Learning applied in Indonesia from elementary school to undergraduate level generally uses face-to-face or direct learning methods. However, after the Covid-19 disease outbreak, all methods change to online learning methods at all levels and cultures. This affects all aspects of learning such as comfort, understanding and learning outcomes. To find out the difference in the results using face-to-face methods and online methods, a study was carried out on classifying learning media users from elementary school to university level using the k-means method. This study aimed to determine the differences in learning outcomes between the semester before the Covid-19 pandemic and the semester during the Covid-19 pandemic which applies online learning. The results of grouping data on online learning media users showed that all levels of education were considered sufficiently ready to implement online learning. As well as cultural differences in Indonesia have not had an impact on the commitment of schools to implement online learning during the Covid-19 disease outbreak.

Online learning methods utilize technology as an intermediary medium between teachers and teaching participants that can be done by not face to face, using computer media or gadgets based on the internet network. Online learning methods cause learners difficulty in receiving information and concepts of lecture materials. Students have no enthusiasm in learning, avoid classes, do not participate in classroom activities, and have poor learning outcomes. To foster motivation and increase academic self efficacy of students, we conduct extension activities with effective learning tips during online learning. This activity aims to increase interest, student ability so that students can adapt to the learning process and satisfactory academic achievement during counseling lectures related to information about improving the quality of learning with effective online learning tips that were held on November 7, 2021 and attended by 31 participants can be carried out properly. There is an increase in knowledge of 20.3% this can be seen from the average results of pretes and postes values, namely 60.6 to 72.9. Effective online learning tips extension activities can be developed for further extension because the form to improve the quality of student learning is especially needed during this pandemic, because many learning activities are done at home.  Metode pembelajaran daring memanfaatkan teknologi sebagai media perantara antara pengajar dan peserta ajar yang dapat dilakukan dengan tidak bertatap muka langsung, menggunakan media komputer atau gadget berbasis pada jaringan internet. Metode pembelajaran daring menyebabkan peserta didik kesulitan dalam menerima informasi serta konsep materi perkuliahan. Mahasiswa tidak memiliki antusias dalam belajar, menghindari kelas, tidak berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan di kelas, dan memiliki hasil belajar yang buruk. Untuk menumbuhkan motivasi dan meningkatkan academic self efficacy mahasiswa maka kami melakukan kegiatan penyuluhan dengan materi kiat belajar efektif selama pembelajaran daring. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat, kemampuan mahasiswa agar mahasiswa dapat beradaptasi dalam proses pembelajaran serta prestasi akademik yang memuaskan selama perkuliahan Penyuluhan terkait informasi tentang peningkatan kualitas belajar dengan tips efektif belajar secara daring yang dilaksanakan 7 November 2021 dan dihadiri 31 peserta dapat terlaksana dengan baik. Terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 20.3% ini dapat dilihat dari hasil rata-rata nilai pretes dan postes yaitu 60.6 menjadi 72.9. Kegiatan penyuluhan tips efektif belajar secara daring dapat dikembangkan untuk penyuluhan selanjutnya karena bentuk untuk meningkatkan kualitas belajar mahasiswa/i terutama sangat dibutuhkan pada masa pandemi ini, dikarenakan banyak kegiatan pembelajaran dikerjakan di rumah.

Abstract: Pandemic Covid-19 made government implemented the regulation of education that learning process only conduct by distance education, thus one of the method in this programme was by online learning. The objective of this research was to digging information about the online learning process by elementary teachers. Using the descriptive qualitative method with subjects of 37 teachers in Bogor City. Data was collected by survey with 2 type of questions (open and closed questions). The results shows, that before pandemic Covid-19 the implementation of online learning in elementary schools were very low, but after pandemic the readiness of teachers regarding the goverment regulation is well accomodated even though teachers still have shortcoming with the authenticity of learning outcomes from assignments. Furthermore, teachers still cannot fully conduct evaluation by online assessment particularly to evaluate the affective and social aspects. The COVID-19 pandemic requires the learning process to take place online, this has an impact on teachers who are required to creatively innovate unusual learning processes. This research aims to determine the difference in the average learning outcomes of students during online learning between the application of learning videos before and after receiving the learning video intervention treatment. The research instrument used was a test of statistics material. The learning outcomes test data obtained were processed by paired t-test. This research found that there was a difference in the average learning outcomes of students before and after the application of learning videos. The application of learning videos provides better learning outcomes than before using learning videos.

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected all sectors of human activity, including the education sector. The pandemic forced learning activities to be carried out online (online). Of course this is a new habit especially at the elementary school level where the learning process is carried out face-to-face in full. In overcoming these problems, various distance learning media in the form of applications were introduced to students and parents. However, there is an application that is familiarly used by students and parents of students that can be used for the online learning process, namely the Whatsapp application. The purpose of this study is to look at the online learning process in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic era. This study uses a qualitative approach with survey research methods. The research subjects were teachers of SDN 1 Kalipasung in Cirebon Regency as well as research informants. The data collection technique was carried out by conducting in-depth interviews related to the process of implementing online learning for elementary school teachers during the Covid-19 pandemic. The activity of analyzing and presenting research data is carried out descriptively. The results of this study are Online Learning in Elementary Schools During the Covid 19 Pandemic Era, especially at SDN Kalipasung 1 when viewed from the learning process, it is only used as a means of sending assignments, but the learning process does not involve WhatsApp media completely. In the aspect of supervision, the teacher is also not fully able to monitor the student learning process, as a result, the teacher must cooperate with parents in conducting supervision. The responses of parents and students related to the online learning process stated that they wanted to return to carrying out normal learning (face to face) as usual because they felt they were not used to online learning. Abstrak Pendemi Covid-19 telah mempengaruhi segala sektor aktifitas kegiatan manusia, termasuk sektor pendidikan. Pandemi tersebut memaksa kegiatan pembelajaran dilakukan secara dalam jaringan (daring). Tentu ini menjadi kebiasan baru apalagi di jenjang sekolah dasar yang mana proses pembelajaran dilakukan secara tatap muka secara penuh. Dalam mengatasi permasalah tersebut, berbagai media pembelajaran jarak jauh dalam bentuk aplikasi mulai diperkenalkan kepada siswa maupun orangtua siswa. Namun ada aplikasi yang familiar digunakan oleh siswa maupun orang tua siswa yang dapat digunakan untuk proses pembelajaran daring yakni aplikasi Whatsapp. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk melihat proses pembelajaran daring di sekolah dasar pada era panedemi Covid – 19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian survei. Subjek penelitian ialah guru-guru SDN 1 Kalipasung yang ada di Kabupaten Cirebon sekaligus menjadi informan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam (In-depth Interview) terkait proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring guru Sekolah Dasar selama pandemik Covid-19. Kegiatan analisis dan penyajian data hasil penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini yakni Pembelajaran Daring di Sekolah Dasar  Pada Era Pandemi Covid 19 khususnya di SDN Kalipasung 1 jika ditinjau dari proses pembelajarannya hanya dijadikan sebagai sarana pengiriman tugas, tetapi proses pembelajaran tidak melibatkan media whatsapp sepenuhnya. Dalam aspek pengawasan juga tidak sepenuhnya guru dapat memantau proses belajar siswa, alhasil guru harus bekerjasama dengan orang tua dalam melakukan pengawasan. Adapun respon orangtua siswa dan siswa terkait dengan proses pembelajaran daring menyatakan ingin kembali melaksanakan pembelajaran secara normal (tatap muka) seperti biasa karena merasa belum terbiasa dengan pembelajaran daring.

The assessment outcome for many online learning methods are based on the number of correct answers and than convert it into one final mark or grade. We discovered that when using online learning, we can extract more detail information from the learning process and these information are useful for the assessor to plan an effective and efficient learning model for the learner. Statistical analysis is an important part of an assessment when performing the online learning outcome. The assessment indicators include the difficulty level of the question, time spend in answering and the variation in choosing answer. In this paper we will present the findings of these assessment indicators and how it can improve the way the learner being assessed when using online learning system. We developed a statistical analysis algorithm which can assess the online learning outcomes more effectively using quantifiable measurements. A number of examples of using this statistical analysis algorithm are presented.

One of the effort to overcome the ineffectiveness of face-to-face learning is to extend the interaction outside the classroom framework. In this case, advances in information technology can be utilized. The use of technology that functions like classroom face-to-face is through online learning. This study aims to find out: (1) student perceptions of online learning (a Moodle platform); and (2) the effect of student perceptions of online learning on the learning outcomes of Vocational Theory course. The research object was 117 students. The data analysis being used were descriptive statistics and Kendall's tau. The results of the study indicate that online learning is an excellent medium to complement face-to-face learning. The contribution of the perception of learning outcomes found in this study is only 1.70%. It can be said that 98.0% of learning outcomes are determined by other factorsUpaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah ketidak efektifan pembelajaran tatap muka adalah dengan membuat ekstensi berinteraksi di luar kelas. Dalam hal ini, kemajuan teknologi informasi dapat dimanfaatkan. Penggunaan teknologi informasi yang memiliki fungsi seperti layaknya tatap muka dalam kelas tersedia melalui pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran online (plat form Moodle); dan (2) pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa pada pembelajaran online terhadap hasil belajar Teori Kejuruan. Objek penelitian berjumlah 117 orang mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Kendall's tau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran online merupakan media yang sangat baik untuk melengkapi pembelajaran tatap muka. Besarnya nilai kontribusi persepsi terhadap hasil belajar yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini hanya 1,70%, atau 98,30% hasil belajar ditentukan oleh faktor lain.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh antara model pembelajaran luring dan model pembelajaran daring terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SD Metta School Surabaya. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian berbentuk eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket yang disebarkan kepada 44 siswa SD dari kelas III-VI dan dokumen berupa nilai raport siswa. Data yang telah diperoleh dari penyebaran angket kemudian dianalisis menggunakan skala likert dan diuji dengan menggunakan uji-z. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran luring dan model pembelajaran daring ada pengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar, jika ditinjau dari persen capaian sebesar 95% dan 79,75%. Selanjutnya berdasarkan uji-z diperoleh nilai signifikansi 6,827> , sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang sangat nyata pada model pembelajaran luring dan model pembelajaran daring terhadap prestasi belajar. Jadi, peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran sangat penting untuk memancing motivasi belajar anak. Hal tersebut, juga harus didorong oleh usaha peserta didik dalam kegiatan belajar, sehingga pengalaman yang diperolehnya dapat memberikan manfaat dalam belajar. Kata-kata Kunci: Luring, Daring, Prestasi Belajar   Abstract: The study aims to determine the difference in the effect of offline learning model and online learning model on student achievement at Metta School Surabaya Elementary School. The design used in this research is in the form of an experiment with a quantitative approach. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to 44 elementary school students from grades III-VI and a document in the form of student report cards. Data obtained from questionnaire distribution and then analyzed using a Likert scale and tested using the z-test. The results of this study indicate that the offline learning model and online learning model have an influence on learning achievement, when viewed from the percentage of achievement of 95% and 79,75%. Furthermore, based on the z-test, a significance value of 6,827>  was obtained, so it can be concluded that there is a very significance effect on the offline learning model and online learning model on learning achievement. Background/Context Earlier research on various forms of distance learning concluded that these technologies do not differ significantly from regular classroom instruction in terms of learning outcomes. Now that web-based learning has emerged as a major trend in both K–12 and higher education, the relative efficacy of online and face-to-face instruction needs to be revisited. The increased capabilities of web-based applications and collaboration technologies and the rise of blended learning models combining web-based and face-to-face classroom instruction have raised expectations for the effectiveness of online learning. Purpose/Objective/Research Question/Focus of Study This meta-analysis was designed to produce a statistical synthesis of studies contrasting learning outcomes for either fully online or blended learning conditions with those of face-to-face classroom instruction. Population/Participants/Subjects The types of learners in the meta-analysis studies were about evenly split between students in college or earlier years of education and learners in graduate programs or professional training. The average learner age in a study ranged from 13 to 44. Intervention/Program/Practice The meta-analysis was conducted on 50 effects found in 45 studies contrasting a fully or partially online condition with a fully face-to-face instructional condition. Length of instruction varied across studies and exceeded one month in the majority of them. Research Design The meta-analysis corpus consisted of (1) experimental studies using random assignment and (2) quasi-experiments with statistical control for preexisting group differences. An effect size was calculated or estimated for each contrast, and average effect sizes were computed for fully online learning and for blended learning. A coding scheme was applied to classify each study in terms of a set of conditions, practices, and methodological variables. Findings/Results The meta-analysis found that, on average, students in online learning conditions performed modestly better than those receiving face-to-face instruction. The advantage over face-to-face classes was significant in those studies contrasting blended learning with traditional face-to-face instruction but not in those studies contrasting purely online with face-to-face conditions. Conclusions/Recommendations Studies using blended learning also tended to involve additional learning time, instructional resources, and course elements that encourage interactions among learners. This confounding leaves open the possibility that one or all of these other practice variables contributed to the particularly positive outcomes for blended learning. Further research and development on different blended learning models is warranted. Experimental research testing design principles for blending online and face-to-face instruction for different kinds of learners is needed.

Covid-19 atau sering disebut Virus Corona adalah suatu wabah penyakit yang berasal atau pertama kali di temukan dari Tiongkok, penyakit tersebut menyebar dengan cepat ke seluruh dunia. Covid-19 tersebut menyebar ke Indonesia pada awal Maret 2020. Penyebaran virus Corona ini menyebabkan beberapa kerugian yang cukup besar ke negara kita yaitu Indonesia terutama dalam bidang ekonomi, dan merambat ke bidang pendidikan, Covid-19 juga mengubah model pembelajaran secara drastis, dari pembelajaran secara konvensional dan sekarang menjadi pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring, dari yang bertatap muka dan sekarang Cuma bisa melalui via aplikasi saja, yang terdampak mulai dari tingkat sekolah dasar (SD) sampai perguruan tinggi. Pada kegiatan pembelajaran dengan mode daring di Universitas Lambung Mangkurat sudah lumayan efektif dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi Google Classroom, Google Meet dan E-learning. Kalau kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yaitu masalah koneksi internet mahasiswa yang kurang mendukung pada setiap wilayah mahasiswa tersebut. Covid-19 or often called the Corona Virus is an outbreak of a disease that originated or was first discovered from China, the disease spreads rapidly throughout the world. The Covid-19 spread to Indonesia in early March 2020. The spread of the Corona virus caused quite a number of losses to our country, namely Indonesia, especially in the economic field, and spread to the field of education, Covid-19 also drastically changed the learning model, from learning conventionally and now learning is done online, from face to face and now it can only be via the application, which is affected starting from elementary school (SD) to college level. Online learning activities at Lambung Mangkurat University have been quite effective by using the Google Classroom application, Google Meet and E-learning. If the problem in the implementation of online learning is the problem of the student's internet connection that is not supportive in each student area
