Abstract. In this paper we prove that a generalized version of the Minimal Resolution Conjecture given by Mustaţă holds for certain general sets of points on a smooth cubic surface X ⊂ P3. The main tool used is Gorenstein liaison theory and, more precisely, the relationship between the free resolutions of two linked schemes.

This research aims to study the expected role of organizational culture between the servant leadership in its dimensions (support and support of employees, forgiveness, and originality) and the performance of workers in whether it is a moderating role that modifies the strength and direction of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable or just a mechanism to transfer the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable this is called the mediating role. The targeted research sample was represented by the employees working in Al-Zawraa Public Company and the research sample reached (76) individuals of different job levels. For the purpose of collecting data for conducting statistical analyzes, the research relied on the questionnaire as a main tool, as (100) questionnaires were distributed to the employees of Al Zawraa Public Company, Al-Mansour site, Gas Department Medical and industrial. The number of retrieved questionnaires was (79), and valid for statistical analysis was (76). The data were analyzed using (AMOS) version 23 program. To achieve the research objectives, many statistical methods were used, represented by (the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression). This research reached a set of conclusions, perhaps the most important of which is inferring the fact that organizational culture plays an interactive role and an intermediate role in the relationship between servant leadership and the performance of employees.

Abstract Background Over the span of the last decade, medical research has been increasingly putting greater emphasis on the study of meteorological parameters due to their connection to cardiovascular diseases. The main goal of this study was to explore the relationship between fatal aortic catastrophes and changes in atmospheric pressure and temperature. Methods We used a Cox process model to quantify the effects of environmental factors on sudden deaths resulting from aortic catastrophes. We used transfer entropy to draw conclusion about the causal connection between mortality and meteorological parameters. Our main tool was a computer program which we developed earlier in order to evaluate the relationship between pulmonary embolism mortality and weather on data sets comprised of aortic aneurysm (AA) and acute aortic dissection (AAD) cases, where one of these two medical conditions had led to fatal rupture of the aorta. Our source for these cases were the autopsy databases of Semmelweis University, from the time period of 1994 to 2014. We have examined 160 aneurysm and 130 dissection cases in relation to changes in meteorological parameters. The algorythm implemented in our program is based on a non-parametric a Cox process model. It is capable of splitting slowly varying unknown global trends from fluctuations potentially caused by weather. Furthermore, it allows us to explore complex non-linear interactions between meteorological parameters and mortality. Results Model measures the relative growth of the expected number of events on the nth day caused by the deviation of environmental parameters from its mean value. The connection between ruptured aortic aneurysms (rAA) and changes in atmospheric pressure is more significant than their connection with mean daily temperatures. With an increase in atmospheric pressure, the rate of rAA mortality also increased. The effects of meteorological parameters were weaker for deaths resulting from acute aortic dissections (AAD), although low mean daily temperatures increased the intensity of occurrence for AAD-related deaths. Conclusion The occurrence rate of fatal aortic catastrophes showed a slight dependence on the two examined parameters within our groups.

Relationship Marketing has got its values strongly rooted in business and market place right from the year 1983. It is the core sphere of operation for all kinds of trade and no organization overlooks this concept. Holding this importance of Relationship Marketing as a core idea, the study aims at discerning the impact of Relationship Marketing Variables on Brand Resonance. Brand Resonance is yet another dominant state of psychological connect which every company would like to establish with the customers. The Relationship Marketing Variables Trust, conflict handling, empathy and Satisfaction are considered for the analysis. Brand Loyalty, Brand Community, Brand Engagement and Brand Attachment are the variables of Brand Resonance. Focusing on the relationship marketing variables that contributes towards high brand resonance would enable companies to contemplate on these profit enabling areas that eventually leads to a sustenance growth for the organization. Indian Shopping Websites has been given the prime importance in this study and data has been collected from 515 users of these websites. Multiple regression is employed as a main tool to examine the influential effect and for mediation analysis. The mediating effects of brand attitude over brand resonance is also examined in this study. Drifting from the traditional view of customer satisfaction influencing Brand Loyalty, this study has found Empathy as the most influential factor on Brand Resonance followed by Conflict handling and Trust. Brand Attitude strongly mediates the relationship between relationship marketing dimensions and Brand Resonance.

The article considers the text as the main tool in the process of learning the Ukrainian language for foreign students. The text helps not only in learning the foreign language, but also in learning the mentality and the formation of intercultural competence. That is why the initial postulate of the theory of linguistics in Ukraine is the focus on the study of Ukrainian culture in the process of learning the language through various media and sources of national and cultural information, for example, through the text. For this purpose, texts and tasks for them have been developed, which will later be included in the educational and methodological development intended for foreigners studying the Ukrainian language. The article presents a classification of tasks that accompany the texts by stages of their implementation and examples of such tasks for the rapid study of Ukrainian as a foreign language. The main task of a teacher of Ukrainian as a foreign language is to make the most of the material of the textbook for the development of grammar and language skills and abilities of students, because they need to encourage them to express themselves and prepare for natural communication. The purpose of training always determines the choice of methods. For foreigners studying the Ukrainian language, the motivation is mainly constructive communication with Ukrainian-speakers, official correspondence in the Ukrainian language, i.e. professional activity. And in this aspect, the creative approach to working with the text is an effective solution to educational problems, which is based on the analysis of the relationship between language and speech, speech and thinking, thinking and communication. Therefore, the article presents a practical part of working with the text to learn the Ukrainian language. The textbook for learning Ukrainian as a foreign language is not only a means of teaching foreign students to read in Ukrainian, but also a great opportunity to form and develop their speaking, listening and writing skills, so in the arsenal of every teacher of Ukrainian as a foreign language should be different texts which correspond to the cultural theme as well as the interests and abilities of students.

This work is dedicated to the study of the relationship between altitude and barometric atmospheric pressure. There is a consistent literature on this relationship, out of which an ordinary differential equation with initial value problems is often used for modeling. Here, we proposed a new modeling technique of the relationship using Caputo and Caputo–Fabrizio fractional differential equations. First, the proposed model is proven well-defined through existence and uniqueness of its solution. Caputo–Fabrizio fractional derivative is the main tool used throughout the proof. Then, follow experimental study using real world dataset. The experiment has revealed that the Caputo fractional derivative is the most appropriate tool for fitting the model, since it has produced the smallest error rate of 1.74% corresponding to the fractional order of derivative α  = 1.005. Caputo–Fabrizio was the second best since it yielded an error rate value of 1.97% for a fractional order of derivative α  = 1.042, and finally the classical method produced an error rate of 4.36%.

AbstractLet S be a subgroup of a topological group T, and suppose that S acts on a space X. One can form a T-transformation group (X ×sT, T) called the suspension of the S-transformation group (X, S). In this paper we study the relationship between the dynamical properties of (X, S) and those of its suspension when S is syndetic in T. The main tool used in this study is a notion of the group of a minimal flow (X, T) which is sensitive to the topology on the group T. We are able, using this group and the enveloping semigroup to obtain results on which T-transformation groups can be realized as suspensions of S-transformation groups, and give conditions under which the suspension of an equicontinuous S-flow is an equicontinuous T-flow.
