The purpose of this study is (1) to find a model of organizational commitment of the head of the ECE unit which is built based on an associative causal relationship between exogenous variables with an endogenous variable. (2) to test and find direct and indirect effects between exogenous variables with an endogenous variable. This study used a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population was 750 people, and the samples were 238 people. They were collected using a purposive sampling technique based on the sample provisions by Isaac and Michael. Data were collected using questionnaires in the form of a Likert Scale technique with a Merriam technique test instrument. The data were processed using a Path Analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) the direct influence of learning leadership on the organizational commitment of the head of the ECE units with a path coefficient of 0,119. (2) the direct influence of education administration knowledge on the organizational commitment of the head of the ECE units with a path coefficient of 0,406. (3) the direct influence of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of the head of the ECE units with a path coefficient of 0,369. (4) the direct influence of work motivation on the organizational commitment of the head of the ECE units with a path coefficient of 0,175. The conclusion is that the organizational commitment model of the head of the ECE units in Medan City has been tested fit with proportional direct and indirect, spurious and unanalyzed effects with a dominant proportional influence that is (1) education administration knowledge of 26,42. (2) job satisfaction of 13,60%. (3) work motivation of 03,06%. (4) learning leadership is 01,41%. The suggestion is that if you want to increase the organizational commitment of the head of the ECE units, it is necessary to first increase the knowledge of educational administration and then be followed by job satisfaction, work motivation and learning leadership.

This study aims to answer several hypotheses about the direct influence of organizational culture, self-efficacy, work motivation, and job satisfaction on work motivation, job satisfaction, and lecturer performance. The research technique used proportional random sampling to a sample of 152 of 246 lecturers UMN Al-Washliyah Medan, with research instruments using questionnaires with the scale Likert. Then the data is processed and analyzed with path analysis, thus producing an analysis with a coefficient of path 0.30 on the direct influence of organizational culture on work motivation, path coefficient 0.43 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on work motivation, path coefficient 0.47 on the direct influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction, coefficient of path 0.28 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on job satisfaction, path coefficient 0.22 on the direct influence of organizational culture on performance, the coefficient of line 0.15 on the direct influence of self-efficacy on lecturer performance, the coefficient of line 0.23 on the direct influence of work motivation on lecturer performance, and the coefficient of path 0.28 on the direct influence of job satisfaction on lecturer performance. From the results of the analysis, to improve the performance of lecturers need to be made various efforts, among others, by improving organizational culture, self-efficacy, work motivation, and job satisfaction.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation on the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers in SMA Negeri 9 Tangerang. The study approach is a quantitative approach through data collection method using a questionnaire with a sample of 56 respondents with the sampling technique used is census. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression conducted through SPSS software version 25. The results show that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation partly have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. At the same time, all three variables independent of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job motivation have a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior teacher at SMA Negeri 9 Tangerang

This study aimed to determine the effects of the variables of job satisfaction, work motivation and organizational commitment on turnover intention. In this study, the researcher conducted the sampling by distributing questionnaires to the respondents by survey method. The sampling technique was saturated sampling. The total sample was 35 respondents. This analysis used SPSS 16 for windows. The data was analyzed by validity, reliability test, classic assumtion test and multiple linear regression analysis.The research by partial test (t test) showed that job satisfaction, work motivation positive affected on turnover intention. Then the organization commitment had a significant negative effect on turnover intention. The results by simultaneous test (F test) indicated that job satisfaction, working motivation and organizational commitment had positive effects on turnover intention.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of career development on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. The object of research at PT Tenma Indonesia Surya Cipta Karawang Industrial Estate. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by sampling technique with saturated samples amounted to 92 respondents. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that career development has an effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation can have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between career development and job satisfaction in employees. This study aims to determine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention of nurses at private hospitals in South Kuta. The number of samples used was 82 nurses using saturated sampling technique or census methods and collecting data using a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, and the VAF test to test the role of mediation. The results show that there is a negative and significant influence of organizational commitment, work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational commitment, as well as the role of organizational commitment as a partial mediator between work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention which has a negative and significant effect. The findings in this study imply that companies are required to pay more attention to appropriate compensation and to reward employees who are loyal to the company and pay attention to the working conditions of their employees so that employees will remain in the company.

Background – Employee job satisfaction becomes a matter that must be considered for the success and success of the company. There are factors that can affect job satisfaction, namely factors in workers and work factors including organizational commitment, job characteristics, and work motivation. Aim – This study aims to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of organizational commitment, job characteristics, and work motivation on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Pertamina RU IV (Persero) Cilacap. Design / methodology / approach – The research method uses quantitative by using path analysis techniques (Path Analysis). Samples were taken by purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 123 people, which included Maintenance Execution employees of PT. Pertamina RU IV (Persero) Cilacap. Findings – The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction is positively and significantly affected by organizational commitment through intervening variables of work motivation; job characteristics; and work motivation. Research implication – The results of the study can be used as a company reference in paying attention to organizational commitment, job characteristics, work motivation, and job satisfaction to achieve organizational goals that are effective and efficient.  Limitations – Limitations of this study on the number of variables used to predict job satisfaction are limited simultaneously at 66.4%, so that it can use other variables that can provide a greater influence on job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation, job satisfaction, and work competence of the organization’s commitment to employees in RSO Prof. Dr. R Soeharso Surakarta. This research was explanatory research with survey research design. Data used primary data. The population of all employees who work in RSO Prof. Dr. R. Soeharso totaling 626 people, were taken a sample of 244 people with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a scale linkert. The data analysis includes validation test, reliability and multiple regression analysis, t-test, F and R2. The results showed discipline work positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, motivation positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, competence work positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and the discipline of work, work motivation , job satisfaction and work competence significant effect together against the organization’s commitmentto employee hospital Orthopedics Prof. Dr. R. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Se-Kabupaten Jember. Jumlah populasi 97 Madrasah dengan rincian tiga Madrasah Aliyah Negeri dan 94 Madrasah Aliyah Swasta. Jumlah sampel sebanyak enam madrasah dengan 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif jenisnya regresi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, angket dan dokumen-dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan Path Analyisis. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program SPSS 16 for Windows. Penelitian sampai pada simpulan: Koefisien jalur pertama, penempatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru serta kepuasan kerja guru juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Jadi pengaruh langsung  penempatan terhadap kinerja guru lebih efektif dari pada melalui kepuasan kerja. Koefisien jalur kedua, motivasi kerja berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap kinerja guru. Akan tetapi motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Jadi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dapat melalui kepuasan kerja guru. Kata Kunci: penempatan, motivasi kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja guru This study aims to determine the effect of placement and work motivation on job satisfaction and teachers' performance in Madrasah Aliyah throughout Jember Regency. The total population is 97 madrasas consisting of three States and 94 private Madrasah Aliyahs. There are 100 research respondents incorporating six madrasahs in total. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study used a regression type of quantitative approach. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation, and then analyzed by using Path Analysis. The data were processed using SPSS 16 for Windows. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that; the first Path Coefficient, the placement, has a positive and significant effect on teachers' job satisfaction and the job satisfaction itself also has a positive and significant effect on teachers' performance. Hence, the direct effect of placement on teacher performance is more effective than job satisfaction. The second path coefficient, work motivation, has an indirect effect on teachers' performance. However, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, the influence of work motivation on teachers' performance can be measured through teachers' job satisfaction.

Abstract This study aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, work motivation to employee performance. Using by simple random sampling method 40 respondents from taken 160 employees population. Explanatory research use SPSS 20, the data used is primary and secondary data, . The analysis showed that: the relationships among the exogenous variables of job satisfaction and work motivation has a direct influence on the endogenous variable employee performance. Therefore, it is still necessary to improve the performance of an increase in motivation, job satisfaction to employees by providing stimuli. Keyword: Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan . Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling 40 orang responden dari populasi yang berjumlah 160 orang karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 20, data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder, Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa : variabel eksogen kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terdapat pengaruh terhadap variabel endogen kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan kinerja masih diperlukan adanya peningkatan motivasi, kepuasan kerja dengan memberikan stimuli kepada karyawan. This study aims to describe and know: (1) the influence of organizational culture on job satisfaction; (2) the influence of organizational culture on achievement motivation; (3) the influence of organizational culture to organizational commitment; (4) the influence of job satisfaction to organizational commitment; and (5) the influence of achievement motivation to the organizational commitment of SMP Negeri Teladan Timur subdistrict and City of Medan. The research method used is survey method that is exploratory. The research method used is quantitative method with path analysis model. The number of respondents as many as 143 people taken with Random Proportional Sampling. Research instrument in the form of questionnaire, is data analysis through path analysis and previously there is data normality test with Kolmogrof-Smirnov Test (Z), linearity test and regression significance with Variance Analysis at significance level α equal to 0,05. The results of this study were found: (1) there was a positive direct effect of organizational culture on job satisfaction with path coefficient ρ21 = 0,83, with influence of 69%; (2) there is a direct positive influence of organizational culture on achievement motivation with path coefficient ρ31 = 0,79 with influence of 62%; (3) there is a positive direct influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment with path coefficient ρ41 = 0,27 with influence 7%; (4) there is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment with path coefficient ρ42 = 0,43 with its influence equal to 18%; (5) there is a positive direct influence of achievement motivation toward organizational commitment with path coefficient ρ43 = 0,24 with influence 5,8%. The higher the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction, and achievement motivation of teachers, the higher also in affecting the commitment of teacher organization SMP Negeri Teladan Timur subdistrict Medan City
