The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a partial and simultaneous influence on promotion and location in increasing sales of Puri Delta Angsana housing units in Kasemen District. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The research population is Puri Delta Angsana Housing in Kasemen District, Serang City which was recorded in 2021 as many as 72 housing units. The data analysis techniques used by researchers include descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, test determination, T test, and F test. The results of this study indicate that promotion partially has a significant effect on sales, the tcount value is 2.894 > ttable value is 1.666, the significant value is 0.004 <0.05. Location partially has a significant effect on sales, tcount value is 3,248> ttable is 1,666, significant value is 0.005 <0.05. Promotion (X1), and Location (X2) together (simultaneously) have a significant effect on Sales (Y) at Puri Delta Angsana Housing in Kasemen District, Serang City with a significant value of 0.000b < 0.05 and an F value of 16.664 > 3 ,13. The coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained is 0.326. This means that 32.6% of the sales variation can be explained by the Promotion and Location variables. While the remaining 67.4% is influenced by other variables not included in the study

This research was conducted at the Culinary Hawkers that located on Highway Sukapura, Dayeuhkolot, Bandung. This study examines the Entrepreneurial behaviour which resulted in increased sales volumes. Almost all Culinary Hawkers on Highway Sukapura doesn’t yet have the entrepreneurial behavior in accordance with the characteristics - traits mentioned by Suryana, Confident, Own initiative, Have achievement motive, Having leadership, and Dare to take risks with the full calculation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial behavior to the merchant's sales volume culinary pavement on Highway Sukapura, Dayeuhkolot, Bandung.Researchers used quantitative research methods. The population in this study was 63 Merchants Culinary Street on Highway Sukapura. Samples are 63 street vendors in JalanSukapura. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis.The results showed that entrepreneurial behavior affect the sales volume of culinary street traders in Highway Sukapura. Based on the calculation coefficient of determination (R2) can be seen the effect of entrepreneurial behavior variables (X) on sales volume (Y) is approximately 94%. While the remaining 6% are influenced by other factors such as competence, performance, and motivation.

PThis study aims to determine the effect of the internal control system on the performance of local government Case Study in Gorontalo Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods, and the data sources use primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research is descriptive quantitative analysis using statistical t-test and coefficient of determination test (ajusted R-Square). The results showed that the internal control system had a positive effect on the performance of local governments with a determinant value of 48.7%. The result of this study contribute to the government to establish and implement a more effectives Internal Constrol Systems (ICS).

This article explores the purpose for which GAS, as a data analytics tool, is utilised by internal audit functions in Australia. A quantitative research method was applied, and the data was analysed using descriptive statistics. The total number of online questionnaires returned was 50 (i.e., a response rate of 15.53%) from the total research population of 322 chief audit executives of internal audit functions of organisations that are registered members with the IIA-Australia. The purpose of descriptive statistics is to describe what the data looks like and to compare variables numerically; therefore, no inferences or extrapolation of the data results were made. The results of the study can be used as a benchmark that may enable CAEs to identify whether they are staying abreast of current best practice in the area of technology-based tools and techniques for tests of controls.

In the world of education, of course the learning process also takes place, and the learning process requires the right method. Mistakes using the method, can hinder the achievement of desired educational goals. In fact, education shows that students play a more important role as objects and teachers act as subjects. The information center or learning center is the teacher, so it often happens students will learn if the teacher teaches. In this study using contextual learning compared with conventional learning. In addition to learning methods communication techniques are also needed to support the success of students. In this study using quasi quantitative research methods, with ANCOVA analysis techniques. Overall contextual learning is superior compared to conventional learning and teacher communication techniques affect learning outcomes with sig values. 0,000 ≤ 0.05.

This study aims to determine the effect of the amount of credit, LAR, and LDR on Non-Performing Loans at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Wonogiri. This study used quantitative research methods. The data sources used in this study are secondary data, namely the financial statements of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, the Wonogiri Branch Office in 2018. Data collection methods in this research were documentation and literature studies. This study used classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing (t test, f test, coefficient of determination). The results of data analysis are: The amount of credit has a positive and significant affect on the NPL, Loan To Asset Ratio (LAR) has negative and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR) has positive and significant affect on the Non-Performing Loan (NPL). Research purposes This study aims to determine the effect of go-pay promotion on the decisions of users of online transportation applications within the scope of the University of Pamulang. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study were students of the 7th semester of the Pamulang University management study program. The sample in this study were 200 respondents in the population. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis. Partially Go-pay promotion variable (x) has a tcount of 11.966 > ttable 1.65259 with a significant value of 0.00, it can be concluded that Go-pay promotion has a positive and significant effect on user decisions. Based on the test results the coefficient of determination (R square) shows the number 0.420 which means that the relationship between Go-pay promotion and user decision is 42%, while the remaining 58% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Go-pay users' decisions to use online transportation at Pamulang University. This means that the higher and more varied the promotions offered by the company, the greater the chance for users to decide to use online transportation services, especially at Pamulang University. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi Go-pay terhadap keputusan pengguna aplikasi transportasi online di ruang lingkup Universitas Pamulang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa/mahasiswi semester 7 prodi manajemen Universitas Pamulang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 200 responden yang terdapat dalam populasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Secara parsial promosi Go-pay (x) memiliki thitung sebesar 11,966y > ttabel 1,65259 dengan nilai signifikan 0,00 maka dapat disimpulkan promosi Go-pay berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R square) menunjukkan angka 0,420 artinya hubungan promosi Go-pay dengan keputusan pengguna sebesar 42%, sedangkan sisanya 58% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Promosi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pengguna Go-pay dalam menggunakan trasnportasi online di Universitas Pamulang. Artinya semakin tinggi dan semakin bervariasi promosi yang ditawarkan oleh pihak perusahaan, maka semakin besar peluang pengguna memutuskan untuk menggunakan jasa transportasi online khususnya di Universitas Pamulang. The main attraction for owners of company shareholders lies in the profitability ratio that shows the results of the management of the company's management of the funds invested. This study aims to determine: The Effect of Working Capital, Liquidity and Solvency on the Profitability of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. Descriptive quantitative research methods, the data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, for a period of 9 years from 20010 - 2018 obtained through the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.928 or equal to 92.8%, which means that the contribution made by working capital, liquidity and solvency to profitability reaches 92.8.3% the remaining 7.2% is influenced by other variables which is not researched. Based on the t test partially working capital on profitability there is an effect where tcount -5.847> t table 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 and partially liquidity on profitability has no effect where tcount 1.846 <t table 2.575 and significance value 0.124> 0.05 and partially solvency to profitability there is the influence of tcount -3.386> ttable 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 based on the f test simultaneously working capital, liquidity and solvency affect the profitability where Fcount 21.477> Ftable 5.41 with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05

There were many unconsistent research result about “what and how” tax avoidance’s influencers. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the tax avoidance of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2018 period. The research population consisted of 26 Food and Beverage Companies listed on the IDX, with 9 companies that successfully sampled and meet the criteria. Cross section data is used in this research. The data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis, simultaneous test, coefficient of determination test, and partial test. The results of the study state that profitability as measured by ROA has a significant effect on tax avoidance in the banking industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. Leverage as measured by DER has a significant effect on tax avoidance in the banking industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. Profitability (ROA) and leverage (DER) simultaneously have a significant effect on tax avoidance in the banking industry on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period.

This study aims to determine the influence of three different coolant delivery methods, namely dry machining, Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL), and wet machining. This is quantitative research with the use of experimental methods. Data were collected through observation. Data analysis techniques being used was descriptive statistics. In MQL methods, the use of coolant is minimized by mixing it with high-pressurized air. It is shown from the obtained data that the use of MQL methods is not as good as the wet machining. The hardness distribution of wet machining method is lower than the MQL. This was observed from the machining chips of the two methods. The chips from the MQL method were darker than the wet machining method. This finding showed that the heat generated from the MQL was higher than that of wet machining. The Al and Zn bonds in the MQL method is considered to be denser.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan metode pemberian coolant yang berbeda, 3 metode yang digunakan adalah metode dry machining, Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL), dan wet machining.  Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif. Metode MQL merupakan metode yang digunakan untuk meminimalisir penggunaan coolant dengan mencampurkannya dengan udara bertekanan tinggi. Data yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode MQL belum sebaik penggunaan metode wet machining. Distribusi kekerasan metode wet machining lebih rendah daripada MQL. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari geram yang dihasilkan oleh kedua penggunaan metode tersebut, geram yang dihasilkan dari metode MQL lebih gelap daripada metode wet machining. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa, panas yang dihasilkan dari metode MQL lebih tinggi daripada panas yang dihasilkan dari metode wet machining panas tersebut mempengaruhi ikatan Al dan Zn pada metode MQL menjadi lebih rapat.

This research aims at determining (1) the influence of personal selling partially to purchase decision (2) the influence of sales promotion partially to purchase decision and (3) the influence of personal selling and sales promotion simultaneously to the decision of purchasing laptops on consumers of Pegasus Computer Tebing Tinggi. Personal selling and sales promotion are promotional tools that are part of the marketing mix that can support purchase decisions. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are consumers of Pegasus Computer Shop Tebing Tinggi. The method used for this research is quantitative method with correlation analysis techniques and multiple linear regression whereas for hypothesis testing is used coefficient of determination test (R2), t test and F test. The result shows that there is a partial and simultaneous influence between personal selling and sales promotion to purchase decision. Keywords:  Personal selling, sales promotion, purchase decision
