Cikapundung is a river connecting wildlife habitat in two open green space areas; there are Tahura Djuanda and Bandung Zoo. Now, these habitats are fragmented due to intervention by urban activities in the Cikapundung River boundary. One of the proposed solutions is to develop a wildlife corridor along the Cikapundung River. The purpose of this study is to identify the landcover of the Cikapundung River, analyze the potential area which can be developed into a wildlife corridor, designing the landscape of the corridor tailored to the needs of the wildlife, and comparing the condition of the Cikapundung River boundary with Kamo River in Kyoto, Japan. Primary data is landcover of Cikapundung River boundary obtained through on-screen digitizing from satellite imagery using ArcMap. Secondary data are the biodiversity list in Cikapundung River riparian area and its ecological description. Cikapundung River border has several land cover types; the highest percentage of the landcover is tree canopy 62.2%, followed by buildings 31.0%. As a result of the comparison Cikapundung River has a more significant vegetation species; however, Kamo River has a more significant number of wildlife species. In the design planning, 14 vegetation species have been selected according to 26 target wildlife species' needs.

The aims of this research are: 1) to build city environment spatial database using GIS based on Quickbird Satellite Imagery interpretation, secondary data, and field data, 2) to make city green space optimal model based on city environmental spatial database, and 3) to apply the model in form of Yogyakarta City Green Space Optimal Map.Research method mainly consists of four steps, they are: 1) collecting primary data and secondary data, 2) building the database, 3) arrange city green space optimal model, and 4) apply the model. Primary data are Quickbird satellite imagery and field measurement, while the secondary data obtained from the related institutions. Parameters that were used to build city environment database are comfortable level, number and distance from traffic light, number and distance from main road intersection, the distance from main road, air and noise pollution of each land use category, qualitative of inhabitant oxygen necessity of each land use category, actual green space, and potential land for green space. The database consits of spatial data in vector format and attribute data in relational structure. Spatial model was built from three overlay methods in sequencial way : they are rating method, weighted rating method, and join spatial method. The results of the research are: 1) from the imagery can be produced Land Use, Road Network, Green Space, Potential Land for Green Space Maps with interpretation accuracy are 91.1%, 100%, 95.8%, and 94.8% respectively, 2) GIS procedure is able to build city environment spatial database and to perform a model of city green space optimal distribution, 3) The need of green space is 1022.9 ha, actual green space available is 94.87 ha, and potential land for green space in Yogyakarta city  is 111.92 ha, 4) Distribution of the need of green space are along the main roads and its intersections. The areas cover along the roads of : 1) Adisucipto-Urip Sumoharjo– Sudirman–Diponegoro – Kyai Mojo–Godean streets (to city boundary), 2)  Kusumanegara-Sultan Agung-Ahmad Dahlan–Wirobrajan–Martadinata streets (to city boundary), 3) Supeno-Sugiono–Sutoyo–M.T.Haryono–Sugeng Jeroni streets, 4) Magelang,-Herman Yohannes-Sutomo–Suryopranoto-Bausasran–Juminahan–Suryat majan–Gadjah Mada-Mataram–Suryotomo streets, 5) Cokroaminoto–Kapten Tandean–Bugisan (to city boundary), Suprapto–Wahid Hasyim–Bantul streets, and 6) Katamso–Parangtritis streets (to city boundary). Key words : Quickbird Imagery, Geographical Information System, Spatial Modelling, City Green Space Optimal Distribution

This paper reports evaluation and planning of greenspace in the highlands region of Surabaya. Evaluation conducted by taking primary data related to the number of vehicles with traffic counting method and secondary data in the form of population, vegetation type, and pattern of greenspace vegetation planting. The calculation of the adequacy of greenspace is done by calculating the volume of carbon dioxide emissions by humans and vehicles. The calculation is then multiplied by the emission factor. In addition, it calculates absorption capacity of total carbon dioxide from the existing greenspace vegetation. The results showed that the existing vegetation could be preserved and enriched with the addition of vegetation species to absorb carbon dioxide gas emissions and in accordance with the laws and regulations.

The Green path in the road is the part of the landscape in the space area of the road which has safety and comfortability function to the road users, supporting education activities, recreation, conservation aesthetics, and area identity and become a character of a city.  The plant is the main element in structuring the green road path. The plant functions on the road landscapes are to reduce exposure to direct sunlight and vehicle lights, as a director, physical barrier, movement control, microclimate controller, and wildlife habitat. The arrangement of plant placement in the green path in the area belong to the road likes tree, shrubs which by the principal and regulation of design will deliver more impact regarding aesthetics. This research purpose is to conduct the assessment against trees planting in the green path of the road regarding aesthetic, comfort and safety, effectively to support the layout of Banda Aceh city. Identifying technical incompatibility of tree planting that occurs on the green path of the road and also the need of strategy determine the implementation of the green path of the road.The purpose of this research is to identify the placement of tree on green road path and define the implementation strategy on the implementation of green road path by using a qualitative descriptive method which is supported by perceptions of officials and expert respondents. Sources of data to be used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analysis result obtained three alternative strategies that is 1) Increase the quantity and quality of trees and improving the planting systems regulation, spacing, and tree species (type). 2) Improve the socialization of green open space masterplan of Banda Aceh city and technical regulations of green road path to utilize open space in space belong to the road and road monitoring room. 3) Increase community participation and support and related parties in creating a systematic green road path according to Green Open Space master plan and technical regulation of green road path

Purpose This paper aims to explore the feasibility of implementing the natural inventory model (NIM) developed by Jones (1996, 2003) in biodiverse wildlife corridor plantations, from a non-government organisations’ (NGO) perspective. Design/methodology/approach Undertaking the first cycle of an action research approach, the project involves collaboration with Greening Australia Tasmania (GAT). GAT is endeavouring to establish native wildlife corridors throughout the Tasmanian midlands, using science-based biodiverse plantations. The majority of the areas identified by GAT as essential for the establishment of these wildlife corridors are on privately owned land, primarily used for agricultural purposes. This paper explores whether stewardship of the land “sacrificed” by landowners may be demonstrated via the quantification and communication of improvements in biodiversity using the NIM. Findings Results suggest that the existing NIM is impractical for use by an NGO with limited resources. However, with some adaptations incorporating science-based measurements, the NIM can be used to account for biodiverse wildlife corridor plantations. Practical implications The findings have implications for not-for-profit, corporate and government sectors in terms of how accounting may facilitate the quantification and communication of conservation and restoration efforts. Social implications Biodiversity loss is now considered to be a greater threat to the planet than climate change. Efforts to account for biodiversity are consistent with the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda and the Australian Government’s “Biodiversity Conservation Strategy” (2010). Originality/value While prior studies have successfully implemented the NIM using secondary data, this is the first known to test the feasibility of the model using primary data in collaboration with an NGO.

This paper discusses the content of Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). The data used in the preparation of this paper is the data that is primary and secondary. The primary source is data obtained from the core source. In conducting a study of a verse, it is clear that the primary data source is derived from the Qur'an,precisely on Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). Secondary data is dataobtained from other sources that are still related to the problemand provide interpretation of the primary source. The method usedin analyzing this paper is the tahlili method. This method describesthe meaning contained by the Qur'an, verse by verse, and letterafter letter according to the order in the Mushaf. The descriptionincludes the various aspects which the interpreted verses contain,such as the meaning of the vocabulary, the connotation of thesentence, the background of the verse down, its relation to otherverses, both before and after. And do not miss the opinion that hasbeen given regarding the interpretation of these verses, whetherdelivered by the Prophet, companions, the tabi'in, as well as othercommentators. This study shows that in Q.S. (2): 67-73) there arevalues of moral education which include: 1) morals in asking, (2)morals to parents, (3) patience of educators, (4) educator honesty,and (5) obedience of learners.

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

The theater usually has an attractive form to attract the attention of visitors and also has good sound control in the auditorium so as not to cause sound distortion. Performances in Medan are still inadequate to accommodate international performances. Particularly in Medan, the enthusiasm of the community towards art tends to be high, but the facilities of the place lack to accommodate performances. Data collection methods are carried out by collecting primary data through a process of field comparative study and secondary data through literature studies & comparative studies. The design approach used in design studies are analyzing the physical, conditions around the site, potential, the limits that exist on the site, Site and environmental approaches are analysis of site conditions and the best solutions, the user approach is building analysis to meet the need for facilities and quality in accommodating the show, literature studies related to titles and themes and theories that support design ideas. The Metaphor is chosen as a truss design theme to convey the shape of building design by combining metaphorical forms of buildings and the prominence of the same metaphorical theme in the building to those who visit and see buildings to prevent sound distortions by using porous materials. Medan is a big city in Indonesia as a design area with consideration of a strategic location. It is expected that with the presence of this performance center, domestic and foreign tourists and especially Medan people themselves can enjoy the comfort and get to know traditional music and dance in Indonesia.

This study aims to find out, describe and analyze the democratic leadership of the Principal in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Madrasah (MAN). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher wanted to describe the Principal's democratic leadership in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Islamic Senior High School (MAN). Primary data sources (person) are the Principal, Teachers (Teachers) and Students of MAN Model Palangka Raya. Whereas secondary data sources are the data in the Palangka Raya Model MAN and supporting literature. The results of the study show that the Principal's leadership in improving achievement in the Palangka Raya Model MAN is very democratic, this condition can be seen from: (1) Principals are happy to receive suggestions, opinions and even criticism from subordinates both delivered by students and teachers through suggestion boxes and in the teacher council meeting, (2) the Principal always strives to prioritize teamwork cooperation in an effort to achieve the goal by appointing the instructor teacher, trainer teacher and mentor teacher and conducting deliberation in planning, implementing and evaluating activities, (3) the Principal always tries to make subordinates more success than him, which is realized by including teachers in seminars, workshops, training and competitions so that they get achievements both locally and nationally, and (4) Principals always try to develop their personal capacity as good leaders in conceptual skills, human skill and technical skill.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

Recent studies have documented that innovations improve profitability of firms. This article documents that deposit taking micro financial institutions that have adopted financial innovations have increased their profitability. The study covered five years between 2009-2013. Both primary and secondary data were used in the study. Primary data was obtained through administration of drop and pick questionnaires to selected employees of the institutions. Secondary data was obtained from financial statements and management reports of these deposit taking microfinance institutions. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, return on asset and multi-liner regression model to determine the effect of each financial innovation applied on profitability on the micro-financial institution. The results showed that most deposit taking microfinance institutions adopted these financial innovations in their current operations. There was strong positive relationship between individual innovations and profitability. In line with profitability ROA also showed improvement each year after the adoption of these financial innovations.
