Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is currently one of the media in the learning process at various levels of education. Through ICT, the learning process in the classroom can be carried out properly, especially by educators (teachers) and students (students). Thus, ICT becomes the main tool for interacting learning regardless of space and time. Information technology-based learning information systems can present interesting and interactive learning models. In order for the application of learning information systems to give good results, optimization of the management function is needed in each stage of its development. The stages of the management function that are very familiar to stakeholders in the education sector consist of: Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling (POAC). With this management function, the application of learning information systems will be built and implemented properly. To measure the success of the implementation of this system, an evaluation of this educational program is needed. One of the most frequently used program evaluation models is the program evaluation model, the program evaluation model developed by Stufflebeam (Stufflebeam's Model), also known as the CIPP Model. Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTS) Mathlaul Anwar Lampung is one of the schools under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion which also uses information technology as a medium in learning. In its application, the management function becomes the basis for MTS Mathlaul Anwar in building an information technology-based learning system.

This study aimed to assess the impact of information technology risks on security of information systems by following an analytical method based on the structural equation modeling (SEM). The study population was seven telecommunication companies in Yemen. A questionnaire was distributed to 356 participants, but only 218 forms were valid for analysis. The data was analyzed by the partial least squares (PLS). The study findings revealed that information technology risks had a negative impact on the security of information systems. The study recommended that the security of information systems should be strengthened so as to maintain the confidentiality of information, its availability and safety from risks, and to cope with speedy developments in information and communication technology.

Low activity, student creativity in the learning process can result in the teaching and learning process being less than optimal so that the material presented is incomplete according to the expected completeness criteria. From the results of observations and discussions with the history subject teacher, information is obtained that the learning system has not fully involved students as the subject of learning consequently the final result to be achieved, namely individual and classical learning completeness with KKM (minimum completeness criteria) has not been achieved. One of the efforts made to improve the process and student learning outcomes, a learning method is used that makes it easier for students to compile and understand information or the content of the lesson text in increasing understanding of social studies subject matter so that learning outcomes are expected to increase, through the use of the SQ3R method. Based on the background of the problem, the formulation of the problem in this study is: "How are the students' learning outcomes increased through the SQ3R method in history learning for students of XII SMA Negeri 1 Tembilahan Hulu Indragiri Hilir? "The purpose of this study is to determine the activities of teachers and students as well as the improvement of student learning outcomes in history subjects through the SQ3R method for class XI SMAN 1 Kateman Indragiri Hilir. The conclusion of this study is that the student learning outcomes, before CAR the average daily test was 64.3, after the CAR based on the daily test cycle I increased to 81.8 and was included in the good category. The paper shows the relevance of studying the factors taken into account when choosing automation tools and information systems by enterprises of different activities in different regions of Russia. The growing pace of technological change requires a balanced development of information technology in different regions in order to maintain the flexibility of the entire system and ensure the economic security of the country. The choice of information systems in the public and private sectors of the economy is different. The presence of significant geographical disproportions in the distribution of costs for information technology in the regions of Russia is revealed. Classification of the factors influencing the decision-making on the choice of information systems is carried out. The necessary conditions for the creation and successful development of information technology centers have been identified; those conditions include the availability of free resources for electricity generation, a developed research and educational center and the human resources potential of the territory in the field of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies). Partially identified imbalances are associated with the multistructural nature of the Russian economy and with territorial expanse; they are objective in nature and are subject to adjustment. The expediency of creation of interregional system involving cooperation ties with the purpose to develop information technology centers in different regions of Russia is shown.

In an effort to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus, Kemdikbud took a policy to close schools during the Covid-19 pandemic. All schools that initially did conventional learning by face-to-face, now learning is done from home through distance learning or online system, no exception pondok pesantren. The purpose of this research is to find out the distance learning process conducted by Pondok Pesantren Darunnajah 2 Cipining, Bogor. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative approach. Based on research can be known that in learning, pesantren use various platforms such as google classroom, google meet, whatsapp, and smart system. In this online learning, the materials and tasks given are quite diverse, although there are no tasks in the form of discussions so that the interaction between students and students and teachers cannot be done. All parties, both students, teachers, and parents experienced a culture shock with the existence of this distance learning system / online. Distance learning /online also gives rise to physical distancing. Religious activities that are usually carried out in pesantren are now carried out at home and all must be reported to the teacher or room guardian via whatsapp. The challenges faced in online learning include a lack of interaction between teachers and students, a network that arises to sink, quotas that are rapidly depleted and expensive, and a lack of active participation of students. Therefore, the readiness of both teachers and students, as well as motivation from parents can also support the implementation of this distance learning process. In addition, the provision of quotas is also important to support the online learning process carried out by pesantren.

Evaluation is a cognitive activity. Educational evaluation is to judge students’ learning process and results, which are always conducted by course teachers. The traditional evaluation model often follows the single and mechanical standards, and the teachers will evaluate the learning results within the same class or the same grade. In this way, the evaluators basically have no connection with the students, hence the assessment results are more of subjective consciousness. The assessment that emphasizes the results while overlooks the process made students lost their sense of identity, which will easily upset the students. Multiple evaluations will be more effective, because teachers, students, and parents are all the participants, which contribute to the multi-subject, multi-dimension, and diversified methods, so as to better motivate the students. With the implementation of multiple evaluations, teachers will no longer only focused on the students’ achievement but more on the overall improvement of students’ morality, intelligence, physique, and aesthetics. It is conducive to changing teachers’ education concepts and methods, making it easier for teachers and students to get closer to each other which is good for the common development.
