The article examines the problem of forming readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts. In this context, the author highlights the basic principles that underlie this process: professional orientation, scientificity, optimization, emotional pedagogical process. The principle of professional orientation includes both the professional orientation of the individual to work and a specific profession and the professional orientation of general education and vocational training. The author provides not only professionally relevant material that is introduced into the content of education but also activities, which are aimed at mastering such mental operations, the analogues of which will be performed by students in teaching. According to the principle of scientificity, the content of higher education should correspond to scientific achievements in a particular field. Thus, future teachers of artists should receive only scientifically sound and reliable information, including facts, patterns, processes and phenomena, features of the formation and development of scientific discoveries. The principle of optimization presupposes high-quality implementation of the technology of formation of readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts, which leads to the achievement of the set goal. The main pedagogical actions to optimize the process of formation of the studied readiness of future teachers-artists are to specify the tasks; generalization; interdisciplinary coordination; selection of options based on their comparative assessment; differentiation and individualization of the educational process; humanization. The principle of emotionality of the pedagogical process will help to intensify the activities of both students and teachers, remove psychological barriers, stimulate cognitive processes, etc., which will significantly increase the efficiency of the process of formation of the studied education and will help future teachers of art to communicate effectively with students. The article reveals the theoretical aspects of the problem of forming the research competence of future teachers of higher education, which is associated with the transition to a unified European education system and the renewal of the educational process of higher education with an orientation towards the formation and development of the personality of a competent teacher-researcher who owns the technology of scientific and pedagogical activity. The necessity of the development of the intellectual consciousness of the future teacher of higher education, which determines the style of scientific thinking, is substantiated by the main indicators of consistency, dynamism, problematicity, categoricality, reflexivity, evidence, predictability, projectivity, search ability, creativity. The authors have revealed the structure and the content of the research competence of the future teachers of higher education. The structural components of the research competence of future teachers of higher education are highlighted: cognitive, diagnostic, project constructive, technological, reflective, communicative. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of research competence of the future teacher of higher education are scientifically substantiated: motivational and value, creating needs and determining the persistent positive motivation of the future teacher of higher education in mastering research qualities; meaningful and constructive, which combine the individual and technological capabilities of scientific and pedagogical activity and the requirements of the forthcoming professional activity of a teacher of higher education; organizational and pedagogical, determining the establishment and retention of pedagogically expedient relationships between teachers and students, based on cooperation and mutual interest in research; reflexive-corrective, contributing to the analysis, accounting and correction of the process and the result of the formation of research competence in future teachers of higher education.

The article examines the problem of forming readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the model of formation of the studied formation. The methodological basis of the study are dialectical and systematic methodologies used in the field of pedagogical research. General scientific and logical methods of analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, historical and comparative research of the problem are used. This model includes following aspects: setting the purpose of the study and its objectives – the target unit; components of readiness for professional and creative self-realization (motivational and orientational, cognitive and active, subjective) content block; didactic principles (professional orientation, scientificity, optimization, emotionality of the pedagogical process). Moreover, it includes pedagogical conditions on which the experimental method of forming readiness for professional and creative self-realization (actualization of the value attitude of future teachers of fine arts to artistic and creative activity; organization of self-improvement of future teachers-artists in the context of future professional activity; creation of reflective-educational environment educational process HEI) are based. Methods, forms, technologies and means aimed at increasing the level of readiness for professional and creative self-realization of students are presented in technological unit, that is followed by the expected result of the study. It is proved that the introduction of the model of formation of readiness for professional and creative self-realization of future teachers of fine arts contributes to the optimization of the research process. The scientific achievements of leading scientists on the selected theme are analyzed and leading ideas, concepts, and main definitions of the research are identified in the article. The creation of proper psycho-didactic conditions in institutions of higher education, which serve as a basis for the formation of professionally significant competences, the development of personal creative potential and active public position in future practical psychologists, is updated. It is argumented that the educational system built on the conceptual foundations of professional training makes it possible to effectively content the educational disciplines, and therefore effective fundamental knowledge, professional-oriented skills, advanced skills, professional norms and values, which have the highest degree of generalization of social phenomena and processes. It is proved that the concept of the study of practical psychology combines professional methodological, philosophical and general scientific principles and scientific-methodological approaches, which are directed at the revealing future professional activity. The outlined conceptual foundations of professional training allow us to modify the educational process in higher education according to the individual needs of future practical psychologists. The methodological analysis of educational phenomenon of practical psychology in institutions of higher education on four basic levels is offered: philosophical-theoretical (evolutionary-theoretical formation of the specialist and his or her effective functioning), methodological (formation of the system of world-view and semantic individual formations for realization of individual’s educational skills and abilities), specific-scientific (acquisition of fundamental knowledge about professional activities) and technological (effective use of methods and techniques of research for acquisition of true empirical knowledge). The conclusion about the importance of outlining of conceptual foundations in the system of professional training of future practical psychologists is made.

Responding to identified shortcomings is components of the internal quality assurance system of a higher education institution. A study of the educational activities of future teachers-engineers of computer profile found that most students are not going to devote their career to teaching, thus preferring engineering. Undoubt- edly, higher education institutions must respond to the requests of stakeholders, especially those seeking higher education. On the other hand, there are requests from employers (educational institutions) for teachers-engineers of computer profile. Therefore, further research was aimed at enhancing cognitive activity primarily by increasing motivation for pedagogical activity. Methods: pedagogical experiment. Results. An experimental test of the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for intensifying the educational activities of future teachers-engineers of computer profile in professional training. Originality. The results of the study testify to the effec- tiveness of certain pedagogical conditions for intensifying the educational activities of future teachers-engineers of computer profile: changes of external motivation to internal will take place if the information and communication technologies are introduced into educational process of studying peda- gogical disciplines; change of position in the educational activity of future teachers-engineers of computer profile in the study of pedagogical disciplines will take place under the condition that students apply a project approach to the organization of their own educational activity; intensification of educational activity due to its correc- tion in future teachers-engineers of computer profile in the process of operative feedback at each stage of educational activity. Comparative analysis of experimental data shows an increase in the percentage of students of the experimental group compared to the control group with a high level of educational activities of future teachers-engineers of com- puter profile in the study of pedagogical disciplines for a stable active position of educational activity – by 34%, internal motivation to study – by 32%, by the ability to plan and organize their own educational trajectory – by 32%, by academic performance – by 25%). When comparing the results before and after the ex- periment: in the control group the empirical values of the criterion χ2 are less than critical, the characteristics of the compared groups coincide at the level of significance of 0.05; in experimental group the empirical values of the criterion χ2 are greater than the critical one, the signifi- cance of the difference in the characteristics of the com- pared groups is 95%.

The article outlines the relevance of the introduction of inclusive education in the system of education of Ukraine whose success depends on the organizational and pedagogical and corrective and developmental school conditions, flexibly oriented on the individual characteristics of each child and qualitative training of future teachers to professional activities in the conditions of inclusive education. Separate aspects of professional training of future teachers in institutions of higher pedagogical education in conditions of inclusive education are presented. In particular, attention is focused on the peculiarities of organizing the process of training future educators in professional activities in the inclusive environment of institutions of general secondary education, which are that the professionalization of students takes place in the form of penetration of external (the influence of the educational environment and the participants of the educational process) into the internal (assignment of values Inclusive education and acquisition of relevant competence), from the remote space (social meaning of inclusion) in the approximate (personal meaning and Inclusion experience). In accordance with the principle of continuity, the stages of organizing the process of preparation of future teachers to professional activity in conditions of inclusive education (motivational-value, theoretical and practical and simulation-reflexive) are determined and substantiated. Evaluating the efforts of scientists in the highlighted issues, we note that the organization of the process of professional pedagogical training of teachers to work in an inclusive educational environment requires the substantiation of the relevant pedagogical conditions, which is a prospect of further scientific search.

The article is based on a review of scientific and methodological literature, it analyzes the existing models of future teachers’ professional training for tutoring. The aim of the article is to design a model of future teachers’ professional training for tutoring in the information and educational environment of the institution of higher education. As a result of scientific analysis, carried out on the basis of a systematic approach, theory and practice of tutoring, training for tutoring in Ukraine and abroad, the components of training for tutoring have been identified (target, philosophical, theoretical-methodological, informative-processual, criteria-evaluative, resultative). Each component of the designed model has its implementation in the information and educational environment. This model is a set of information and communication technologies (distance learning technologies, general purpose ICT and ICT for tutoring support), which are integrated into the educational process.

In the article the authors consider modern approaches to the formation of the content of training of engineering specialists on the example of modelling the syllabi of academic disciplines. A comparative analysis of current trends in the content of professional training of engineering personnel in institutions of higher technical education in Ukraine, Western Europe and China. It is noted that one of the main shortcomings of domestic higher education is still its inconsistency with the requirements of the labour market and the lag of technical training from scientific and technological progress. The latter encourages the revision of another strategic involvement of training – the formation of professional competencies of future professionals, and hence the formation of a new content of training for future engineers. An example of such attempts is the introduction of syllabuses in the educational process of higher education. The creation of information and educational networks has globalized this problem and led to the need to realize it at a new innovative level. The article focuses on the definitive analysis of the researched problem and on the basic principles of syllabus construction, which are based on the competence approach. It is noted that the main task of this analysis is to study the substantive nuances between the syllabi of academic disciplines and their work programs, why and for whom this document is prepared and whether it is right at all. Emphasis is placed on the basic principles of construction of syllabi of academic disciplines, according to which they can be distinguished from work programs. As a fundamental principle, access to learning outcomes is highlighted, which should be expressed through the levels of competencies of graduates. Thus, through educational activities, the opportunity to design the future professional activity of the student is realized, and as a result to consider the competence acquired in the learning process. The structural components of syllabuses of academic disciplines are considered. The structure of the syllabus of the discipline in terms of components and a specific example of its modelling have been provided.

Annotation. Introduction. The article analyzes topical issues of ecological culture formation in the process of training future economists. Modern approaches to the formation of environmental culture during the training of future economists, determining the quality of professional training of future professionals in higher education. Socio-economic changes and the ecological state cause the need for qualitative improvement of professional education of future specialists in the process of professional training with a high level of ecological culture. However, the problem of forming the ecological culture of future economists remains insufficiently studied. Purpose. The aim of the article is to study the formation of ecological culture and thinking, the spread of ethical norms in relation to nature. Results. The analysis of scientific works on the formation of ecological culture in the process of training future economists, revealed the concept of ecological culture of the individual and the concept of educational environment. Attention is paid to the process of formation of ecological culture as a holistic systemic phenomenon in order to develop the ecological and ideological position of a specialist economist. The main measures of preparation of applicants for higher education in economic specialties, which includes the environmental element, have been outlined. The pedagogical conditions that provide the process of education of ecological culture in the educational environment have been singled out. Features of ecological education as an important component of educational process have been considered. Conclusions. It has been proved that the effectiveness of training future professionals and the formation of environmental culture of applicants for higher education will form an opportunity to successfully engage in professional activities in the field of economics after graduation from higher education.

The article defines that in modern Ukrainian realities the teacher of Ukrainian language and literature of the new generation appears as a person who is aware of national, cultural and linguistic values, preserves and continues Ukrainian cultural and historical traditions, has creative personality, is a true patriot, professional teacher (active citizen of Ukraine), spiritual mentor. Accordingly, there is the demand to improve philology teachers’ professional training, taking into account different concepts, approaches and principles; ensuring a harmonious combination of purpose, content, structure, stages, forms, and methods of organization the educational and communicative environment of higher education institutions. Any system can function and develop successfully only under certain conditions, as well as the result of future philology teachers’ professional training in an educational and communicative environment.The optimal pedagogical conditions for future philology teachers’ training in the educational and communicative environment of higher education institutions have been identified: 1) increasing motivation and pedagogical reflection on the professional and communicative activities of future teachers of philology by means of interactive technologies; 2) the use of communicative learning strategies during the training of future teachers of philology; 3) improving the content and forms of practical training to gain experience in future professional and communicative activities; 4) creation of educational-methodical and educational-informational support of educational-communicative environment for training of teachers of philology. It was found that such pedagogical conditions would improve the educational and communicative environment, create a mechanism of mental activity of students, which will contribute to the accumulation of knowledge and life experience, as well as support studentsʼ intellectual efforts, stimulate cognitive and communicative activity. It has been confirmed that pedagogical conditions optimize the improvement of the educational process, the creation of such a mechanism of students' thought process, which will promote the accumulation of knowledge and life experience, as well as support studentsʼ intellectual efforts, stimulate cognitive and communicative activity.

We have considered the features of professional training of specialists in the hotel and restaurant business and tourism. In the analysis of the curriculum, we appear to find a place in the training of future specialists in hotel and restaurant business and tourism in the study of humanities, namely: "Ukrainian language for professional purposes", "World culture and art", "Foreign language for professional orientation", "Fundamentals of professional ethics and culture of communication", and other. During the course, participants of the educational process must make efforts to form a communicative culture, critical thinking and aesthetics of speech. Future masters of hotel and restaurant business and tourism must be at a high level of management of communicative culture and content to think critically. The humanities cycle subjects basing on the text, with the help of which educational activities are carried out, training of future specialists of hotel and restaurant enterprises and tourism takes part in professional texts that help students accumulate professional terminology and form professional skills. We concluded that introducing elements of the dual system of education is a positive trend in the training of hotel and restaurant professionals and tourism. Students can assimilate and improve communication culture, see bottlenecks and make an effort to correct and improve themselves.
