The subject which deals with the study of the human body and its part is called "Rachna Sharir” which forms the basic principle for understanding the concept of Àyurveda. In Ayurveda, the principle of Srotas is like the roots of the tree. The channel that transport nutrition to their destiny is called Srotas. The human body is the collaboration of the Srotas. Srotas take part in the modification, conveyance, absorption and excretion of many substances which are transported through them. The number of Srotas are different by different authorities of Ayurveda. The Srotas have their self Mulasthan or root. Any disturbance in the Srota, at the structural or functional level, leads to the commencement of diseases. Every Srotas have different functions and Dusti Lakshana. Raktavaha Srotas is the Srotas which is related to blood circulation and its formation. Its Mulasthana are Yakrit, Pleeha and Raktavahini- dhamani as mentioned the Ayurvedic literatures. There are many diseases of Raktavaha Srotas, which occurs as a result of Srotas Dusti. The disease of the Raktavahasrotas is Kustha, Visrpa, Pidika, Kamala, Asrgdar, Arubuda, Arsha etc. all the skin diseases, haemolytic disease, gynaecological disorders, metabolic disorders. The diseases of Raktavahasrotas are important for diagnosis and clinical practices. The presentation is aimed to review the concept of Raktavaha Srotas and its importance. Keywords: Srotas, Mulastha, RaktavahaSrotas

In the physical body, rakta refers directly to the blood, specifically the red blood cells, and indirectly to the tendons and the bile. Rakta dhatu is formed from refined rasa; the mala of the blood is bile. Healthy rakta dhatu brings feeling of energized with a passion for life. The disease of the Raktavahasrotas are Kustha, Visrpa, Pidika, Kamala, Asrgdar, Arubuda, Arsa etc. all the skin diseases, haemolytic disease, gynaecological disorders, metabolic disorders come under Raktavahasrotas.

As mentioned in Ayurveda, Rakta itself is life for human being. If it get vitiated (impure) by means of unhealthy food habits and seasonal change is going to induce many disease. There is a unique worm - Leech which is used therapeutically to treat certain diseases induced by impure blood. Medicinal leeches are used for therapeutic purpose; these will suck only impure blood and relieve the symptoms. While sucking leaches leave saliva into the blood stream, which contain many medicinal properties. Out of which Hirudin is the main content which is having very effective anti-coagulant and analgesic property, because of this analgesic property, the process of sucking is painless. Leaches are mainly used in skin diseases as acne, Kusta, Visarpa, recurrent abscess along with these certain diseases which involve impairment of the blood circulation such as varicose veins deep vein thrombosis non healing ulcers and necrosis are also get benefited by leech therapy which improve the blood circulation by stimulating blood capillaries. Hence in this paper the uses of leech therapy are mentioned for the society to get benefited.

AbstractWith the rapid development of gymnastics technology, novel movements are also emerging. Due to the emergence of various complicated new movements, higher requirements are put forward for college gymnastics teaching. Therefore, it is necessary to combine the multimedia simulation technology to construct the human body rigid model and combine the image texture features to display the simulation image in texture form. In the study, GeBOD morphological database modeling was used to provide the data needed for the modeling of the whole-body human body of the joint and used for dynamics simulation. Simultaneously, in order to analyze and summarize the technical essentials of the innovative action, this experiment compared and analyzed the hem stage of the cross-headstand movement of the subject and the hem stage of the 180° movement. Research shows that the method proposed in this paper has certain practical effects.

Tocopherols and tocotrienols are natural compounds of plant origin, available in the nature. They are supplied in various amounts in a diet, mainly from vegetable oils, some oilseeds, and nuts. The main forms in the diet are α- and γ-tocopherol, due to the highest content in food products. Nevertheless, α-tocopherol is the main form of vitamin E with the highest tissue concentration. The α- forms of both tocopherols and tocotrienols are considered as the most metabolically active. Currently, research results indicate also a greater antioxidant potential of tocotrienols than tocopherols. Moreover, the biological role of vitamin E metabolites have received increasing interest. The aim of this review is to update the knowledge of tocopherol and tocotrienol bioactivity, with a particular focus on their bioavailability, distribution, and metabolism determinants in humans. Almost one hundred years after the start of research on α-tocopherol, its biological properties are still under investigation. For several decades, researchers’ interest in the biological importance of other forms of vitamin E has also been growing. Some of the functions, for instance the antioxidant functions of α- and γ-tocopherols, have been confirmed in humans, while others, such as the relationship with metabolic disorders, are still under investigation. Some studies, which analyzed the biological role and mechanisms of tocopherols and tocotrienols over the past few years described new and even unexpected cellular and molecular properties that will be the subject of future research.

The subject of inquiry appointed by the Croonian Institution, has been greatly elucidated at different times by ingenious members of this learned Society. A large field, however, still remains open; and, respecting future investigations, I shall have occasion to offer a fresh proof of the aid to be derived from comparative anatomy, in ascertaining the structure of parts which, from their minuteness and situation in the human body, admit with much difficulty of being explored. The principal object of the present lecture is to communicate a discovery of the structure of the membrana tympani; which, in some respects, affords a new and very curious instance of the application of muscular action, and may conduce to account for certain phaenomena in the sense of hearing, in a more satisfactory manner than has hitherto been proposed.

Cutis Laxa (CL) / generalized elastolysis / dermatomegaly is a heterogeneous group of disorders which are related to elastic tissue abnormalities. Depending on extent of abnormal elastic tissue, it may be mild or severe. Severe form presents with loose, inelastic, wrinkled skin resembling ill tted suit. Infant has characteristic facial features like old man appearance, a hooked nose, a short columella, a long upper lip with long philtrum, and everted lower eyelids. CL is categorised as congenital or acquired and the inheritance can be autosomal dominant or recessive, or X linked. Occasionally a few metabolic disorders like Menkes disease, disorders of glycosylation are associated with Congenital CL. Acquired cutis laxa has developed after a febrile illness and various inammatory skin diseases. Here we present a case of a full-term SGA (small for gestational age) female child born with features of CL.

This article is dedicated to the autobiographical discourse in the compilation of poems “The Empress Life” by the national poet of Buryatia Andrey Rumyantsev.  The subject of research is the key images and motifs of Rumyantsev’s autobiographicallyrics, while the object is the poet’s lyrical biography. The author analyzes Andrey Rumyantsev’s poetry for the purpose of determination of the means of expression of autobiographical images and motifs in the texts created in form of poetic reminiscences. Most careful attention is given to the compositions dedicated to parents, grandparents, and sister of the poet. Methodology leans on the basic principle of biographical method, according to which personality of the writer defines the specificity of his works. The scientific novelty consists in conducting a motif-imagery analysis of Rumyantsev’s poetry from the perspectives of biographical method. The conclusion is formulated that the main motifs of Andrey Rumyantsev’s autobiographical lyrics is “great guilt”, “repentance”, and “responsibility” that encompass all poetic reminiscences of his loved ones – the key images of autobiographical lyrics. The specific approaches in creation of autobiographical images and motifs are revealed. Thus, the common for all images is the stance on labor and possession of physical fortitude. All female images are united by the motif of the hardship of being a woman, as well as righteousness semanticized through the concepts of “patience” and “love”. The mail images resemble bogatyrs (heroes of the Russian epic poems); the author also emphasizes their unity with the native nature.

Objectives - to study the syphilis morbidity rate in the population of the Republic of Mordovia in years 2015-2017, to determine the age, sex and social patterns of morbidity. Material and methods. The subject of the analysis was the data of the official annual report on sexually transmitted infectious diseases, and contagious skin diseases in the Republic of Mordovia in 2015-2017. Results. In 2017 the syphilis morbidity comprised 21.1 per 100k (total of 171 cases), this result is 2.8% lower than in 2016 (21.7 per 100k). In general, the morbidity rate remains 1.5 times higher than overage in Russia. Despite the positive dynamics, the preconditions for the further prevalence of syphilis among the population remain. Conclusion. Additional measures are required, aimed at raising the general cultural level and health education of the population, regarding to the safe sexual behavior, especially among people of fertile age.

In recent years, embodied cognition has become a new approach in the field of cognitive psychology. The shift in cognitive psychology from a focus on the brain to a focus on the human body, just as from the disembodied cognition to the embodied cognition is valuable for many fields related to cognitive science including product design and its method. With Gibson’s theory of affordances, embodied cognition is a perfect explanation of today’s products guided by the idea of intuitive design and its logic. On the premise of embodied cognition, it is the “Mind-Body complex” that serves as the subject of behavior and interaction, the basis of “natural interaction” in Intelligent age, and the foundation for building a more complete theory of “user experience”. Based on the embodied cognitive, the method of design and its research should put more emphasis on specific tools.

This study deals with Jaramillo Levi’s short stories centered on the relationship between eroticism and death, examining the exchange of two driving forces which create desire. The nature of one of these forces is unconscious and libidinous while the other is social. These stories explore the link between sexual drive and the death instinct, disclosing overindulgence and violence hidden behind eroticism. In addition, they depict the magnitude of desire, which upon exceeding the boundaries of the human body and the individual, becomes an experience of inhuman sexuality that can reaffirm itself only in a field permeated with intensity and vibrations. Considering Lacan’s theory of desire and other concepts from Deleuze and Guattari, the exchange of forces in these stories objectifies the subject and questions the anthropomorphic notion of sexuality.
