However, figures from the military still have political influence and are accepted by civil society. In conclusion, the repositioning of the TNI has implications for the growth of new forces such as political parties, community organizations, and NGOs that can support national security. However, these forces are not strong enough because of the democratization process in Indonesia. Indonesia itself is not mature enough.

Modern society has unknowingly been dominated by modern technology which makes humans passive and uncritical of social conditions, as well as receptive. That people no longer live with technology, but is controlled by technology, this rationality can be seen when cellphones do not have a connection to the internet, it can be said that they will be out of date because they cannot update the latest information. This becomes an interesting discussion because it is almost felt by students, especially students of IAIN Kediri. This research uses a critical study of Herbert Marcuse's technological rationality which leads to one-dimensional humans or commonly referred to as One Dimensional Man. Child marriage in Indonesia is the highest in the world. According to the Central Bureau of Statistics recorded 1.220.990 girls in Indonesia were married before 18. This article uses literature research to describe the impact of child marriage and policymakers' strategic steps and efforts to curb the high rate of child marriage in Indonesia. Early marriage leads to a vicious cycle of low educational attainment, domestic violence, health, maternal and child health, high maternal mortality, and poverty. As marriage ages, regulation has been changing as a strategy to reduce child marriage. Unfortunately, there is no specific regulation of the marriage dispensation, which creates a gap in the number of weddings and the regulatory aspects of strategic efforts, providing women with immediate access to education, health, and work. Ensuring fair and equitable access between men and women is carried out to the maximum extent from a gender perspective in development policies strategies in Indonesia.
