This research method uses a hands-on experimental approach by taking videos of jumping cats' motion and processing them with a tracker app. The results of data processing with the help of tracker application are processed by using Microsoft Excel program so that obtained KD, KB, TB, K and E relationship graphs cat jump has a constant or stable speed indicated by linearity graphs. In addition, data processing using a tracker application is more accurate and consistent compared to the acceleration value by manually calculating so that it can be concluded the use of application-assisted jumping cat video analysis is worth using in science learning.

The spread of COVID-19 outbreaks makes learning activities in Indonesia become online learning. Online learning is followed by new problems, those are limited internet data, bad internet networks, and the use of many applications. Online learning in Indonesia must be immediately optimized because the COVID-19 outbreak is not over yet and there is a discourse that online learning will be applied permanently. The teacher can optimize online learning by building a website as an online classroom. If teachers build their websites, they can adjust the features on the website based on the online learning problems and the subject matter needs. Based on a questionnaire distributed, 83% of student respondents agreed if the teacher made a website. Besides, most of teacher respondents think the website can optimize online learning. The idea of the website as an online classroom is expected to contribute ideas and alternatives for online learning programs in Indonesia.

The transition of universities to distance learning during the CODID-19 pandemic caused discussions about the development of the educational system in the context of digitalization of society. The question arose about the readiness of universities, students, and teachers to use digital educational tools. Studies of students’ ideas about distance learning have revealed its difficulties, positive and negative effects. The analysis of the survey data made it possible to reveal the problems of forming the basic competencies of students taking into account the requirements of the digital economy. The authors conclude, based on the analysis of the results of a survey of humanities students, that the previously discovered difficulties of distance learning persist during the «second wave» of the pandemic. They reveal the relevance of survival values for students (according to R. Inglehart and K. Welzel). The authors suggest that the decline in significance of self-expression values and the decrease in the sense of existential security may be a consequence of the pandemic crisis. The possibilities of digitalization of education to strengthen the resources of the subject and increase its mobility have come into conflict with the return of students to settledness when introducing distance learning to implement epidemic restrictions.

This research is a classroom action research that aims to improve the ability of teachers to apply the problem centered learning model of learning in the Elementary School 187/ X Bangun Karya, Academic Year 2019/2020. The subject of this study was a teacher at 187 / X Bangun Karya Elementary School, Rantau Rasau District, Tanjung Jabung Timur District, Jambi Province. This class action research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The results of the evaluation are converted into a recapitulation table of the results of cycle I. The conversion results state that the research has not yet reached the target, it needs to be continued with cycle II. The results of observers in the implementation phase of the second cycle showed that all parts of the learning activities were going well, so that there were no more parts of the learning activities that needed to be improved. While the results of the second cycle are converted with the results of the recapitulation table states that the study has reached the target limit of completeness criteria in the first cycle that is equal to 50% and an average of 68.7 in the initial conditions of improvement in the second cycle completeness criteria to be 100% and the average namely 91.7 states that the Focus Group Discission can improve the ability of teachers to apply the Problem Centered Learning learning model in learning in 187 / X Public Elementary School Build Work Year 2019/2020.

Covid-19 is an unprecedented crisis that has affected almost all industry players including education. It has transformed our way of life and introduced a new normal to how things are done. As an effort to contain the outbreak of pandemic Covid-19, universities have shifted to online learning. In line with this, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) has decided to execute open and distance learning (ODL) for the current semester until 31 December 2020. ODL introduces a different learning environment as compared to the traditional classroom that requires students to be self-reliant in learning new things. Hence, the purpose of the study is to explore students’ experiences in the process of knowledge transfer through ODL specifically for accounting subjects. A questionnaire was distributed to students who were taking the subject of Introduction to Financial Accounting and Introduction to Cost Accounting in UiTM Pahang Kampus Raub and a total of 206 responses were received. The study found over half of the students enjoy learning through ODL but only one-third were looking forward to having ODL for the next semester. Poor internet connection is the main reason found in the study that makes ODL not preferred by the students. At the same time, few features were highlighted by the students about ODL such as the advantage of pre-recorded video to catch up the new material and flexibility for them to learn at their own pace.

This study introduces content analysis as a method of examining the accountant's role. The empirical study is based on 73 advertisements, which are directed primarily at employees who are affected by the management accountant's work. The findings of the study indicate that the subject of accountancy is used particularly in connection with promises of “cost reduction.” Consequently, the majority of advertisements use the accountant stereotype of “savings personified.” In a professional context, the work ethic of the management accountant is given particular emphasis in the advertisements. He/she identifies him/herself with his/her task to the maximum degree, is regarded as loyal to his/her company and, for the most part, is well organized in his/her work. However, the characterization of the management accountant as a well disciplined company-person conflicts with the negative portrayal of his/her professional qualities. In advertisements, the management accountant is portrayed as a rather inflexible, passive, and uncreative specialist who, as a result of these qualities, often demotivates others. The personal characteristics of the management accountant are shown in a negative light. This gives him/her the unappealing image of a humorless, envious, dissociated, and ascetic corporate-person.
