Abstract— This research is aimed to produce a prezi multimedia based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) in Basic Law of Chemistry material and to determine the level ov validaty and practicality based on media’s function. This research is Researc and Development (R&D) which applies 4-D madel: define, design, develop, and disseminate. The research is done until development stage. Determining the level of validity and practicality are done by Chemistry lecturer, Chemistry teacher, and students of class XI IPA SMAN 1 Bukittinggi. The research instrument is questionnaire which consists of validity questionnaire and practicality questionnaire. The technic of data collection is done by distributing questionnaire. The data is analyzed by using moment kappa. From the data analysis,it is found that Prezi Multimedia based on Problem Based Learning (PBL) in Basic Law of Chemistry material has moment kappa validity about 0,85 with very high level of validity, moment kappa practicality from teacher’s evaluation about 0,86 with very high level of practicality, and moment kappa practicality from student’s evaluation about 0,80 with high level of practicality. The learning media that have been developed is proved valid and practical, so it can be used on Chemistry learning process in class X IPA at SMAN 1 Bukittinggi.

The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic forced many universities to apply online learning. The purpose of this study was to break down the online learning process in the early pandemic as well as effective and optimal online learning. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative research. The data were collected through observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Interestingly, this study found online learning using the WhatsApp Group to be the most effective in the early COVID-19 pandemic. WhatsApp is easy, simple, and does not require a large data quota package. Through WhatsApp accounts, learning took place optimally because students and lecturers could communicate and share PowerPoint files, Microsoft Word files, JPGs, Voice Notes, Videos, and other learning resource links. The study recommends that other researchers uncover the solution to obstacles experienced by students in online learning and the development of other media to implement effective online lectures.

The use of e-learning in the learning process at Amikom Purwokerto University has been implemented since early 2019 by utilizing the ILIAS e-learning platform. The problem that arises is whether students are satisfied and intend to continue using the ILIAS platform for the online learning process during the pandemic period and afterwards where there are still many obstacles experienced by students during online lectures. This study aims to assess the behavioral intention of Amikom Purwokerto University students to use ILIAS as an online learning platform by adopting the UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2) model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that each variable has a significant effect and has a significant impact on the use of ILIAS, this is evidenced by each hypothesis being accepted with a t-value> 1.96. Based on the t-value, the variable Performance Expectancy, Facilitating Condition and Habit is the variable with the highest t-value among the other variables, namely (PE -> BI = 16.8709), (FC -> UB = 13.4742) and (HB - > UB = 12.6896). This shows that these three variables have a high significant influence and impact on the use of ILIAS. In further research, it may be possible to consider the use of moderating variables such as age, gender, experience, and so on or add other variables such as Security and Information Quality.

The Covid 19 pandemic has a major impact on all sectors of life including in the world of education. The implementation of PJJ (Distance Learning) requires new innovations in the development of learning devices so that learning continues to run well even though learning activities are carried out at home. The development model used in this research is the 4D Development model. The result of this study is that the learning device is said to be "valid" through a construct validity test. The resulting learning device is said to be practical based on the average percentage of learning implementation during 3 meetings by 95% and the percentage of teacher and learners' response results related to the use of learning devices in the online learning process by 98%-100% and 82%-86% on indicators. Concluded learning devices are developed quality and can be used as a new reference in the learning process. Keywords: Team Based Learning, Problem Based Learning (PBL), Learning Tools
