Learning causes relatively a permanent change in one's behavior. There are multiple paradigms in the theories of learning, the latest theory in this group being Constructivism. This particular theory postulates that a learner himself/herself constructs his/her learning through an active and consistent engagement. This theory also brings the learning process to the center, where the concerned learner's prior experience is used as the base for future learning. Although quality learning is the global agenda in the 21st century, there is still no clear and concise definition. Quality of learning has diverse connotations. Researchers in this area search for it in its process as well as in its product. However, one may say the quality learning process motivates a student to have a deep engagement with the learning task possible through some suitable strategies. Kevin Warburton (2009) identified three main factors that greatly impact a student's motivation, leading to high or low engagement in the learning activity. A conducive learning environment, sophisticated course content, and favorable individual factors could enhance the student's motivation and make him/her have a deep engagement in the learning activity. The product of quality learning is measured by the nature and versatility of the learning outcome. The learning, which is extensive, integrative, and generative, may fulfill the rising demand for quality of learning.

The implications of the low quality of results achieved by the Islamic schools, illustrate the low quality of their teaching and learning process. Head of Madrasah, Supervisors and teachers play a very important role in realizing a quality learning process. Given that the three organizations are one of the keys to the success of the teaching and learning process, improving the performance of the headmaster, supervisors and teachers is a must. In this study there are several factors that are considered to contribute to the quality of learning including leadership, teacher performance and supervisor competence      This research was carried out using quantitative approaches and descriptive survey methods. The population is the Bandar Lampung City MIS teacher spread in 7 Private Madrasas with 132 people. The number of research samples is 56 teachers using the Krecjie Morgan formula, and the selection technique is proportional random sampling. Research data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression analysis.      Based on the data analysis, the following findings and conclusions were obtained: first, there was a significant contribution of leadership to the quality of learning in Bandar Lampung's MIS of 16.3% with moderate correlation strength (0.403). Second, there is a significant contribution of teacher performance to learning quality by 21.2%. The strength of the relationship of teacher performance to the quality of learning is moderate (0.460), Third, there is a significant contribution of supervisory competence to the learning quality of 18.3%. with the strength of the medium relationship (0.428).Based on the results of these studies it can be stated that the quality of learning can be improved through: leadership improvement, teacher performance and supervisor competency. Principals as elements of leadership through their policies must provide maximum facilities in order to realize quality learning. Teachers as the spearhead of the learning process must improve their performance and so do the supervisors of education must have adequate competence in carrying out their main tasks and functions as academic supervisors and supervisors of the education unit. Key Words: Kepemimpinan, Kompetensi Pengawas dan Kualias Pembelajaran

Dalam setiap proses pendidikan, tentu tidak luput dari berbagai kegiatan belajar dan mengajar yang terjadi di dalamnya. Salah satu hal yang menandakan bahwa seorang individu telah melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran adalah terjadinya perubahan baik dari segi tingkah laku maupun pengetahuan pada diri peserta didik baik pada aspek kognitif, afektif maupun psikomotornya. Namun, hal tersebut hanya dapat terjadi apabila proses pembelajaran lancar sesuai dengan keinginan pendidik maupun peserta didik. Kegiatan pembelajaran akan berjalan lancar dan sesuai harapan apabila kegiatan pembelajaran berada dalam keadaan yang menyenangkan serta tidak membuat para siswa tertekan dengan kegiatan belajar tersebut. Selama ini, kegiatan pembelajaran cenderung bersifat monoton dan membosankan. Sehingga mereka tidak mempunyai motivasi dan semangat belajar yang tinggi. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, seorang pendidik harus kreatif dengan menerapkan konsep Learning revolution, yang diharapkan mampu membuat suasana belajar menjadi lebih berkesan dan menyenangkan sehingga kualitas pembelajaran akan meningkat. Learning revolution merupakan proses belajar menyenangkan yang tentu sesuai dengan kemauan peserta didik, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan semangat belajar mereka dan proses pembelajaran akan berjalan lancar sesuai dengan keinginan peserta didik. In any educational process, certainly not escape from a variety of teaching and learning that happens in it. One thing that signifies that an individual has learning activity is the change in terms of both behavior and knowledge on self-learners well on cognitive, affective and psycomotor. However, it can only happen if the learning process smoothly in accordance with the desire of educators and learners. Learning activities will run smoothly and according to expectation when the learning activities in a state of pleasant and not make the depressed student with the learning activities. During this time, the learning activities and to be monotonous and boring. So they do not have the motivation and the spirit of learning. To overcome these problems, an educator must be creative by applying the concept of the learning revolution, which is expected to make learning more memorable and enjyable so that the quality of learning will increase. Learning revolution is a fun learning process that would correspon to the willingness of students, with the hpe of improving their enthusiasm for learning and the learning process will run smoothly in accordance with the wishes of learners. Kata kunci: strategi pembelajaran, pembelajaran menyenangkan, learning revolution

The learning process in madrasas (Islamic-based elementary schools) is seen as being able to contribute to instilling values and norms in students following Islamic teachings. The issue of organizational culture and teacher performance also becomes a determining factor in creating a quality learning process. In this research, the aim is to determine: 1) the effect of organizational culture on the quality of the learn-ing process; 2) the effect of teacher performance on the quality of the learning process; and 3) the influ-ence of organizational culture on teacher performance. Respondents in this study were all class teachers from three madrasas as a sample representing all public madrasas in the city of Bandar Lampung, Indo-nesia. The results obtained indicate that the variables of organizational culture and the quality of the learning process have an influence, with R squared of 0.67 or 67%, which is classified as moderate. This shows that madrassas have implemented predetermined work culture values, namely: a) integrity, the harmony between correct thoughts, words, and deeds; b) professionalism, working in a disciplined, competent, and timely manner with the best results; c) innovation, perfecting existing and creating new and improved techniques and ideas; d) responsibility, working thoroughly and with thought for the con-sequences; and e) being exemplary, setting a good example for others.

The selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies can improve the results to be obtained from the application of classroom learning models. This writing aims to discipline students to develop individual abilities of students to be more active in the learning process and improve the quality of learning. The learning process in Indonesia in general only uses conventional learning models that make students passive and undeveloped. In order for the quality of learning to increase, the Team Assisted Individualization learning model is combined with the task learning and forced strategies. The Team Assisted Individualization cooperative learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that combines learning individually and in groups. Meanwhile, task and forced learning strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments that require students to complete them on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Students are required to do assignments according to the given deadline. This makes students become familiar with the tasks given by the teacher. Combining or modifying the learning model of the assisted individualization team with forced and forced learning strategies is expected to be able to make students more active, disciplined, independent, creative in learning and responsible for the tasks assigned. Therefore this method of incorporation is very necessary in the learning process and can be applied to improve the quality of learning in schools.

The work considered a system of knowledge control of the Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University. It was shown that the quality of higher education depends mainly on the level of student training, the qualifications of teaching staff, the organization of the learning process, the efficiency of monitoring the quality of the education, and also factors allowing to improve the quality of education in the university. Assessment of the knowledge quality received by the students in the "Chemistry" discipline was carried out among the students of the Automobile Faculty of the KHNADU, entered the first year of the Bachelor of full-time education, during 2014/15–2018/19 academic years. The control was carried out with the help of traditional pedagogical practice types – the main (preliminary, final, and control of residual knowledge) and periodical (current and thematic knowledge tests). Statistical research on the performance of the main types of students' knowledge control, as more significant, shows that the important part of educational activity in university is an effective organization of its control. It was established that main principles of the control of students’ knowledge received during learning subject are the regularity and systematical conduct, the objectivity of assessment of the level of students' skills, the ability to identify the actual level of learning educational materials by the students, the timeliness of identification of the gaps in the learning process by the teacher and applying ways to overcome them. The internal and external factors affecting the performance of students during studying the "Chemistry" discipline have been distinguished. The internal factors are the knowledge level before entering the university and the motivation for learning the subject. The external are an organization of the educational process, self-organization of student learning activity, teaching methods and forms and professionalism of the educator, quality of additional services (holding consultations and individual lessons), educator-student relationship. It was identified that during studying the "Chemistry" discipline, the influence of the factors that students had before entering the university is weakened, and the external factors, which appeared in the process of studying in university, have a significant impact.

Textbook is one of learning components that plays an important role in determining the success of learning. Textbook as a media and one of main resources in the learning process has a strategic role to be developed to improve the quality of learning and cultivate religiosity of the students. The cultivation of religious characters will be effective, efficient, and interesting if the available textbooks are combined with the Islamic education and characters contents. Those contents will create religious atmosphere and familiarize the students in practising their religiosity in everyday life. In this way, the competency of Islamic education and characters are combined with the competency of other subjects that are packaged in a learning experience. Thus the Islamic values will be formed in students characters.

The importance of Learning Media is used by ATKP Medan to continuously improve the quality of learning. The problem that is often encountered in avionic learning is the limited resources available because to access avionic learning the cadets must access from the CBT LAB and cannot be from elsewhere. This is because Avionic software is only installed inside the lab and cannot be learned from outside the lab. The purpose of this research is to improve the digital avionic-Radio Theory II learning process which is packaged in multimedia animation to make it easier for cadets to learn avionic Radio Theory II without having to access it in the laboratory. The method used in this research is to use the MDLC Multimedia Development Life Cycle method, namely the Concept concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, distribution, distribution, The resulting output is an animated video product and publication to the ISSN journal

Esensi supervisi akademik tidak hanya menilai kinerja guru dalam mengelola proses pembelajaran, melainkan juga membantu guru mengembangkan kemampuan profesionalismenya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan  mutu pembelajaran melalui supervisi akademik. Penerapan supervisi akademik digunakan untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran siswa, minat belajar siswa, dan kemampuan guru dalam mengelola pelaksanaan pembelajaran sehingga sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (School Action Research) dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan menggunakan teknik persentase untuk melihat peningkatan yang terjadi dari siklus ke siklus. Dengan dilaksanakannya supervise akademik, bimbingan berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan motivasi guru dalam menyusun administrasi mengajar dan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menyiapkan perencanaan pembelajaran yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran.The essence of academic supervision is not only assessing the performance of teachers in managing the learning process, but also helping teachers develop their professional skills. This study aims to describe the improvement of the quality of learning through academic supervision. The application of academic supervision is used to improve the quality of student learning, student interest in learning, and the ability of teachers to manage the implementation of learning so that it is in accordance with predetermined standards. This research is in the form of School Action Research using descriptive methods, using percentage techniques to see the increase that occurs from cycle to cycle. By implementing academic supervision, continuous guidance can increase teacher motivation in arranging teaching administration and can increase teacher competence in preparing lesson plans which in turn improve the quality of learning.

This research aims to classify forms of application of authentic just my assesment on thematic-based learning, quality assessment of the learning process and find the constraints faced by teachers in Islamic Elementary School, application of authentic assessment in Watampone on thematic-based learning to improve the quality of the assessment of the learning process. The method of this research is a descriptive qualitative. The results of this study showed that teachers generally Islamic Elementary School in Watampone authentic assessment has implemented in the thematic-based learning in accordance with the existing procedures at the authentic assessment, namely the assessment of attitudes, judgement knowledge and psychomotor. Furthermore, the assessment of the learning process for teachers in Islamic Elementary School in Watampone already qualified having been in accordance with the standards of the assessment of the learning process. Various obstacles facing teachers Islamic Elementary School in Watampone in applying the assessment of teacher ability Islamic Elementary School in Watampone, limited time and complication as well as impractical. With the implementation of this authentic assessment thus reduces the subjectivity of teachers in learning so as to improve the quality of learning in teacher assessment

Education is a conscious and planned effort in realizing an atmosphere of learning and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills needed by themselves, the people of the nation and the State. Based on these problems, the formulation of the research problem is: (1) How is the quality of learning in MAN 2 Lubuklinggau (2) How is the implementation of Madrasah Based Management in improving the quality of learning in MAN 2 Lubuklinggau (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors that influence the Implementation of Madrasah Based Management in improving the quality of learning at MAN 2 LubuklinggauThis research is a qualitative descriptive research. With the Head of Madrasa as the research subject. In collecting data, the authors use the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data is collected from the information specified, the results relevant to the problem under study are analyzed quantitatively through the process of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions.The results of this study indicate that the quality of the learning process in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau can be said to be good. This is evident from the teachers who teach in accordance with their respective educational qualifications. With the Implementation of Madrasah-Based Management in improving the quality of learning at MAN 2 Lubuklinggau, it reveals the Management of Madrasas, the performance of Madrasah Heads / teachers, and the role of Community Participation. The implementation of the Madrasah-Based Management Program will be carried out well with the collaboration between Curriculum Management and Teaching Programs, Management of Education Personnel, Student Management, Financial Management and Financing, Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure, Management of School and Community Relations, and Management of Special Services.
