAD. The author elaborates the software interface design and method calls AutoCAD in VB. Finally, the design and implementation of a programming language re-development system based on AutoCAD is concerned. The test results show that the developed AutoCAD two development system has good practical value.

With the progress of the times, the network has grown into the people's work and life. The limitations of the traditional wireless sensor network (WSN) have become increasingly prominent, and it is obviously unable to meet the requirements of Internet access. Therefore, the 4G mobile Android system is used as a carrier, to design an application layer gateway system for realizing wireless communication between wireless sensor networks and heterogeneous cellular networks, so as to build wireless sensor cellular network. The design and implementation of the AP module, data receiving and forwarding module, network packet loss management and retransmission of the gateway systemis the focus, and then the implemented gateway system is tested. The test results show that the design of the Android platform wireless sensor network gateway system can connect the sensor network to the cellular network, so as to realize data communication, and to ensure that the data loss rate is less than 0.1%. Through testing, it is concluded that the system can meet the actual demand

Design and implementation of six freedom transportation vibration spectrum collection system is presented in this paper. The Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS) is used to capture signals including x, y, z, direction linear acceleration, angular rates around Z-axis and pitch, roll degree. The software’s architecture and modules for host computer is designed with object-oriented analysis and design techniques, and the software is implemented with VC++6.0. The test results show that the system was able to collect vehicular vibration information on time and the collection data was replayed on the vibration platform.

This research is motivated by the need for the design and implementation of training model for the development of interaction and communication of children with autism that is effective according to the needs of the institution and the field. The formulation of the problem is "what kind of training model that suits the needs of teacher competence improvement in developing interaction and communication skills of children with autism disorder?". This research uses Research and Development (R & D) model of Dugan Laird model. This research uses purposive sampling which involves all respondents of alumni of related training. Data were analyzed using t-test and qualitative analysis. The conclusions are: (1) based on the result of the test on the data of the alumni of training perception on his own competence and the implementation of the training result in their schools, the result of the test shows that the autistic training conducted in Bandung is more effective than the previous two training, Medan and Semarang training. (2) The resulting training design model is assumed to be more effective than the previous training design because it has the clarity of the program structure and its evaluation system.

The study was intended to examine the effect of mental health on old people. Aim: The aim was to estimate the prevalence of mental health in old people and to determine the association of mental health with types of family and gender. Sample: The sample consists of 120 old people from different old age home and family in Rajkot district area. The sample was selected from randomly. Design: 2*2research design was used the present study. Tools: Mental Health was measured through a questionnaire ‘Mental Health Inventory’was used. Test developed by Bhatt D & Gida G. in (1992).The data was analyzed by the t test. Results: There will be no significant difference between Gender and Types of Area in relation to their mental health. Conclusions: Our study demonstrates a higher prevalence of mental health in old people.

Objective The study tested young children's 20-m running in Chengdu, analyzed of the characteristics of change in age and gender, to construct the norm and evaluation system of the 20-m running of young children and provide the basis for assessing children's sports ability and physical fitness. The results can used as one of the children's physical fitness evaluation content. Methods The stratified random sampling method was used to select kindergarten children in from 25 kindergartens in a district of Chengdu, and totally, 3089 children of 3-6 years old were tested．The best scores by two trials were used as the 20-m running performance. Results With the growth of the age, young children's 20 m running is gradually increased. There are significant differences in the mean values of boys and girls aged 3, 4, 5 and 6 (F = 228.696, F = 366.477, P < 0.01). Compared with boys and girls of the same age group, boys are superior to girls, and there is no significant difference between boys and girls aged 6 (F = 0.879, P > 0.05). The differences in other groups were statistically significant (F=0.138, F=0.204, F=0.133, P < 0.01). The percentile 10, 25, 50, 75, 90 values of the 20 m running of young children were recorded, respectively, and according to the statistical percentile method to divide the evaluation grade standards, the test results of the 10th, 25th, 75th and 90th percentage site test results were selected to develop the five-level rating system of children's 20 m running. Conclusions  With the growth of the age, young children's 20 m running is gradually increased, and there are significant differences between groups. It is suggested that the flexibility of nervous processes, the coordination of the body, the flexibility of joints and muscles, and the strength and endurance of muscles are gradually enhanced in children. Constructed the norm and five-grade evaluation system of preschool children's 20 m running, and provided the basis for formulating the grade standard of preschool children's physique evaluation in the future.
