Introduction. Ensuring livelihood in to- day's information society has a number of specific re- quirements for all its members. At present, it is impossible to imagine modern industries, science, education, culture, sports and economics, without the use of computers; they help a person in work, study, research, recreation, etc. Therefore, characteristic of the current stage of develop- ment of society – the formation of the information society – is the widespread introduction of computer technology in all spheres of human life, including in the training of spe- cialists in various specialties, practical psychologists in particular. But, as the experience of practical activity in this field shows, it is computer technologies that open up fundamentally new opportunities and, as a result, have gained recognition and spread in the developed countries of the world, are extremely little used by domestic psy- chologists. Purpose. Consider the possibility of using information technology in the work of professional psychologists; develop a program of specialized training for the training of future psychologists. Methods. Analysis, synthesis, systematization, speci- fication, generalization. Results. As a result of the research, the training course "Information Technologies in Psychology" was concluded, which is intended for students studying in the 3rd year in the specialty "Psychology" at the National University "Lviv Polytechnic" Originality. The original is the adaptation of knowledge about modern information technology for the training and professional activities of practical psycholo- gists. Conclution. 1. Modern computer technology provides ample opportunities in all areas of human activity, some of which can be used in the training of future professional psychologists. 2. Their application provides new opportu- nities for employees of psychological services in various institutions, allows to implement previously unavailable techniques, which expands the range of services provided and improves the level of customer satisfaction. 3. The use of modern computer technology allows a practical psychologist to rise to a new, higher level of professional- ism, in almost all activities.

The article analyzes the importance of computer technologies in the educational process in higher education. The possibilities of entering the educational information space for engineering specialties were demonstrated. The capabilities of modern virtual laboratories are analyzed. The possibilities of using a virtual laboratory in distance learning were demonstrated. The use of modern computer technology is illustrated by the use of the Electronics Workbench electronic software package.

Раскрывает актуальность применения информационных технологий с точки зрения повышения эффективности автоматизации информационных процессов, что является необходимым условием для ускорения темпов научнотехнического прогресса. В статье акцентируется внимание на роль компьютерных технологий в приобретении навыков получения научных доказательств и проведения научноисследовательских работ с использованием методов компьютерного моделирования. Information technologies affect all aspects of human life, significantly increasing the degree of automation of all information processes, which is a prerequisite for accelerating the pace of scientific and technological progress. Information technology plays an important role in ensuring information interaction between people. The use of computer technology in education can improve the quality of education, create new means of educational impact in learning. The modern period of development of society is subject to a strong infl uence on it of information technologies, which, in turn, penetrate into all spheres of human life, forming a global information space. An integral and important part of such processes is the informatization of education. The introduction of technology makes it possible to qualitatively change the methods and forms of the learning process, making it more comfortable and aff ordable. In our country, one of the top priorities has always been to get quality education and useful skills. However, for several reasons, there are certain obstacles to the full implementation of technology in the learning process. The relevance of the chosen topic is due to the transition of education to an innovative development path. The article discusses the experience of introducing information technology in the educational process in order to improve and move to a new level. A comparative analysis of existing approaches and achievements using information technologies is carried out. Attention is paid to Russian educational online projects and the costs of their implementation.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of information technologies on human life. The article proves that modern technologies make a person programmed, since getting into a network circulation, he becomes a part of it, which leads to a mixture of real and virtual, real and fictional. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of modern scientific research, which substantiate the process of degradation of human consciousness under the influence of long-term communication with a computer, when a person loses his true essence. It is concluded that the main global problem of the modern information society is the problem of human ecology and his consciousness.

The development of modern computer technology and changes in federal legislation introduced in recent years, have caused the authors to identify the main trends in the development of criminal liability for crimes against the security of computer information: four areas that encourage the need to increase criminal liability for acts committed with computer technology. The paper also gives a historical overview devoted to the development of computer technologies and a general description of crimes in the field of computer information, taking into account changes introduced into criminal legislation by Federal Law No. 194-FZ dated July 26, 2017.

Purpose – the purpose of this paper is to identify how entrepreneurs from European Union (EU) use informational and communicational technologies in their business activities. We also try to identify the benefits and the challenges arisen for the European entrepreneurs in using information technologies. Research methodology – we analyze a sample of EU countries, by including them into two groups, according to the stage of their economic development. As methods, we use the logical-constructive method and also comparative methods. We also use the benchmarking method in order to estimate country indicators in the sample and compare them. Findings – the results of our study emphasize that e-entrepreneurship in developed countries is more advanced compared to developing countries. There are also significant differences regarding the use of informational technologies between types of firms by their size. Research limitations – are given by the availability of data. Practical implications – we emphasize that in order to support the development of E-entrepreneurship in the EU, government policies should pay more attention to the development of information technology infrastructure. Originality/Value – comes from grouping the EU countries into two groups, according to their stage of economic development. The clear differences between developing nations and developed nations have posed an enormous problem in trying to design a “one-size-fits-all” theory of Electronic Commerce (EC) adoption. Most prior studies have proposed that generalizing findings of developed countries to the context of developing countries are of worry (Rahayu & Day, 2015; J. Tan, Tyler, & Manica, 2007). Table 1 shows the ICT Development Index (benchmarking tools to monitor information society developments worldwide) of some countries that have hosted the earlier literature on EC International Telecommunications Unions (ITU, 2017). These statistics may well indicate that businesses in developed countries and developing countries vary with regard to information technology and EC context<strong>.</strong> The latest ITU report in 2017 on ICT Development Index, ranks Ghana as the 112th country regarding ICT development in 2016, which shows a slight decline in the ranking compared to 111th in 2015 (the IDI value increased from 3.75 in 2015 to 3.99 in 2016). This may suggest that Ghana does not have appropriate infrastructure for effective e-business compared to countries like Singapore, China and USA.

The article is devoted to the definition of the content and the system of expert activity in the field of computer technologies, which is based on the results of determining the general system of expert activity. Expert activity should be understood as the implementation by authorized agents on the basis of special knowledge in the field of science, technology, art, crafts, etc. Studies of objects, phenomena and processes in order to provide scientifically substantiated conclusions on the diverse issues that arise in the process of life of society. Such a definition of expert activity includes both judicial and non-judicial expert examination. At present, more than 500 laws are adopted in Ukraine, which in one way or another concern the conduct of expert assessments (most of them are valid at 2019). But no any among that laws directly devoted to the expert work in the field of computer technology. So the system and content of the expert work in the field of computer technology should be established, based on knowledge of the object of expertise – computer technology. It is considered as synonymous with the concept of “information technology” or “information and communication technologies”. Information technology – it is a purposeful organized set of information processes using computer facilities, which provide high speed data processing, rapid information search, dispersal of data, access to information sources regardless of places of their location. The system of expert activity in the field of computer technologies includes examinations belonging to a group of judicial (engineering, commodity, forensic, etc.) and non-judicial (scientific and scientific and technical expertise; examination of issues of quality and conformity of goods (products) to certain requirements; examination of issues of information security; examination of issues of environmental impact and the environment of human life, etc.), as well as presented by different kindsand species examinations that have different goals focused on the study of computer technology in their various aspects and provides solutions to diverse issues.
