The purpose of the article is to reveal the innovative relevance of the Kaizen approach to enterprise management. There are many different ways to grow a business today, and there are many different ways to access them. There are also types that cover specific situations and stages of development. The relevance of the Kaizen prevails in the search for optimal ways to develop business. In this article, the authors consider the features, methods and main directions of the philosophy of the Japanese system to prove the innovative relevance of the Kaizen approach to enterprise management. The article analyzes the experience of Kentau Transformer Plant, which in recent years has followed the control model "Kaizen". In the practice of Kentau Transformer Plant, the main goal of mastering the Kaizen method is to involve all employees in the system and make sure that they change for the better and achieve high results. The essence of the goal of revealing the innovative relevance of the Kaizen method is to consider in advance the existence of an action plan that the whole team wants to achieve in the future by working to achieve the end result and reducing resource costs.

Ulcerative colitis (UC) is a relapsing and remitting inflammatory disease of the colon with a variable course. Despite advances in treatment, only approximately 40% of patients achieve clinical remission at the end of a year, prompting the exploration of new treatment modalities. This review explores novel therapeutic approaches to UC, including promising drugs in various stages of development, efforts to maximize the efficacy of currently available treatment options, and non-medication-based modalities. Treatment approaches which show promise in impacting the future of UC management are highlighted.

Introduction. Mathematical methods and models are an effective tool for studying complex economic systems at different levels of enterprise management. Economic mathematical modelling is actively developing not only as a scien-tific field but also as a means of substantiating management decisions in business, in the analysis and forecasting of socio-economic processes and phenomena. In the arsenal of economic and mathematical modelling now are using- modern computing methods and computer technology. Libraries of economic and mathematical models are an integral part of the architecture of decision support systems in specific areas of the economy. The rapid development of computer technology stimulates the emergence and formation of new theoretical volumes and applied areas of modelling.Purpose. Like any large and complex field of knowledge, mathematical modelling is evolving in different direc-tions, acquiring new flexible research methods. Therefore, based on new hardware, technology and software platforms it is necessary to create new information systems using economic and mathematical models in particular for forecasting of enterprise activities.Results. The article analyses the methods of modelling and forecasting the enterprise, considers the principles of software design. Using systems analysis, the design problem was analytically divided into parts. Also were investigated the connections and relationships between these parts, in particular, were implemented the problem tree and the goal tree. Implemented business process modelling performs based on created structural-logical diagrams, namely the IDEF0 dia-gram, which helps to visually display data and information that affect software development, a server part, input data and users. Using the results of research, the authors developed an automated information system for modelling and forecasting the activities of the enterprise, which uses models of Holt, Brown, exponential smoothing and Box-Jenkins for modelling. Part of the developed system is a designed software product that implements the objectives of the research. The obtained program results allow creating a clear forecast of the future activities of the enterprise.Conclusions. Based on the built graphs of modelling and forecasting of the Cisco Systems company financial activity with using of the developed automated system, we established that the Brown model is the best for providing educational sampling and a forecast of activity. The development of the automated system in the future involves the expansion of functionality, improvement and increasing of quality, as well as the creation of powerful analytics for more detailed forecasting.

The article presents main aspects of the development of banking markets in two Balkan countries – Kosovo and Montenegro. Both of them are charaterised by similar recent history, both in political and economical fields. Their financial sectors had to be built almost from scratch. The author describes the stages of development of competition in the banking sectors, using the following ratios: performace, structure, liquidity. The data is based on the information achieved from Kosovar and Montenegral central banks. Comparison of their achievements are presented on the pentagon adopted from macroeconomy stability pentagon, introduced in Poland by Institute for Market, Consumption and Business Cycles Research. The long way from centrally planned economy to market economy, in both countries, in both political and financial aspects has resulted in a successful transformation. The growing economic strength in Kosovo and Montenegro will allow their financial institutions to improve their performance and expand their activities in the future.

This case discusses the sustainable business model adopted by the MUD Jeans Company in the context of the Circular Economy (CE). The clothing industry evolved from clothing to apparel and eventually to fashion. The clothing economy shifted from the traditional linear to a sustainable circular model. Established in 2012, MUD Jeans introduced an innovative concept called "Lease a Jeans," thereby attempting to save precious natural resource. The fashion industry is the second largest polluter. Keeping in mind the UN Sustainable Development Goals, the company embarked on a nine-step action plan called MUD Method - simple but essential recycling concept. Increased awareness and urgency to shift to sustainable practices will only make the future of jean manufacturing and fashion industry practices to be circular. However, the company has to face challenges – more so when following the sustainability approach. This case followed the qualitative research method and case study methodology. The case appraises management students on the concept of business interests and sustainability practices.

Abstract Public historians have long been putting history to work in meaningful ways, cultivating collaborative opportunities, building partnerships, and engaging with the public. In times of economic uncertainty, communicating the relevance of history and the work of historians is more important than ever. This article suggests ways to apply marketing communication principles to connect public historians with their audience. This article is a revised version of the presidential address delivered March 13, 2010 at the National Council on Public History's annual meeting in Portland, Oregon. Marking the thirtieth anniversary of the incorporation of NCPH, it recaps the origins and evolution of the organization over three decades, and proposes an action plan for its growth into the future.

With the continuous construction of ultra high voltage (UHV) power grid, East China-Central China North China will be interconnected via UHV lines to be a UHV synchronous grid in the future. Further expansion of the grid scale, the existing active power and frequency control mode has been unable to adapt to the new features. Based on the future structure of North China-Central China-East China synchronized power grid, the article built the whole network of the AGC control model using PSD-FDS full dynamic simulation program. By the simulation of examples, the problems of AGC control mode for UHV synchronous power grid has been pointed out visually. Finally, the paper presented an ideal AGC control mode called centralized control mode to deal with the new challenge.
