The company will be very dependent on proper management management. Productivity, efficiency, and income are characteristics of companies that can advance and develop every period.Various policies are also carried out to overcome existing problems or to prevent the occurrence of these problems.The company also began to identify business processes in order to manage each part in detail.In the current pandemic era, companies will continue to strive to minimize the occurrence of problems that can hamper productivity performance, efficiency and revenue.The existence of evaluation will also be the basis for determining every policy set, from which the company is expected to be able to carry out all kinds of policies consistently, so as to minimize the existence of problems. The paper deals with the study and investigation of various theoretical approaches to the interpretation of “management” and “sustainable development” concepts, as well as the features of the sustainable development formation concept. It deals with the diversity of views concerning the sustainable development concept in terms of commercial enterprise. The importance of concept implementation is explained by the possibility of balancing the sustainability of all activity components, which provides the growth of socio-economic indicators while preserving the environment and natural resources. The purpose of the investigation is the theoretical substantiation of rationale of the meaning of enterprise sustainable development management concept and the principles of its provision. In the investigation process the following complex methodological approach are applied: theoretical generalization, synergetic, abstract-logical and graphical methods for more synthesized image of the investigated object. The main approaches for determining the enterprise sustainable development are studied and clarified. Emphasis is placed on the expediency of the integrated approach for ensuring the concept of sustainable development management as that one which takes into account the features of all components development and provides an overall assessment of the enterprise sustainability subsystems. The characteristics of the group of stability indicators are defined in this paper. Their definition makes it possible to carry out the detail analysis of activity aspects. Directions for the improvement of the organization conditions due to the implementation of sustainable development management concept are formulated. The importance of the chosen problem is caused by permanent search for effective management mechanisms focusing the management activity on current problems and factors of changing environment negatively affecting the enterprise sustainability. This means that the shifts in enterprise sustainable management provide the opportunity to implement an integrated management policy by required changes resulting in the optimization of business processes, the increase of the level of transparency in operation and the compliance with the principles of sustainable development while preserving the environment.

PT. KIX (inisial) merupakan salah satu perusahaan manufaktur yang sedang menyesuaikan diri dengan tantangan bisnis saat ini. Dengan demikian, PT. KIX memerlukan pemetaan terhadap hubungan sebab akibat permasalahan yang terjadi dengan proses bisnis sebelum mengembangkan intervensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur efektivitas organisasi di PT. KIX, mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat permasalahan yang terjadi, dan mengembangkan intervensi yang sesuai. Action research adalah metode yang digunakan dengan menggunakan teori open system sebagai panduan diagnosis. Data yang disajikan bersifat kuantitatif (kuesioner, studi dokumen) dan kualitatif (observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen). Jumlah responden kuesioner sebanyak 92 orang yang terdiri dari operator, staf, inspektur, kepala seksi, kepala bagian, dan manajer. Sementara itu, responden wawancara berjumlah 5 orang yang terdiri dari 3 manajer, 1 kepala seksi, dan 1 kepala bagian. Validasi dilakukan melalui kajian teori yang disesuaikan dengan budaya dan proses bisnis perusahaan, serta judgement expert, yaitu manajer HR, kepala bagian dan pemegang jabatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ditemukan adanya kebutuhan terhadap pengembangan kamus kompetensi teknis dan aspek-aspek yang diperlukan dalam pembuatan kamus kompetensi teknis tersebut. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu, proses bisnis yang ada di PT. KIX belum berjalan efektif, sehingga intervensi yang dilakukan adalah mengembangkan kamus kompetensi teknis di salah satu divisi yang ada di PT. KIX. Meskipun demikian, konsep yang digunakan dapat diaplikasikan di divisi lain sehingga diharapkan dapat membantu dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang ada di PT. KIX. PT. KIX is manufacturing company that adapting with business challenges. So that, PT. KIX needs to analyze the causes and impacts of existing problems with business processes before applying interventions. This research aims to measure the effectiveness of organization at PT. KIX based on the causes and impacts of existing problems, and developing appropriate interventions. Action research is the method used in this study with open system theory as a diagnosis guide. The data presented in both quantitative (questionnaire, document study) and qualitative (observation, interview, and document study). Participants of questionnaire is 92 included operators, staff, inspector, section head, head of divison, and manager. Meanwhile, the number of qualitative participant is five included three managers, one section head, and one head of division. The validation was measured by using theoretical study, which is appropriated with organization culture and business processes, and judgment expert (HR manager, section head, and job holders). This study found that there was a need for development of technical competency dictionary and the aspects needed to developing the technical competency dictionary. The conclusion of this study is the business processes at PT. KIX has not effective yet. So that, the intervention needed is developing a technical competency dictionary in one of divisions in PT. KIX. Nevertheless, the concepts that used can be applied in other divisions, so that it is expected to help in the management human resources in PT. KIX.

Introduction. Today the development of strategic management of innovative development of enterprises, which orients the enterprise to effective functioning on the basis of introduction of the newest technologies in production and administrative activity, at realization of set of business processes, their integrity and coherence in the competitive markets, consideration of innovation of the enterprise as integrity. strategic groups. Goal. The purpose of the article is to consider the peculiarities of forming a model of strategic management of innovative processes of energy companies Method (methodology). The main methods were induction and deduction, logical generalization, comparative and system-structural analysis, grouping to identify existing problems of strategic management of energy companies. Results. The article considers the theoretical aspects of strategic management of energy companies. The main problems of the researched question are covered. The main features of strategic management at energy enterprises are revealed and the directions of activity on the part of the innovation component are outlined. The structure of the innovative potential of energy enterprises is determined, which reveals its structure, main components, principles of formation and development. The essence of the concept of strategic management of innovation processes at energy enterprises is revealed. The problem of choosing a system of indicators that allow the complex to characterize the potential on various grounds and build a model of strategic management of energy companies.

In the current era where technology is increasingly developing so that it can change a pattern or habit of society, it can be used by anyone, anywhere. The Bina Muda Gemilang Foundation is no exception, which also takes advantage of technological developments to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of existing business processes. One of the business processes that run at this foundation, namely the data processing of client outreach activities, there are still many gaps where the error rate of data input is quite high. Also frequent date falsification of outreach activities and officer indiscipline in data input. This study aims to solve existing problems by creating a web-based system that is made using the programming languages PHP and MySQL for the database, which can facilitate business processes and minimize errors.

<p>At present, many experts and scholars in my country have devoted themselves to the discussion of the problems and solutions of small and medium-sized enterprises under the background of “One Belt One Road”, to provide theoretical guidance for the development of enterprises, but due to the country’s management policies and laws and regulations for SMEs, there are still deficiencies. With the emergence of internal management factors of enterprises, a large number of loopholes and problems have appeared in the financial management system of SMEs. The practice teaching of specialty to the ability training of students of economic management field is very important. Some shortcomings exist in the practical teaching of the specialty system of undergraduate, which affect cultivation of the innovative qualified personnel. The author analyzes the existing problems, designs a scientific practical teaching system cooperating the universities with the enterprise to reform the existing system. The business processes in real enterprise has been introduced to intramural simulation training base to carry out the practice teaching of specialty cooperating the universities with the enterprises. It is mainly discussing the creative research way of the shortage of practical teaching resource for undergraduate based on the summarization of the experience gained in the innovation practice of practical teaching system of the information management and information system specialty in this paper. At the same time, the author explores the way to construct the demonstrative practice base of the information and management subject to solve the practical teaching problem of the specialty. The paper also discusses a few problems remained to be solved. On the basis of experiences and analyses, the author believes that in order to promote the construction of high-quality training system, the practical teaching system which cooperating the universities with the enterprise is the effective way to break the shackle of insufficient resources and ensure the quality of practical teaching.

Local Government Policies are the main foundation that directs the development process in Cianjur Regency. To achieve the common goal of improving the welfare of the Cianjur community. This policy is expected to be able to respond to changes that occur and provide solutions to any existing problems, because policies that are implemented can be viewed from the effectiveness of the achievements that have been set. Therefore, researchers focused their research on how to evaluate the Cianjur Regency Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMD) Policy in 2011-2016. The research objectives, among others; to describe and analyze the Cianjur Regency Mid-term Regional Development Plan (RPJMD) 2011-2016 Policy Evaluation. The research method uses descriptive, and the research approach uses mixed methods, through a concurrent embedded design model (unbalanced mixture). The results reveal that the success of the RPJMD policy evaluation is empirically determined by the dimensions or aspects of effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and dimensions of appropriateness. This study concludes that the evaluation of the Cianjur Regency RPJMD policy in 2011-2016, especially related to the development of road infrastructure based on tourism has not been running optimally, so it has implications for the welfare of the community, especially those in the South Cianjur Region.

A study of the problematic issues of strategic management in Russian industry which arise during the digitalization of high-tech industries has been conducted. The research methodology was analytical in nature, with the author`s emphasis on the analysis of business process management of industrial enterprises in Russia at the current stage of transition to the digital economy. In practical terms, this will serve as the basis for creating effective tools for modernizing production processes and optimizing business processes in high-tech industries, based on the use of strategic analysis methods on management issues in the context of complex industrial digitalization. The novelty and scientific value of the work lies in the fact that the result of the study was a reasonable author’s approach to studying the specifics of the digital economy in Russian industry, as well as the development of an algorithm for identifying and solving existing problems of digitalization, taking into account the peculiarities of high-tech industries.
