During its 15 years of establishment, STKIP BBG has been through an accreditation program by BAN-PT with good results. Even in 2018, STKIP BBG received an award as the best PT Kopertis XIII version of the high school category. This is inseparable from the support in the implementation of Education programs, reports, and alumni selection programs in their work in the world of work after completing the Education program at STKIP BBG. So far, the implementation of the alumni selection program in the form of tracer studies can capture as much as 20-30% according to the needs of the forms. However, this is felt to still need to be improved in order to improve the quality and relevance of the Education program at STKIP BBG in the future. Therefore, the Advanced Career Center Assistance Program especially tracer study will greatly help get accurate feedback from graduates. The tracer study at STKIP BBG will involve 220 alumni graduating in 2017 using the PDCA approach involving surveyors and alumni groups spread across various regions and islands. The results of the tracer study can at least (1) determine the transition of STKIP BBG graduates in the world of work; (2) mapping horizontal and vertical alignment of STKIP BBG graduates; (3) mapping the competency gaps of graduates and the demands of the world of work; (4) assisting government programs in order to strengthen the monitoring system of PT Indonesia graduates, especially in Aceh.

Context last year brought deep sadness and great grief to many people - including and especially the students, parents and staff in schools across Pakistan and across the world in response to children being massacred brutally at a school in KPK, Pakistan. Schools, colleges, and universities, as a result, have been converted into fortresses and a thriving business for security-wallas. A case study of this program will be prepared through both qualitative and quantitative data examining the impact of FCCU's peace education program. We are hoping that this work would initiate the process of introducing peace education interventions in Pakistan at regional and global levels. This chapter will also help other peace education programs to learn from FCCU's approach of peacebuilding.

Trachoma, a bacterial infection of the eye, remains the leading cause of preventable blindness worldwide. Education programs help curb the spread of disease and several programs are student-led. This study evaluates a similar short-term education program focused on transmission and prevention of trachoma.A one-week education program was enacted by students from Texas focusing on prevention and transmission of trachoma. Populations included 30 members of an established women’s group and 89 elementary students in Aleto Wondo, Ethiopia. A pretest was administered to evaluate baseline knowledge of this illness. After program completion, a posttest was administered to evaluate changes in knowledge and, thereby, effectiveness of the education program.Survey results showed improvement in knowledge in both children and adults regarding the etiology of trachoma; average pretest to posttest scores improved from 48% to 74% correct in adolescents and from 57% to 90% correct in adults. Both groups showed improved knowledge regarding transmission of trachoma; average pretest to posttest scores improved from 39% to 95% correct in adolescents and from 34% to 83% correct in adults. The children showed improved knowledge regarding prevention of trachoma. However, we did not show a significant improvement in knowledge regarding prevention of trachoma in the adults. Our work shows that this education program can be effective in increasing knowledge and prevention of trachoma, particularly among children. We hope that our education program can set an example of successful educational intervention for other student-led trips to endemic areas around the world.

In 2019, the Ministry of Finance issued a Super Tax Deduction policy, a tax incentive provided by the government to businesses/industries involved in vocational education programs, including research and development activities to generate innovation. This program provides a maximum gross income reduction of up to 200% of the total costs incurred for work practices, apprenticeship, and/or vocational education learning services. This program is designed to encourage establishing a link-and-match between the world of education and industry to improve the quality of human resources produced by the education sector. Two years since its launch, the socialization of this program has not been optimal. Only a handful of industries have taken advantage of this program. Information that does not reach stakeholders causes the program not to run as expected. The tripartite workshop that brings together all stakeholders is expected to be able to share perceptions regarding the nature and technical implementation of the policy.

UDC 336.74   Vasylenko Artur, post-graduate student. Mariupol State University. Cryptocurrency Phenomenon in the International Monetary System. The main prerequisites of cryptocurrency emergence in the international monetary system in terms of regionalization of the world economy are defined in the article. Determination of «cryptocurrency» category was analysed from the point of two main approaches to its treatment: on the one hand cryptocurrency is admitted to be the currency equally to the sovereign currency, and on the other hand it is considered as an unrecognized virtual asset. The main consequences which arise in case of widespread use of crypto currency for the country and for the parties that agreed to use cryptocurrency were analysed and systematized. On the basis of the research, given the current trends in the world economy, the author put forward and substantiated the hypothesis to classify the phenomenon of cryptocurrency as the effects of a famous philosophical «Negation of negation law» formulated by G. Hegel at the beginning of the XIX century.   Keywords: cryptocurrency, material money, electronic money, digital currency, regional currency integration, blockchain, mining, capitalization, «Negation of negation law».
