The purpose of this research was to determine partially and simultaneously the influence of accountability, public participation and supervision of budget performance with the concept of value for money in the Bengkalis District Financial and Asset Management Agency. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis method. The sampling technique uses boring sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear of regression. The results showed that partial accountability, participation and supervision had a positive and significant effect on budget performance with the concept of value for money in the Bengkalis District Financial and Asset Management Agency. While simultaneously accountability, participation and supervision have a positive and significant effect on budget performance with the concept of value for money in the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency in Bengkalis Regency with a 93.5% influence.

Employee performance in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities assigned to him. This study aims to examine the effect of talent management on employee performance, to examine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, the sampling method uses total sampling, where all members of the population are sampled as many as 63 employees at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Padang City. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results show that talent management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the contribution of leadership behavior to teacher job loyalty. This research was conducted in private high schools throughout Cibungbulang District. The number of samples taken was 25 teachers, with a non-probability sampling method with a sampling technique, namely saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that there is a contribution between leadership behavior and teacher work loyalty. This shows that the stronger the influence of leadership behavior, the higher the job loyalty generated by the teacher. Therefore, to foster job loyalty to teachers, a leader is expected to further improve leadership behavior in order to increase teacher job loyalty. Keywords: .

This research was conducted at the Regional Inspectorate and the Regional Financial and Revenue Management Agency of Klungkung Regency. The number of samples taken as many as 42 employees, with non-probability sampling method, proposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through surveys and questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, discipline, and competence simultaneously had a significant effect on supervisory performance. This shows that the implementation of a good organizational culture, the application of discipline and the establishment of competency standards for employees, the performance of supervision will improve. Partially organizational culture, discipline, and competence also influence supervisory performance. This study aims to determine the effect of time budget pressure (TBP) and professionalism on audit quality with auditor experience and job satisfaction as moderating in KAP in Bali. The population in this study were all auditors who worked in KAP in Bali, amounting to 77 auditors. Determination of samples in this study using non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The sample amounted to 42 auditors. The results of this research questionnaire were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that time budget pressure has a negative and significant effect on audit quality; professionalism has a positive and significant effect on audit quality; auditor experience weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality; and job satisfaction weakens the effect of time budget pressure on audit quality, and strengthens the influence of professionalism on audit quality. This research uses a quantitative approach using descriptive methods. The population of this research is all stocks that are included in the largest market capitalization for the period January - March 2020 with a total of 50 shares. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling method, so that 28 stocks were obtained as the research sample. The variables of this research are stock price, JCI, Bi 7-Day Repo Rate, Return, Risk, Selected Shares and Proportion of Funds. The data analysis method used in this study is the Single Index Model. Based on the research results, it is concluded that there are 3 stocks that meet the criteria for optimal portfolio formation and the proportion of funds for each of these stock, namely PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. (FASW) 53.40%, 45.48% stock of PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. (BYAN) by 45.48% and stock of PT. Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) by 1.12%. The implication of this research is to provide an overview or information for investors about the advantages and disadvantages of Islamic stocks during the Covid-19 pandemic.   Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh saham yang masuk dalam kapitalisasi pasar terbesar periode Januari – Maret tahun 2020 dengan jumlah 50 saham. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehhingga diperoleh 28 saham sebagai sampel penelitian. Variabel penelitian ini adalah harga saham, IHSG, Bi 7-Day Repo Rate, Return, Risiko, Saham Terpilih dan Proporsi Dana. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Model Indeks Tunggal. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan, bahwa terdapat 3 saham yang memenuhi kriteria pembentukan portofolio optimal dan besar proporsi dana masing-masing saham tersebut, yakni saham PT. Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk. (FASW) sebesar 53,40%, 45,48% saham PT. Bayan Resources Tbk. (BYAN) sebesar 45,48% dan saham PT. Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk. (POLL) sebesar 1,12%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran atau informasi bagi para investor tentang potensi keuntungan dan kerugian saham syariah pada saat masa pandemi Covid-19.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency (Bolsel) through an analysis of the effectiveness of PAD. The object of the research is the Regional Finance and Revenue Management Agency (BPKPD) of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The data used is secondary data from the 2017-2020 budget realization report. The data analysis technique is descriptive quantitative analysis. The results showed that the analysis of the effectiveness of PAD at the BPKPD of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency in 2017 and 2018 was quite effective, then increased to very effective in 2019 and 2020. For Trend analysis in the next 5 years, the results tend to increase, this is a very good implementation of performance. South Bolaang Mongondow Regency.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. This study aims to knowing the influence of performance appraisal system based on e-performance on employee achievement through job satisfaction as an intervening variable on Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi. This study is causal research, it means problem characteristics research in a form cause-effect between two variables or more. Population is employees of Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatatn Sipil Kabupaten Banyuwangi with the amount 80 employees. The sampling method for this study was doing with purposive sampling technique and it has been gotten 37 respondents as samples. Data analysis method is Path Analysis. The hypothesis of research are performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job achievement, performance appraisal based on e-performance has significantly affected job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has significantly affected job achievement. The result of study was performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected employees achevement. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase employee achievement. Performance appraisal based on e-performance has positive and significantly affected job satisfaction on employees. It means performance appraisal based on e-performance can increase job satisfaction on employees. Job satisfaction has positive and significantly affected employees achievement. It means the employees successfully in doing the tasks which have been given by company can increase job satisfaction which got. The title of this thesis is “The Influence of Effectiveness of Village Fund Management of Community Empowerment in Teluknaga sub-district of Tangerang Regency”. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. In determining the sample size of researchers using the technique of Quota Sampling (Sugiyono 2016: 85). Where the technique used to determine samples from populations that have certain characteristics to the desired amount. The samples are the community that has the characteristics of following a community empowerment program held in each village where they live which is located in three villages in the sub-district of Teluknaga Tangerang Regency. In the data collection, the research uses the dissemination of adoptive instruments, interview and observations. The analysis technique used in this research is quantitative analysis method is research conducted by collecting answers from respondents or questions that are the measurements of the variables studied. Then the data obtained were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Solution Services) for windows version 24 using correlation techniques using the method person product moment according to Sugiyono and continued regression testing.Keywords : Effectiveness, Village Fund, Community Empowerment
