The article is devoted to the analysis of modern approaches to the organization of the educational process, which would contribute to the formation of a category of lawyers with the necessary knowledge and are capable of preparing and implementing reforms in the political and legal system of their state. It is determined that modern legal education poses its own requirements to the applicant, namely to be a comprehensively developed, independent, self-sufficient person, guided in life by his own knowledge and beliefs, in this regard, the issue of professional training of a modern lawyer, which could withstand modern challenges, becomes especially relevant. It is noted that the training of the future lawyer should be aimed at forming a versatile specialist (lawyer), ready to fulfill a complex set of modern practical tasks for the legal protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person and citizen. On this basis, the training of future lawyers should take into account modern approaches to the educational process. The most important of them are analyzed on the example of the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine (hereinafter - NULES of Ukraine). First, the quality of specialists’ training substantially depends on quality of teaching subject matters which is defined by providing applicants with the corresponding training material (modern qualitative textbooks, manuals, study guides, didactic materials, etc.). And most importantly - the use of computer technology, electronic educational resources, with the help of which the interaction of the sphere of higher education with other spheres of life of society is ensured. Of course, modern ICTs increase the efficiency of the educational process, open the possibility of introducing completely new methods of teaching and learning. However, the implications of the growing importance of ICT in general, and the Internet in particular, should also be taken into account. The use of modern ICTs has become an integral part of the educational process of NULES of Ukraine during the Covid-19 pandemic. Secondly, taking into account modern trends in the field of education, the training of future lawyers should not ignore one of the most important indicators of the quality of higher legal education - the use of a foreign language in the educational process, in particular English. In particular, the NULES of Ukraine provides teaching in English of certain legal disciplines for applicants for higher education of the first (bachelor's) level. Thirdly, the training of a lawyer should be not only theoretical, but also practical. Practical training of a lawyer involves work during practical classes, internships in enterprises, institutions and organizations, self-training by independently performing certain tasks. However, it is worth highlighting another form of practical component of the training of future lawyers - these are legal clinics. To date, such a form of specialists’ practical training in the field of law has been effectively introduced into the educational process of higher educational institutions of Ukraine of the III-IV levels of accreditation. NULES of Ukraine is no exception. The Legal Clinic «Protection and Justice» operates on the basis of the Department of International Law and Comparative Law. It is proved that the quality of specialists’ training in the field of law depends on many factors (the use of modern ICT in the educational process, electronic educational resources, the possibilities of foreign languages in teaching legal disciplines, etc.). However, to a large extent, the quality of training depends on the practical component of the educational process, and therefore special attention should be paid to this component. Keywords: legal education, a lawyer, modern approaches, educational process, lawyers’ training, distance education, foreign language, legal clinic

In these conditions, the renewal of the content of the Master of Education training is of particular importance, it will equip a future teacher with the skills to integrate special psychological-pedagogical, methodological and didactic knowledge in the conditions of professional activity. A guideline on this issue is that European standards and recommendations for graduate students are formulated in the Dublin Descriptors and the European Qualification Framework. The staff of the department of pedagogics of Pereiaslav- Khmelnytskyi Hryhorii Skovoroda State Pedagogical University developed the concept of educational activities in the specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences, fields of knowledge 01 Education / Pedagogy. The concept provides for the formation of masters of education integrated competence, general and professional competencies. The development of these competencies will be facilitated by the introduction of a dual form of higher education. The dual form of getting higher education is a way of getting an education; it provides for a combination of training of applicants of higher education in institutions of higher education with training in workplaces in institutions, organizations and enterprises for obtaining certain qualifications, usually on the basis of a contract, with the performance of official duties. The high level of the Master of Education professional training in the conditions of the dual form of education is possible due to the mastering of the basics of the professional teaching activity of the teacher of the institution of higher education in real conditions; application of modern educational technologies of practical activity; the methodological readiness of a master of education to implement the educational process in institutions of higher education.

Introduction. In the last decade, distance technologies (including the format of massive open online courses – MOOCs) have occupied an increasingly significant place in the higher education system. The sphere of teaching foreign languages, in particular, Russian as a foreign language (RFL), is no exception. Currently, knowledge of the basics of modern distance educational technologies and the ability to apply them in the educational process is the most important component of the RFL teacher's professiogram. The purpose of this study is to assess the level of readiness of RFL teachers to use existing MOOCs and create their own online courses. Materials and research methods. An analysis of the regulatory framework for professional certification of higher education teachers and an analysis of scientific sources devoted to the content of the ICT competence of an RFL teacher are applied. The survey involved 50 RFL teachers from various universities in St. Petersburg. Research results. It was found that there is a significant gap between the required content of the RFL teacher's professiogram in the field of ICT competence and the level of readiness of RFL teachers to use ready-made MOOCs and create their own online courses. Only 11% of those surveyed used MOOCs in their professional activities, and only 38% themselves studied with the help of such courses. 42% and 52% of respondents are ready to use ready-made MOOCs and create their own courses, respectively. The effectiveness of MOOCs in teaching RFL is rated highly by only 37% of respondents, another 34% rate it as average and 29% as low. Discussion of results and conclusion. The existence of this gap is explained by the fact that the professional training of RFL teachers in the field of ICT competence does not always keep pace with the changes in the field of modern educational technologies. In addition, not all teachers see the expediency of using MOOCs in the process of teaching RFL, since language learning requires communication practice, and MOOCs are more often used to convey the theoretical aspects of a particular discipline. Despite this, many RFL teachers have shown an active desire to use ready-made online courses and create their own, subject to the passage of appropriate training, the availability of information and technical support for specialists in online education, as well as material and legal support from the university administration.

The article investigates the problem of increasing the motivation of students of nonlinguistic higher education institutions to study the new scientific (economic) English vocabulary through the use of game techniques at foreign language classes. The motivation of the higher education institution student who studies a foreign language is a necessary component of the educational process. Today much attention is paid to the professional training of the future specialists, to the person adapting to the current conditions of the Ukrainian society development. We have become aware of the dominant role of language education. A specialist who speaks a foreign language has better prospects in job searching, studying abroad, participation in international projects and conferences, and getting acquainted with foreign professional experience. Our state is integrating into the European educational, economic and socio-cultural space. That’s why, a foreign language mastering is also necessary for the implementation of such an aspect of professional activity as the establishment of international contacts. These aspects, of course, determine the structure, goals, content and features of the educational process organization. The motivational and necessary pedagogical conditions for ensuring the qualitative professional training of the future specialist have been searched for an effective motivation of university students to study a foreign professional language, because effective use of motivation allows identifying internal reserves of personality for its development, education and upbringing. Motivation can affect both the performance of activities and the development of the personality. The aim of the article was to research the problem of increasing the students’ motivation of nonlinguistic higher institutions of education to study the new scientific (economic) English vocabulary through the use of game techniques at foreign language classes. The main form of teaching a foreign professional language at the university is a lesson. We tried to find out what students of the faculty of management and law of the Vinnytsia National Agrarian University prefer to do at the foreign language classes. It was found that 36% of respondents have choses classes on the new professional terms memorizing; 24% of students have given priority communicative skills; spoken language is prevalent for 22% of respondents; writing various statements and documents is the main thing for 8% of future managers, 10% attend classes to assess their level. So, the vast majority of students of the faculty of management and law of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University want to study new professional vocabulary at their English lessons. The results of monitoring on problem existing, the optimal form of new term memorizing and the most effective means of teaching and memorizing vocabulary among students of the faculty of management and law of Vinnytsia National Agrarian University are presented. A comparative analysis of the students’ marks and successes before and after the game forms application at the classes of foreign professional language is conducted. It is noted that mastering foreign language professional vocabulary is a key component of a foreign professional language, it enables to increase the efficiency of the educational process, contributes to the formation of a competent specialist who is competitive in modern conditions. The game forms of foreign professional economic vocabulary studying enhance the ability of students to memorize new English-language professional terms effectively. At our foreign language classes we have used three well-known vocabulary games, i.e. I Have Who Has, the Fly Swat Game, and puzzles for vocabulary training for two months (eight lessons). It should be noted that before the experiment two students (4%) had excellent marks; 20 students (40%) had good marks, 23 (46 %) students had "D" and "E" marks; 5 students (10%) received "FX". These studies have shown the effectiveness of using game techniques for studying foreign economic vocabulary. It was found that three students (6%) received excellent marks; 24 students (48%) received good marks; 22 students (44%) had "D" and "C" marks; only one student had a "FX" rating. We agree that the evaluation system is an integral part of the game technique, because it aims to ensure the control of the quality of the acquired knowledge. Of course, such a system performs both control and self-monitoring function. The content of the game form is determined, undoubtedly, by its educational objectives. However, games significantly increased the vocabulary of students; they also led to an increase of their motivation to study a foreign professional language. We think that vocabulary memorizing depends on the rationally, conscious perception of terminology by the recipients (students). We note that the cognitive approach is actively developing both in Ukrainian and world psychology, cognition, psychonometrics, psycholinguistics and linguistics, is intended to solve a difficult task. It consists both in memorizing foreign words and expressions and mastering the concepts, phenomena, processes, mechanisms. The more informed decisions student take in choosing the word, the higher the level of his cognitive awareness, the better the word is memorized. Thus, the use of game techniques increases the ability of students to remember new words, because they activate their cognitive activity. It is proved that the analyzed form of economic vocabulary teaching significantly improves the ability of students to memorize the new English-language professional terms effectively, increased their motivation to study the new terminology of the business English language. This publication has not researched all the aspects of the multifaceted nature of the problem under study, therefore, further research is considered promising. It is recommended to analyze the cognitive approach in teaching students of English terminology.
