The article deals with ethical issues related to the process of informatization of forensic expert activity. In recent years in connection with the development of computer technology scientists and philosophers began to talk about new directions in the teaching of morality. Computer ethical and cyber-ethical topics are especially relevant both for forensic science and for forensic expertology, since these areas of science and practice are closely related to the use of information technology. The author analyzes the connection of modern teachings on morality with the methodology of forensic expert activity and the competence of an expert. Also through the prism of cyberethics and computer ethics, the article highlights the problems of expert responsibility, information assessment and Internet security. It is concluded that it is necessary to introduce the provisions of modern computer ethics into the structure of the ethics of a forensic expert.

It is obvious that the binary number system has found widespread application in modern computer technology in order to sufficiently simplify the computational logic operations. The simple principle of operation of the binary number system allows its application in areas other than computer technology. This article examines the application of the principles of binary numbers and information technology to simplify the questioning system. In this regard, the publication of this article is relevant.

Introduction. Ensuring livelihood in to- day's information society has a number of specific re- quirements for all its members. At present, it is impossible to imagine modern industries, science, education, culture, sports and economics, without the use of computers; they help a person in work, study, research, recreation, etc. Therefore, characteristic of the current stage of develop- ment of society – the formation of the information society – is the widespread introduction of computer technology in all spheres of human life, including in the training of spe- cialists in various specialties, practical psychologists in particular. But, as the experience of practical activity in this field shows, it is computer technologies that open up fundamentally new opportunities and, as a result, have gained recognition and spread in the developed countries of the world, are extremely little used by domestic psy- chologists. Purpose. Consider the possibility of using information technology in the work of professional psychologists; develop a program of specialized training for the training of future psychologists. Methods. Analysis, synthesis, systematization, speci- fication, generalization. Results. As a result of the research, the training course "Information Technologies in Psychology" was concluded, which is intended for students studying in the 3rd year in the specialty "Psychology" at the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" Originality. The original is the adaptation of knowledge about modern information technology for the training and professional activities of practical psycholo- gists. Conclution. 1. Modern computer technology provides ample opportunities in all areas of human activity, some of which can be used in the training of future professional psychologists. 2. Their application provides new opportu- nities for employees of psychological services in various institutions, allows to implement previously unavailable techniques, which expands the range of services provided and improves the level of customer satisfaction. 3. The use of modern computer technology allows a practical psychologist to rise to a new, higher level of professional- ism, in almost all activities.

That computing and information systems give rise to specific ethical issues related to the appropriate uses of such technology is a viewpoint that, according to Bynum (2001a), is traceable at least as far back as Norbert Wiener’s seminal work in the 1950s (Wiener, 1954). From this important idea, a field of inquiry emerged that came to be known as “computer ethics” (Maner, 1980). As with many emerging fields, however, scholarly debate arose as to how “computer ethics” should best be defined (cf. Bynum, 2001b). While various distinct positions have been advanced in this regard (e.g., Moor, 1985; Johnson, 2001), a broad characterization of the field is that “computer ethics” deals with the personal and social impacts of information technology, along with the ethical considerations that arise from such impacts (Bynum, 2001b). More recent views localize “computer ethics” within a still broader philosophical domain of “information ethics” (Floridi & Sanders, 2002).

Recently, Information technology develops rapidly. It is possible for us to get some informationquickly, properly and efficiently. The information technology also has many advantages fo r people. Theneed for information is increasing according to the need of its users. This proves that informationtechnology can make our job easier and it can help us to save our time particularly for the job thatrelated to information and data processin g. With the increasing use of computer technology today, italso brings up some problems. One of them is security and confidentiality problem which is animportant aspect in an information system. Data security is an important thing in maintaining theconf identiality of particular data that only can be known by those who have right. RC6 is a symmetrickey algorithm which encrypts 128 bit plaintext blocks to 128 bit ciphertext blocks. The encryptionprocess involves four operations which is the critical arit hmetic operation of this block cipher. As alegal state, Indonesia has issued a regulation in a form of laws governing information and electronictransaction or commonly referred to UU ITE. Besides, Islam is a religion that comprehensively givesthe guidan ce of life for people. Islam has provided guidance in the various fields ranging from social, politics, economics and various other fields.

The Scandal in Academia [32] [33] [34] [35] is an extended fictional case-study intended for use as a teaching and discussion aid for educational practitioners looking to introduce elements of computer ethics into their curricula. Inspired by Epstein [17] [18] it is a full-cycle scenario involving many individuals which touches upon the complexity and interrelations of modern computer ethics. It has been trailed and evaluated as a teaching tool by the authors [36] and with multiple groups since then. However its utility as a general resource is limited without the academic context that supports deeper investigation of the material. It is to address this issue that the authors offer this commentary on the Scandal, with a focus on the ninth and tenth newspaper items presented within. Specifically these are Culture of Fear and Nepotism at University and Witch-Hunts at the University - IT Crackdown Causes Criticisms.

Research on the relationship between automation services and tourism has been rapidly growing in recent years and has led to a new service landscape where the role of robots is gaining both practical and research attention. This paper builds on previous reviews and undertakes a comprehensive analysis of the research literature to discuss opportunities and challenges presented by the use of service robots in hospitality and tourism. Management and ethical issues are identified and it is noted that practical and ethical issues (roboethics) continue to lack attention. Going forward, new directions are urgently needed to inform future research and practice. Legal and ethical issues must be proactively addressed, and new research paradigms developed to explore the posthumanist and transhumanist transitions that await. In addition, closer attention to the potential of “co-creation” for addressing innovations in enhanced service experiences in hospitality and tourism is merited. Among others, responsibility, inclusiveness and collaborative human-robot design and implementation emerge as important principles to guide future research and practice in this area.

The development of modern computer technology and changes in federal legislation introduced in recent years, have caused the authors to identify the main trends in the development of criminal liability for crimes against the security of computer information: four areas that encourage the need to increase criminal liability for acts committed with computer technology. The paper also gives a historical overview devoted to the development of computer technologies and a general description of crimes in the field of computer information, taking into account changes introduced into criminal legislation by Federal Law No. 194-FZ dated July 26, 2017.

The computer technology has incredibly increased. Computer software and hardware compete to meet the customer's needs. The research intends to spread the knowledge of information technology, specifically, on the artificial intelligence. The concept of artificial intelligence is adopting and imitating human form, character, and habit which to be implemented on the computer. Using natural approach, the research aims to investigate whether artificial intelligence (AI) will produce the duplication of God's creation. Another important reason of other reseaches on AI is to create a computer which is smart and able to understand human brain working system. Hence, AI has been designed into more practical with faster CPU, cheaper mass memory, and sophisticated software tool. The concept of integrating AI science or collaborative art among sub-fields of technology will stimulate and lead to further AI researches, and it will be an interesting topic for AI researchers for developing AI technology in the future.
